Installation Instructions
Detach Ball Bearing Slide: Detach the outer part of the left and right ball bearing
slides from the shelf by sliding the rail back and pulling the release tab. The slide
release is a white tab located along the inner rail.
Step 1
Attach Rear Rail Brackets:
Once the outer rails are release, attach the left and
right Rear Rail Brackets to the outer most rail using (4) 8-32 Truss Head Screws
and (4) 8-32 Keps Nuts per bracket.

Step 3 Attach the Rails to the Rack:
Attach the Front and Rear of the rails to the 4Post rack
as shown below using supplied (4) 12-24 Pan Head Screws and (4) 12-24 Cage Nuts
on each side. Repeat for the other side.

Step 4 Attach the shelf to the slides: Attach the Modular Shelf to the slides by interlocking
the inner and mid rails on the left and right, pushing the shelf into the rack. Once
locked in, pull the blue tabs located on the inner rail to finish pushing the shelf into
the rack. Secure the shelf using the attached thumb screws.
