Assembly and Fitting Instructions
Parts
1 Prepare template and align with cabinet front. Mark positions of the 12 runner securing screws.
2 Assemble the support frame
to the runner cover using
the screws (A) and nuts (B).
Ensure the screws pass up
through the central
pairs of holes.
3 Push the runner cover rear
under the runner tabs and
secure with the two
countersunk screws (C)
at the front.
Screw runners to cabinet
base using wood screws.
Ax4 Screw (M6 x 8mm)
Bx4 Nut (M6)
Cx2 Countersunk screw (M4 x 6mm)
Dx8 Screw (M3 x 8mm)
Ex12 Wood screw
Top basket x1
Tray x3
Template x1
Clips x4 sets
Connecting rods x2
Support frame x1
Side basket x2
Runner cover x1

IMPORTANT - The unit has a maximum loading limit of 25kg.

Tools required
Please ensure that all the above fittings are present before installation begins.

4 Fit the top basket to the support frame using the four sets of clips.
IMPORTANT: For easy access to the screw fixings, ensure the clips are assembled with the lower screw holes facing outwards.
Use screws (D) supplied.
5Insert the 3 trays into the baskets.
Trap the connecting
rods, the top basket and
the support frame
between the two halves
of the clips.
Fit the 4 lower clip
screws.
Swing the top basket
over and fit the 4 upper
clip screws.

IMPORTANT - The unit has a maximum loading
limit of 25kg. Load should be evenly distributed
across all trays with maximum load capacity
for each tray not exceeding 8.5kg.
