Overview
The IDLV-5100P IRD provides operators an ideal solution for receiving, remultiplexing, descrambling and decoding
missions. The IDLV-5100P is equipped with a variety of inputs that ensures compatibility with all transmission
media.
The IDLV-5100P’s remultiplexing capabilities enable creation of new transport streams that are subsets of the
original stream. Customized services may be output as multiple SPTS or MPTS over IP, as well as over ASI.
Using the dual DVB common interfaces, IDLV- 5100P could decrypt multiple services in one transport stream or
two. IDLV- 5100P features a broadcast quality decoder for MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 in both Standard
Denition and High Denition formats, and provides a variety of industry standard digital and analog outputs,
including CVBS video, AES/EBU Audio, analog Audio, SD-SDI and HD-SDI. The unit also performs HD down-
conversion and aspect ratio adaptation of HD programs to generate professional quality baseband analog video
and audio outputs for easy integration with existing cable network infrastructure. This all-in-one architecture makes
the IDLV-5100P an ideal solution for video distribution and contribution networks.

all programs and is delivered to the specied Multicast or Unicast IP address.
IPTV mode: The transport stream received from the ‘source’ selected in previ-

packed into one IP stream. Therefore each IP stream carries only one program
and is delivered to the specied Multicast or Unicast IP address. You can con-

gram name indicates the input source:
0-xxxxx displays the program name, which comes from ASI input; 1-xxxxx from
TUNER input; 2-xxxxx from TS/IP input; 3-xxxxx from the CI; 4-xxxxx comes
from ASI2 input; 5-xxxxx from BISS De-encrypted input.
On ‘Program List’ sub-menu, on the rst row, all encrypted programs are
labeled with a ‘$’ sign. All programs that are being selected to be re-multiplexed
are labeled as ‘Pass’, otherwise, the un-selected programs are labeled as ‘Fo-
