LATEST TECHNOLOGY
Introducing the iTechworld Lithium
Battery 120AH - iTECH120, a state of the
art lithium battery designed from the
ground up to power recreational vehicle
(caravans, motorhomes, camper trailers &
marine).
ADVANCED B.M.S
Designed and developed in Perth the B.M.S
is the control centre of the battery.
Designed with the outdoor enthusiast in
mind, the B.M.S permits fast charging and
easy discharge, allowing the user to
operate high current appliances such as
toasters, microwaves, kettles and
hairdryers via an inverter. The B.M.S also
helps balance the cells for series or
parallel connection.
SAFETY IS THE PRIORITY
Our lithium cells are the safest available
making them the perfect choice for use in
our batteries. The cells used in our
batteries have been manufactured to the
highest of standards using lithium from
Western Australia.

PROTECTIVE FUNCTIONS
Built into the B.M.S are several protective functions
including 3 levels of over current
protection, over discharge protections, cell
temperature, ambient temperature andcell
voltage.
CHARGING
TheiTECH120 battery is the ultimate in light
weight power technology. This is a direct
replacement for your older and heavier batteries,
and will require no changes to your charging
system. Battery chargers must have a cut off point
of 14.7v or less.

Can connectin series, up to 4 batteries, max 48V
Can connect in parallel up to 4 batteries.Whenconnecting in
parallel all batteries voltage must be the same.
Do not use this battery with lead acid battery or other brand
battery in series or parallel.
Exposure to sunlight can increase discharge rate of battery.
If battery shows any shape change, colour change or any liquid
seeping from battery stop using immediately and contact
iTechworld.
If the battery terminal screws are corroded, be careful not to
bend the terminals when tightening or loosening.
Do no short-circuit the battery by directly connecting the

INSTRUCTIONS
Storing the Battery when not using it
Long-time storage in a hot or wet environment will damage the
battery. The battery should be stored in dry and ventilated
environment. The ideal storage temperature is below 25℃ if
stored this way it will extend the battery life. If the storage
temperature surpasses 40℃ for a long period of time (more
than 30 days), battery life may be shortened; if the storage
temperature surpasses 55℃, the battery can be damaged.
When the battery is being stored for more than 50 days the
preferred charge storage capacity should be between 70% and
80% this should be a reading of 13v on the digital display.
Putting a charge into the battery every three month will prolong
the battery life.
Transporting the Battery
The Battery should always be carefully handled. Don’t throw
battery, and avoid squeezing it i.e do not pack heavy objects on
top of the battery otherwise your battery casing will be
deformed. The battery is robust and should be able to
handlelight off road bumps. Ensure the battery is in a secure
spot where it cannot be punctured.
Do not store battery with flammable, explosive goods or sharp
metals. Upon delivery of battery from iTechworld please inspect
for openings in the casing or other damage that could have been
