Quick Start
This section helps you get your new InConcert up and running in no
time at all.
Insert the connector from the power supply into the ‘Power In’ jack
on the back of InConcert. Make sure the power supply is plugged
into a wall outlet.
Turn on the InConcert using the on/off switch at the back.
Press the button on the speaker or remote control.
The Intempo logo on the front of the speaker will glow blue when
the power is on.
Insert the correct iPod dock cradle inside the docking bay.
Pop your iPod into the dock and press down until it is fully seated.
Turn on your iPod and choose your favourite song using the Remote
Control.
Set the listening level using the volume button on InConcert or the
Remote Control.
Note: To prevent damaging the speakers make sure the power of
your iPod or other audio device (iPod, MP3 players, CD player etc)
is turned O before connecting to your InConcert.
Line In Connections
The InConcert includes a line-in jack that lets you connect to and
listen to other devices, such as the iPod Shuffle, MP3 players, CD
players, portable DVD players and laptops.
To do this, just connect one end of the 3.5 mm stereo cable into the
line-in jack at the back of InConcert, and the other end to the
headphone or line out jack on your Shuffle or MP3, and then switch
on.
Remote Control
Before using the Remote Control you must
remove the factory-inserted plastic tab at the
bottom of the Remote. Carefully pull the entire tab
out of the battery tray to activate the Remote
Control, and make sure that the battery tray is
completely inserted before operating the Remote.

Standby/On
Press this button to toggle the Speaker between Standby to On
mode. The status light glows blue when the unit is on, and in
Standby mode the light is red.
Volume Down/Volume Up
These buttons decrease/increase the volume of InConcert
Previous/Rewind
Press this button to repeat a song. Press this button twice to
skip to the previous song, and then press and hold to rewind
through the song.
Next/ ast orward
Pressing this button once skips to the next song, and then press
and hold to fast forward through the song.
Play/Pause
If your iPod is turned off, pressing this button turns it on and
begins to play the last song selected. If your iPod is already
turned on, pressing this button will begin to play the selected
song. Pressing this button again will pause the song. Pressing and
holding this buttons turns the iPod off.
Menu
This button will take your iPod to the previous Menu page.
Enter
This button will take your iPod into the next Menu page
Up/Down
Use these buttons to select the songs or items on your
iPod
Bass/Treble
These buttons control the bass and treble.You will need to
press the bass or treble keys then adjust with the plus and
minus keys.

Troubleshooting
All intempo products are designed to be easy to use with an intuitive design.We know that occasionally things don’t happen as they should,
so the Troubleshooting section below should help you answer any questions.
If you don’t find your answer, you can call the Broken Department as explained at the front of the manual.
Q. The blue LED logo is not lighting up
A. Check that the power supply is correctly connected to the wall socket and to the ‘Power In’ port at the back of InConcert. If the power
supply is plugged into a surge protector, make sure the surge protector is switched on.Also make sure the speaker is switched on at the
back of the unit.
Q. There is no sound coming from the speakers
A. Make sure that the volume is not set too low by pressing and holding the ‘+’ button on the remote button or on the speaker. Also make
sure that the iPod is correctly seated in the docking station by turning it off, removing it from the docking station, reseating it and turning
it on again. If you are connecting a device via line-in, make sure that the device is correctly connected to InConcert (see page 5)
If you’re using a 2nd Gen iPod nano, the fault may lie with the iPod itself rather than the docking station, and you will need to perform a
simple system reset on the nano itself (you won’t lose any tunes that are stored on the nano) To perform the reset please follow the
below steps:
1) Switch off the iPod
2) Press and hold the Menu and Select buttons until the Apple logo appears for about 6 to 10 seconds.You may need to repeat this step.
Q. There is a crackling sound coming from the speakers
A. Make sure that the iPod is correctly sat in the dock, and if you are using an alternate audio source such as an MP3 player, make sure that
the device is correctly connected to InConcert (see page 5)
Q. There is a crackling sound coming from the speakers (when connected to a PC or laptop)
A. This means that the volume level is set too high on the audio device. Please check and then decrease if necessary.
Q. There is radio interference
A. The unit may be too close to a radio tower.Try moving the unit to see if the interference goes away.

