ALLGEMEINE VORSCHRIFTEN
Vor Anlassen, Wartungs- oder Instandsetzungsarbeiten der Maschine empfiehlt es
sich, das vorliegende Handbuch aufmerksam zu lesen.
Die Unversehrtheit des Bedieners sowie der anwesenden Personen hängt von einem
gewissenhaften und vorsichtigen benehmen ab. Beim Maschinengebrauch ist
es deswegen äußerst wichtig, über die Stellung und die Funktion sämtlicher
Steuervorrichtungen eine genaue Kenntnis haben.
 Der Bediener muss über eine gute Erfahrung der o.g. Maschine verfügen.
 Alle Maschinenteile, die nicht verschleißfest sind, sind periodisch
nachzuprüfen.
 Die Elektrische Anlage nie beschädigen.
 Bei Arbeitsunterbrechungen sich vergewissern dass alle Steuervorrichtungen
in einer neutralen Stellung positioniert sind.
 Die Maschine ist mit einem Sicherheitssystem versehen, welches nie
abgeändert werden soll.
 Die Instandsetzung sowie die Wartungsarbeiten dürfen ausschließlich von
Befugte ausgeführt werden.
- Zur Reinigung der Maschinenteile kein Benzin, Lösungsmittel oder andere
leichtentzündliche Mittel verwenden: nur ungiftige und nicht entzündliche Mittel
gebrauchen.
RESTGEFAHREN
Wenn man die allgemeinen Sicherheitsvorschriften befolgt, weist die Maschine der
Fa. IP Division GmbH keine anderen, als die vom Bediener selbst verursachten
Restgefahren auf.
SENDUNG DER KORRESPONDENZ
Wenn Sie sich an den Hersteller für eventuelle Informationen wenden sollen, immer
Folgende Daten angeben:
- Modell der Maschine
- Seriennummer
- Baujahr
- Kaufdatum
- Ausführliche Informationen über den eventuell festgestellten Fehler
- Betriebszeit: Betriebsstundenzahl

VORAUSSETZUNG
Zweck des vorliegenden Handbuches ist, die Beziehung zwischen den Kunden und
dem Kundendienst der Firma IP Division GmbH zu erleichtern und, vor allem, die
notwendigen Bedienungsanleitung der Maschine bekannt zu geben.
Jede Maschine wird mit dem dazugehörigen Handbuch ausgeliefert, da die darin
enthaltene Betriebsanleitung stellt die notwendigen Garantiebedingung für einen
korrekten Maschinenbetrieb dar. Es ist daher sehr wichtig, sich an die
darauffolgenden technischen Angaben gewissenhaft zu halten.
ACHTUNG: Bei nicht Beachtung der in dem vorliegenden Handbuch enthaltenen
Vorschriften gilt keine Garantie mehr.
VERSAND UND AUSPACKUNG
Die in den Karton enthaltenen Bestandteile sorgfältig Auspacken. Alle Teile müssen
nachgeprüft werden, um eventuelle Schäden, die während der Beförderung auftreten
können, festzustellen. Sollten sich Schäden eventuell hervorgehen, so muss der
Hersteller sofort darüber informiert werden. Sehr wichtig ist es, die genaue
Bezeichnung des beschädigten Stückes anzugeben.
BETRIEBSBESTIMMUNGEN
- Die Modellauflageplatte je nach Bedarf einstellen.
- Wasseranschlussschlauch befestigen, Ablaufstützen anpassen.
- Das Stromkabel an die Steckdose anschließen und kontrollieren, ob die
Versorgungsspannung dieselbe ist, wie im vorliegenden Handbuch.
- ACHTUNG: nicht mit freiem Material und/oder losen Kleidungsstücken
an die Maschine herangehen.
- Den Gipstrimmer mit Hilfe des EIN/AUS Schalters der Maschine starten.
- Achtung: Die Korundscheibe soll etwa nach 3 Jahren ausgewechselt werden.

PREMISE
Purpose of this operating manual issued by IP Division GmbH is to make any relation
between the customer and the Technical Service Dept. easier, mainly in the view of
providing the end-user with the directions for a correct and reliable use of the
machine. Every unit is delivered with a copy of this manual and a careful observance
of the directions contained herein is the basic condition to guarantee a perfect
performance.
ATTENTION: the in observance of the directions contained in this manual will give
raise to an immediate discontinuance of the manufacturer’s warranty provisions.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Unpack the items contained into each packing container with the utmost care. All the
components of the model trimmer should be inspected at once, so as to make sure
that no damage in transportation has occurred.
In case of damage, notify the manufacturer giving indications of the damaged parts.
GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
 Read this manual carefully before attempting to start, service and/or performing
any other operations on the machine.
 Operator and by-starter safety depend on the skilfulness, good judgement and
caution in the use of the machine. Therefore, you sould become familiar with the
location and functions of all controls.
 The operator should be well trained and have attained a good knowledge and
experience on this type of equipment.
 From time to time, inspect the parts that are subject to wear for condition and
performance. Never tamper with the machine’s electrical system.
 Whenever, for any reason the working process must be stopped, make sure that
all controls are in a “neutral” position.
 The safety devices the machine is fitted with should be never removed or
inactivated.
 Do not allow unauthorized persons to carry out repairs or service the machine.
 Never use gasoline, solvents, or other flammable compounds to clean the
machine parts. Make use only of commercial non-flammable, non-toxic solvent-
based cleaners.
RESIDUAL RISKS
Compliance with the general safety rules eliminates any residual risk in the use of the
machines produced by IP Division GmbH unless voluntarily caused by the operator.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
 Connect the machine electric power supply cable to the socket, after checking
that the supplied voltage corresponds to the voltage as indicated in the manual
and/or in the machine rating plate.
 Connect one of the smalter diameter hose ends to the water supply and the other
hose end to the machine rear pipe fitting.
 Connect one of the larger diameter hose ends to the machine front part and the
other hose end to a water outlet.
 WARNING : It must be considered that the discharged water is to be filtered.
Lock the working table (Ref.33tab.1) in position by means of the knob (Ref.35).
 Open the discharge water outlet tap. (Ref.36)
 Turn on the green light switch on the left side of the base, it will open the solenoid
valve which allows the water flow on the abrasive disk thus preventing working
dust formation
 Adjust the water outlet tap (Ref.36)
WARNING : The abrasive disk duration is three years (as indicated by the F.E.P.A.
regulations), whereas the other machine parts are not subject to any duration term.
ATTENTION: The abrasive disk is the only part which requires careful handling. The
disk portion to be used for machining has been limited to the minimum. Do not put
your hands near the abrasive disk. Failure to comply with the above mentioned
caution involves the risk of abrasion of the hands and/or of any other part which
might get in contact with the abrasive disk.
 At the end of the operation, the machine must be turned off by the green light
switch.
