FHD Video Decoder
User Manual

H.265/H.264 4K Video Decoder is our newest professional HD audio & video
decoding device with powerful functionality. It can decode network stream by HTTP
RTSP UDP RTMP Protocols and equipped with one HDMI and one CVBS and stereo
audio output for local display.
Its high integration and cost-effective design make this device widely used in variety
of digital distribution systems such as CATV digital head-end, IPTV, advertisement
display satellite and terrestrial digital TV etc.

Visit Decoder Web
The decoder default IP address: http://192.168.1.170, user name and pwd: admin.
Setup your PC IP address in the same network segment with decoder:
On a Windows PC:
Enter “Network and Internet”---“Change adpter settings”--- Right click on your wired
ethernet adapter---“Properties”---“Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)”.
Enter the IP address with 192.168.1.90 (2~254 which no conflict in LAN) and Subnet
mask 255.255.255.0 –“OK”.

Display Setting
You can setup the output display resolution, Aspect Ratio and Volume

Chanel Setting
1. you can setup “Channel Name”and “Stream address”which network stream you
want to decode.
2. you can click Channel+ or Channel- buttons to change the channel output display,
you can also control it by remote controller.

Network Setting
You can setup decoder IP address, Network Mask, Gateway and DNS address
according to the actual application.
Noted: please modify different MAC Address if there are multiple decoders in the
same network
Reboot
Please reboot system after change any settings

Remote Control
Press Menu Button to display the interface as below

2. Channel List
3. Back
4. Select Media Files in Local
5. Channel
6. Volume

Select “Network Set”, Press “OK”Button，
a．You can select ON in Auto SET to enable DHCP
b．You can manual modify IP, NetMask, Gateway, DNS to match your network
environment.
c．Please setup different MAC address there are multiple decoders in the same
network
Select System SET, Press “OK”Button, there will show the system settings as
below
a. Support 16:9 or 4:3 Aspect Ratio
b. Support output 1080P@50/60,1080i@50/60,720P@50/60,560p/i,480p/i