Inicio rápido
Inserte el conector de alimentacióni de energía en el conector

Conexiones de entrada de línea
El InConcert incluye un enchufe hembra de entrada de línea que le
permite conectar y escuchar otras fuentes de audio, como el iPod
Shuffle, reproductores de MP3, reproductores de CD, reproductores
de DVD portátiles y ordenadores portátiles. Para conectar el Intempo
InConcert a una fuente de audio alternativo, siga los siguientes pasos:

Mando a distancia

prematuramente. La lengüeta se encuentra en el
fondo del mando. Simplemente, retire toda la
lengüeta del compartimento de las pilas para
activar el mando a distancia. Asegúrese de que el
compartimento de las pilas está completamente
insertado antes de usar el mando.
Los 2 controles siguientes funcionarán con cualquier

Standby/On

Subir/Bajar volumen
Estos botones suben y bajan el volumen de los altavoces del
InConcert.

Si su iPod está ya encendido, al pulsar este botón, comienza a
reproducirse la canción seleccionada. Si pulsa de nuevo el botón, se
parará la canción.
Si mantiene pulsado este botón, se apagará el iPod.

Este botón hace retroceder el iPod a la página anterior.
Enter
Pulse este botón para acceder a la página siguiente.
Arriba/Abajo
Use estos botones para seleccionar las canciones o datos
en el iPod.
Graves/Agudos
Para ajustar los graves y agudos, pulse la tecla de graves (Bass) o
agudos (Treble) una vez y, a continuación, pulse el mando de
subir (Volume Up) o bajar volumen (Volume Down) antes de
dos segundos. Por ejemplo, para aumentar los graves, pulse la
tecla Bass una vez y, antes de dos segundos, pulse el mando

Preguntas más frecuentes
Pregunta: El LED azul no se ilumina.

Notes importantes

Démarrage rapide
Insérer le connecteur de l'alimentation dans le connecteur CC à
l'arrière de l'Intempo InConcert.

Utiliser la touche de volume sur l'InConcert ou la télécommande
pour régler le volume d'écoute souhaité.
Remarque : Afin de prévenir tout endommagement des haut-
parleurs, assurez-vous que l'iPod ou autres appareils audio (iPod,
lecteurs MP3,lecteur de CD etc) est hors tension avant de le
connecter à votre InConcert.
Connexions auxiliaires
L'InConcert possède une prise auxiliaire qui vous permet de vous
connecter et d'écouter d'autres sources audio, comme des iPod, des
lecteurs MP3, des lecteurs de CD, des lecteurs de DVD portables et
des ordinateurs portables. Pour connecter l'InConcert à une autre
source audio, suivez les étapes ci-dessous:
Connecter une extrémité du câble stéréophonique de 3,5 mm
(fourni) dans la prise d'entrée auxiliaire située à l'arrière de
l'InConcert et l'autre extrémité dans l'écouteur ou dans la prise de

Régler le volume sur l'InConcert à un niveau minimal et ajustez-le
ensuite à un niveau d'écoute confortable.
Télécommande
Avant d'utiliser la télécommande, vous devez retirer
la languette en plastique insérée en usine afin
d'empêcher le déchargement de la batterie. La
languette se trouve au niveau de la partie inférieure
de la télécommande. Extraire simplement toute la
languette du support pour batteries afin d'activer la
télécommande. Assurez-vous que le support pour
batteries est complètement inséré avant d'utiliser la
télécommande.

