Thismobilephonecomplieswithpart15oftheFCCRules.Operationissubjecttothe
followingtwoconditions:(1)Thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,and(2)
thisdevicemustacceptanyinterferencereceived,includinginterferencethatmaycause
undesiredoperation.
ThismobilephonehasbeentestedandfoundtocomplywiththelimitsforaClassB
digitaldevice,pursuanttoPart15oftheFCCRules.Theselimitsaredesignedtoprovide
reasonableprotectionagainstharmfulinterferenceinaresidentialinstallation.This
equipmentgeneratesusesandcanradiateradiofrequencyenergyand,ifnotinstalled
andusedinaccordancewiththeinstructions,maycauseharmfulinterferencetoradio
communications.However,thereisnoguaranteethatinterferencewillnotoccurina
particularinstallationIfthisequipmentdoescauseharmfulinterferencetoradioor
televisionreception,whichcanbedeterminedbyturningtheequipmentoffandon,the
userisencouragedtotrytocorrecttheinterferencebyoneormoreofthefollowing
measures:
‐Reorientorrelocatethereceivingantenna.
‐Increasetheseparationbetweentheequipmentandreceiver.
‐Connecttheequipmentintoanoutletonacircuitdifferentfromthattowhichthe
receiverisconnected.
‐Consultthedealeroranexperiencedradio/TVtechnicianforhelp.
Changesormodificationsnotexpresslyapprovedbythepartyresponsiblefor
compliancecouldvoidtheuser‘sauthoritytooperatetheequipment.
Themanufacturerisnotresponsibleforanyradioortvinterferencecausedby
unauthorizedmodificationstothisequipment.Suchmodificationscouldvoidtheuser’s
authoritytooperatetheequipment.

Theantenna(s)usedforthistransmittermustnotbeco‐locatedoroperatingin
conjunctionwithanyotherantennaortransmitter.

Thisphoneisdesignedandmanufacturednottoexceedtheemissionlimitsforexposure

Theexposurestandardforwirelessmobilephonesemploysaunitofmeasurement
knownastheSpecificAbsorptionRate,orSAR.TheSARlimitsetbytheFCCis1.6W/kg.
*TestsforSARareconductedusingstandardoperatingpositionsacceptedbytheFCC
withthephonetransmittingatitshighestcertifiedpowerlevelinalltestedfrequency
bands.AlthoughtheSARisdeterminedatthehighestcertifiedpowerlevel,theactual
SARlevelofthephonewhileoperatingcanbewellbelowthemaximumvalue.Thisis
becausethephoneisdesignedtooperateatmultiplepowerlevelssoastouseonlythe
poserrequiredtoreachthenetwork.Ingeneral,thecloseryouaretoawirelessbase
stationantenna,thelowerthepoweroutput.ThehighestSARvalueforthemodel
phoneasreportedtotheFCCwhentestedforuseattheearis0.567 W/kg andwhen
wornonthebody,asdescribedinthisuserguide,is0.965W/kg(Body‐worn
measurementsdifferamongphonemodels,dependinguponavailableaccessoriesand
FCCrequirements.)
WhiletheremaybedifferencesbetweentheSARlevelsofvariousphonesandatvarious
positions,theyallmeetthegovernmentrequirement.
TheFCChasgrantedanEquipmentAuthorizationforthismodelphonewithallreported
SARlevelsevaluatedasincompliancewiththeFCCRFexposureguidelines.SAR

Forbodywornoperation,thisphonehasbeentestedandmeetstheFCCRFexposure
guidelines for use with an accessory that contains no metal and the positions the
handsetaminimumof1.0cm fromthebody.Useofotheraccessoriesmaynotensure
compliancewithFCCRFexposureguidelines.Ifyoudonotuseabody‐wornaccessoryandare
notholdingthephoneattheear,positionthehandsetaminimumof1.0cm
fromyourbodywhenthephoneisswitchedon.
