SPEAKER DESIGN
TO PROJECT SOUND
Many other speakers designed to be
mounted on wakeboard towers are just
car speakers mounted in tubes. While
some of them look pretty cool, they fail
to deliver. The Infinity 6000m wakeboard
tower speaker system is designed to
project sound, using a pair of 6-inch
woofers flanking a 1-inch tweeter.
MOUNTING HARDWARE DESIGNED
FOR ITS APPLICATION
Infinity 6000m speakers include mounting
brackets to accommodate a wide range of
wakeboard tower tubing diameters. The
speakers can be rotated up to 45 degrees
in one direction and up to 90 degrees in
the other, so the sound goes just where
you want it.
AN AMPLIFIER THAT INCLUDES A
PUBLIC ADDRESS (PA) FUNCTION
Sold as a system, the 6100m includes a
pair of 6000m speakers and an amplifier
designed specifically to drive them. The
amplifier includes a talk-back microphone
that provides PAfunctionality. Talk to
other boaters, talk to your skier or talk
topeopleon the dock. The Talk button
mutes the music and sends your voice
directly to the speakers. The microphone
also includes an on/off switch for the
system and a volume control for music
or announcements.
WHAT ABOUT ADDITIONAL
SPEAKERS OR AMPLIFIERS?
A2100m amplifier is available separately.
Connected to the 6100m system amplifier,
the 2100m can drive an additional pair
of6000m wakeboard tower speakers or
provide a signal for speakers mounted
inside the boat’s cabin. The 2100m plugs
into a connector on the 6100m amplifier
and the user can decide to send
announcements through the 2100m
or play only music.
THE 602M AND 6902M
MARINE SPEAKERS
The 602m and 6902m are designed
specifically for marine use. They
feature sealed motors and sealed
polypropylene cones for the ultimate
in water resistance. They also include
stainless-steel hardware. Infinity
marine speakers have long been
regarded as the sound-quality leaders
among marine audio speakers.
