Charging your Titan 500
NOTE
The Titan 500 can only be recharged from one source at a time. Connections to multiple recharging
sources may cause damage to the unit.
Charging from wall charger
Using the included AC charging adaptor, plug your Titan 500 into any wall outlet. You will know the
Titan 500 is fully charged when the LCD Battery level displays 100%.

Charging from solar panel
The 6.5mm DC or 30A Anderson Plug input ports are compatible with charging for charging directly
from solar panels (No external charge regulator is required).
1. Place your solar panel where it will receive the maximum direct sunlight as possible.
2. Solar charge times will depend on weather conditions.
IMPORTANT NOTE
When recharging your Titan 500 from solar, take note of the voltages of the solar panels and
ensure these do not exceed 26V as this can cause serious damage to the unit.
Inputs - Select the correct input based on the solar panels being used
• DC Input: 11-26V (96W Max Input)
• 30A Anderson Input: 11-26V (120W Max Input)
Charging from your car
Although not recommended because of slow charge times, you can charge your Titan 500 from any
12V source, like your car.
Input Port Charging Times (Estimated)
AC (Adaptor): 8.5Hrs
DC (Car Cigarette Lighter): 16Hrs @ 12.0V
DC (USB-C/PD Port): Min 13Hrs
Solar (DC Port): Min 8.5Hrs @ 18.0V
Solar (30A Anderson Port): 7Hrs @ 18.0V
The charge times above are provided as a guide only. Estimates may differ from actual considering
input voltages and power being supplied from the alternate sources selected.

Using your Titan 500
How to use Titan 500
1. Press the power button located above each port you will be using.
USB / DC 12V output: Press and hold button for 1 second.
AC output: Press and hold button for 2 seconds.
2. When the port is active, the green LED indicator will illuminate.
3. Connect the required appliance.
4. Press the DISPLAY button to turn on / off the LCD display.
5. When not using certain ports, make sure to turn them off to conserve power.
Best use strategy
When charging devices with your Titan 500, take note of the LCD Battery Display. Make sure that the
electronic device you are powering works properly prior to use. The maximum power consumption for
230 / 110V AC appliances is 500W.
When using the AC power output, the Titan 500 will convert energy from DC power of the battery to
AC power required by your device. Although Titan 500 has a highly efficient inverter, there is still some
energy lost in conversion and you may not receive the full rated capacity of the battery.
Appropriate temperature usage
Cold temperatures can impact battery capacity and output power. The Titan 500 can power your
devices at temperatures ranging from 0°C~45°C. If your working temperature is beyond this range,
the Titan 500 may stop working.

Troubleshooting
If your devices are not recharging from the Titan 500, follow these steps:
1. Ensure the output port has been turned on. The green LED light on the power button should
be lit up.
2. Check the Battery Display. If it is at 20% or below, recharge the unit.
3. Verify your device is suitable for use with the Titan 500:
All of the output ports have their own maximum power capacity. Check the Technical
Specifications to ensure your device is compatible.
4. Check if any of the below warning icons are flashing on the LCD Display
OVERLOAD WARNING: Power draw exceeds the maximum allowance of the port, indicated
by red light in the port button. You need to remove the device in corresponding port first, and then
press the button of the port to recover.
TEMPERATURE WARNING: The power station has over-heated - allow it to cool.
