
Keyboard / Mouse / Remote Not Responding (One Device or All)
You may at one point or another find that one or all of the Devices aren’t responding to
commands. This Process will help your USB Receiver quickly reacquire the Non-Responsive
input Device/Devices.
1. With the Non-Responsive Device within 30Ft of the USB Receiver
2. While Plugged in to your computer, From the USB Receiver Press Down on the “ID
Change Button” and release it.
3. Now Press a Button on the “Non-Responsive Device” (IE, Click the Mouse, Press a
Key on the Keyboard, Press a Button on the Remote) Test this by Verifying that the
Non-Responsive Input Device is now responding to your commands. Repeat these
steps as necessary for each Non-Responsive Device.
Note: If you are still having issues
•Unplug the “USB Receiver” from the computer for 30 Seconds, then plug it
back in and ait for indo s to recognize it”
•Verify the “USB Receiver” is firmly seated in the USB port or try seating it
in another port
•Verify that the desired device is ithin a 30ft Radius of the USB Receiver
•Verify that the device has good batteries and they are properly inserted.
•It is not recommended to use this Device ith a USB Hub
