Before connecting the appliance to the mains, check that the mains supply voltage corresponds
to the voltage printed on the type plate of the adapter. If the mains voltage is different, consult
your supplier.
No guarantee can be given if safety regulations are not followed.
Always disconnect the power supply before handling anything inside the device.

then reused. At the end of life, specialized companies can dismantle the device, to materials which
can be reused in order to recycle and reuse. For example, the materials that must be discarded will
be limited to a minimum. Please take into account the rules and regulations in your area regarding
the rules about disposal of packaging materials, exhausted batteries and old equipment.

Zorg ervoor dat de klant de pas laat liggen op de pas lezer.
Hoe reken ik een produkt af?
In dit voorbeeld gaan we 3 marsen en 1 broodje ham afrekenen:
1. <3> <Mars>
2. <Broodje Ham>
3. <OK>
4. Eventueel de bon uitprinten <#>

Zoals je ziet hoef je dus niet 3x op de knop mars te drukken
voor de verkoop
van 3 Marsen.
De klant wordt nu gevraagd te betalen en dus op <OK> drukken,
het bedrag
wordt dan van zijn kaart afgeschreven
Een correctieboeking
Een correctieboeking voer je uit door eerst op de <-> te drukken
en dan het
aantal en het product aan te geven. Dus als ik per ongeluk 100
Marsen aansla en
eigenlijk maar 1 Mars bedoel dan doe ik het volgende:
1. <1> <0> <0> <Mars> (Vergissing)
2. <-> <9> <9> <Mars> (correctieboeking)
Er wordt nu maar 1 Mars aangeslagen.
Deze handeling (correctieboeking) verschijnt niet op de bon of
in de log.
Het is ook mogelijk een losse correctieboeking te doen
(bijvoorbeeld als een fout pas later
ontdekt wordt) en daardoor de kaart in feite op te waarderen,
deze functie moet dan wel zijn
aangezet in de PayCon. Waarschuw uw systeembeheerder als dat
niet zo is en u deze functie
nodig heeft.
Realiseer u wel dat een leerling in dat geval ook zelf op deze
wijze zijn kaart kan opwaarderen
en u dan een functionerende kassa dus niet onbeheerd achter kunt
laten. Het is ook mogelijk om
bij ons authenticatie kaarten te bestellen om de kassa
softwarematig kunnen afsluiten op het
moment dat deze onbeheerd moet worden achtergelaten

Vrij bedrag
Voordat er een vrij bedrag gebruikt kan worden moet dit eenmalig
als een product
(al dan niet via de Inepro Back Office Manager) worden ingevoerd
in de PayCon.
Hoe dit product moet worden aangemaakt vind u in de
handleidingen van de
PayCon en de Inepro Back Office Suite.
Een vrij bedrag kan bijvoorbeeld gebruikt worden voor een product
dat elke dag
of week een andere prijs heeft zoals 'De soep van de dag'. Om
bijvoorbeeld 2
maal een soep van de dag aan te slaan, (die is vandaag €
2,60),doet u het
volgende:
1. <2> <Soep van de dag>
2. <2> <.> <6> <0>
3. <OK>
4. Eventueel de bon uitprinten <#>

Voorbeeld
Als voorbeeld gaan we nu 3 Marsen, 1 Broodje Ham en 2 Soep van
de dag
(vandaag €2.10) afrekenen:
1. <3> <0> <Mars> (30 x Mars, vergissing)
2. <-> <2> <7> <Mars> (correctieboeking, uiteindelijk 3 Marsen
aangeslagen)
3. <Subtotaal> (omdat deze klant even zeker wil weten dat er
inderdaad maar 3
marsen zijn aangeslagen, maken we even een subtotaal voor
hem/haar)
4. <Broodje Ham> (1x Broodje Ham)
5. <2> <Soep van de dag> (2x Soep van de dag, een produkt met
een open prijs,
namelijk '0')
6. <2> <.> <1> <0> (de prijs van de Soep van de dag)
7. <OK> (Totaalbedrag)
