Descrizione prodotto
Il sensore HEY WATER funziona su superfici dure o morbide, su pavimenti emoquette.
Facile da installare, è sufficiente alimentarlo con due Pile Alcaline AA (Stilo) e
posizionarlo sul pavimento del locale da proteggere. Ideale per scantinati, cucine,
bagni. Quando l'acqua creerà conduzione tra le due sonde di rilevamento, HEY WATER
attiverà l’avvisatore acustico interno ed invierà notifica all’App Hey Smart.
Nota: questo è solo un rilevatore d'acqua. Fornirà un avviso tempestivo, ma non può
interrompere il flusso d'acqua.
Consigli per il posizionamento
Di seguito è riportato un elenco di posizioni ideali per posizionare HEY WATER:
Posizionare un sensore in ogni stanza in cui sono presenti apparecchiature tipo:
● Lavatrici ● Scaldabagno ● Lavastoviglie ● Toilette
● Lavello ● Umidificatore ● Fabbricatore di ghiaccio
Nota: le sonde di rilevamento devono essere rivolte verso il pavimento.
Test Sensore HEY WATER
Appoggiare un panno umido tra le due sonde di rilevamento, HEY WATER attiverà
l’avvisatore acustico (3 Beep seguiti da pausa di 3 sec.). Se il dispositivo non dovesse
funzionare, contattare il rivenditore.
Attenzione: l’allarme generato da HEY WATER richiede un intervento tempestivo da
parte dell’utente. Chiunque sentisse il suono d’allarme è tenuto ad intervenire per
evitare danni agli oggetti e alle persone.
Durata delle batterie
La durata media delle pile dovrebbe essere di circa un anno.
Avviso di batteria scarica
In caso di livello delle pile troppo basso, HEY WATER emetterà un segnale acustico
ogni 32 secondi. Provvedere alla sostituzione delle batterie.
Sostituzione delle batterie
1: Con un cacciavite, Rimuovere le 2 viti presenti sotto il dispositivo e rimuovere il
coperchio del vano batterie.
2: Sostituire le batterie con Stilo Alcaline, rispettando la corretta polarità
d’inserimento .
3: Verificare che la guarnizione di gomma sia ben posizionata e riposizionare il
coperchio
4: Fissare il coperchio riavvitando le 2 viti tolte in precedenza
5: Effettuare il Test del Sensore HEY WATER per verificarne il corretto funzionamento.
Nel caso il sensore non funzionasse, Verificare se le batterie sono state inserite
correttamente. Se il problema si ripetesse, chiedere aiuto al punto vendita.
Connessione al Router Wifi HEY WATER supporta la connessione ad un router
WIFI a 2,4GHz. In caso di perdite d'acqua, HEY WATER attiverà l’avvisatore acustico

interno ed invierà notifiche all’App Hey Smart sullo smartphone dell’utente.
Connettere lo smartphone al router Wifi, scaricare l’app HEY SMART e registrare un
account d’utente, utilizzando il proprio indirizzo email.
1. Porre il sensore HEY WATER in modalità apprendimento. Capovolgere il sensore e,
con il gambo di un cacciavite, cortocircuitare le due sonde per 3 volte in sequenza
ravvicinata. L’indicatore LED Rosso inizierà a lampeggiare velocemente (1 volta al sec).
2. Selezionare +e poi Sensore di protezione > Anti allagamento WIFI
3. Se l’indicatore del sensore lampeggia, confermare per proseguire. In caso contrario,
eseguire il punto 1.
4. Verificare che lo smartphone sia connesso alla banda wifi 2,4GHz. Inserire la
password del vostro router Wifi, NON deve contenere caratteri speciali e max. 30
caratteri.
5. Connessione in corso, la procedura può durare da 10 a 120 sec. in funzione
dell'intensità del segnale Wifi.
6. Effettuata la connessione, il sensore apparirà sull’App. Il Led Rosso sul sensore si
spegnerà.
Confermare per proseguire.
Risoluzione dei problemi
Manutenzione generale
1. Effettuare il Test allarme, almeno con cadenza mensile.
2. Evitare l'accumulo di lanugine o detriti attorno al sensore HEY WATER.
3. Intervenire tempestivamente in caso d’allarme generato dal sensore HEY WATER
4. Sostituire tempestivamente le batterie in caso di segnalazione di “Batteria
scarica”

Product description
The HEY WATER sensor works on hard or soft surfaces, on floors and carpets. Easy to
install, simply power it with two AA Alkaline batteries and place it on the floor of the
room to be protected. Ideal for basements, kitchens, bathrooms. When the water
creates conduction between the two detection probes, HEY WATER will activate the
internal buzzer and send notification to the Hey Smart App.
Note: this is only a water detector. will provide timely warning, can not stop the flow
of water.
Tips for positioning
Below is a list of ideal locations for positioning the HEY WATER sensor:
Place a sensor in each room where there are devices such as:
● Washing machines ● Water heater ● Dishwasher ● Toilet
● Sink ● Humidifier ● Ice maker
Note: the detection probes must face the floor.
HEY WATER sensor test
Place a damp cloth between the two detection probes, HEY WATER will
activate the horn (3 beeps then 3Sec. Pause).
If the device does not work, contact your dealer.
Warning: the alarm generated by HEY WATER requires prompt intervention
by the user. Anyone who hears the alarm sound is required to intervene to
avoid damage to objects and people.
Battery life
The average life of the batteries should be around one year.
Low battery warning
If the battery level is too low, HEY WATER will emit an acoustic signal every
32 seconds. Replace the batteries.
Replacement of batteries
1: With a screwdriver, Remove the 2 screws located under the device
2: Remove the battery compartment cover.
3: Replace the batteries with Alkaline Stylus, respecting the correct insertion
polarity.
4: Check that the rubber gasket is well positioned and replace the cover
5: Secure the cover by tightening the 2 screws removed previously
6: Carry out the HEY WATER sensor test to verify correct operation. If the sensor
does not work, check if the batteries have been inserted correctly. If the problem
recurs, ask the store for help
Connection to the Wifi Router
HEY WATER supports the connection to a 2.4GHz WIFI router. In the event of water
leaks, HEY WATER will activate the internal buzzer and send notifications to the Hey
Smart App on the user's smartphone.

Connect your smartphone to the Wifi router, download the HEY SMART app and
register a user account, using your email address.
1. Put the HEY WATER sensor in learning mode. Turn the sensor upside down and,
with the shank of a screwdriver, short-circuit the two probes 3 times in close
sequence. The LED indicator will start flashing quickly.
2. Select + and then Protection sensor> Anti-flooding WIFI
3. If the sensor indicator is flashing, confirm. If not, perform step 1.
4. Check that the smartphone is connected to the 2.4GHz wifi band. Enter the
password of your Wifi router, it MUST NOT contain special characters and max. 30
characters.
5. Connection in progress, the procedure can last from 10 to 120 sec. depending on
the strength of the Wifi signal.
6. Once connected, the sensor will appear on the App. The Red Led switches to Off.
Confirm to continue.
Troubleshooting
General maintenance
1. Carry out the alarm test, at least monthly.
2. Avoid the accumulation of fluff or debris around the HEY WATER sensor.
3. Intervene promptly in the event of an alarm generated by the HEY WATER sensor