Les 2 commandes suivantes fonctionnent avec n'importe quelle
source audio branchée sur l'InConcert:
Attente/ arche
Lorsque l'adaptateur d'alimentation CA de l'InConcert est branché
dans une source CA, le fait d'appuyer sur ce bouton entraîne le passage du
mode attente (pas de sortie audio ou de commande de l'appareil) au mode
marche. Le voyant d'état est bleu lorsque l'unité est en marche. Lorsque
l'état est le mode d'attente, le voyant est rouge.
Volume bas/Volume haut
Ces boutons augmentent et diminuent le volume des
haut-parleurs de l'InConcert. Les boutons suivants sont utilisés
pour piloter l'iPod branché sur la station de synchronisation:
Précédent/retour
Lorsque l'on appuie sur ce bouton, le titre est rejoué depuis le début.
Lorsque l'on appuie deux fois sur ce bouton, on passe au titre précédent.
Lorsque l'on maintient ce bouton appuyé, on rembobine le titre.
Suivant/avance rapide
Lorsque l'on appuie une fois sur ce bouton, on passe au titre suivant.
Lorsque l'on maintient ce bouton appuyé, on avance rapidement le titre.
Lecture/Pause
Si votre iPod est éteint, appuyer sur ce bouton le met en marche et engage
la lecture du dernier titre sélectionné. Si votre iPod est déjà allumé, appuyer sur
ce bouton engage la lecture du titre sélectionné. Réappuyer sur cette commande
met le titre en pause. Maintenir ce bouton appuyé arrête l'iPpod.
enu
Ce bouton permet à l'iPod de revenir à la page précédente.
Enter
Ce bouton permet de passer à la page suivante.
Avance/recule
Utiliser ces boutons pour sélectionner les titres ou articles
sur l'iPod.
Aigu/basse
Pour régler les aigus et les basses, vous devez appuyer une fois
sur la touche Aigus ou Basses, puis dans les deux secondes qui suivent
appuyer sur la commande de réglage du volume souhaitée (+ ou -). Par
exemple, pour augmenter les basses, vous devez appuyer une fois sur la
touche Basses, puis dans les deux secondes qui suivent appuyer sur la
commande d’augmentation du volume pour atteindre le niveau souhaité.

FAQ’s
Q. La LED bleue ne s'allume pas.
R. Contrôler que l'alimentation électrique est correctement branchée sur la prise murale et dans le connecteur CC situé à l'arrière de
l'InConcert. Si l'alimentation électrique est branchée sur un parasurtenseur, assurez-vous que le parasurtenseur est allumé. Assurer-vous
également que le haut-parleur soit bien allumé à l'arrière de l'appareil.
Q. Aucun son ne sort des haut-parleurs.
R. Le volume est peut-être réglé trop bas. Appuyez sur le bouton “+” sur la télécommande ou sur le haut-parleur. Assurez-vous également
que l'iPod est correctement engagé dans la station d'accueil en l'éteignant, en le retirant de la station d'accueil, en l'y réinsérant et en le
remettant en marche. Si vous utilisez une autre source audio comme un lecteur de CD, assurez-vous que l'appareil est correctement branché
sur l'InConcert (voir page 17).
Si vous utilisez un iPod nano, le problème peut être lié à l'iPod lui-même et non à la station d'accueil. Pour corriger le problème, il vous faut
effectuer un simple reset du système sur le nano. (vous ne perdrez aucun des éléments enregistrés dans le nano) Pour effectuer un reset,
suivez la procédure décrite ci-dessous:
1) Touche de maintien marche et arrêt (glisser sur maintien, ensuite arrêter de nouveau)
2) Appuyez sur menu et maintenir appuyé; sélectionner les boutons jusqu'à ce que le logo d'Apple logo apparaisse, au bout de 6 à 10
secondes. Vous devez répéter cette étape.
Q. Un grésillement sort des haut-parleurs.
R. Il se peut que l'iPod ne soit pas correctement engagé dans la station d'accueil - voir les détails ci-dessus et réinsérer l'iPod correctement. Si
vous utilisez une autre source audio comme un lecteur MP3, assurez-vous que l'appareil est correctement branché sur l'InConcert (voir page
17).
