Thank you for purchasing the Ivation portable washer/spinner. This User Guide is
intended to provide you with guidelines to ensure that operation of this product is
safe and does not pose risk to the user. Any use that does not conform to the guidelines
described in this User Guide may void the limited warranty.
Read and make sure you understand and follow all instructions in this guide before operating this unit. Thoroughly familiarize yourself with
the controls and the proper use of the equipment.
NOTE: This unit is equipped with a built-in pump for fast and easy draining.
Parts
Safety Precautions
As with all electrical appliances, safety measures must be observed, including the following:
• Caution: Risk of Electric Shock
To reduce the risk of electric shock do not attempt to disassemble or alter this device. There are no user-serviceable parts.
• This product is intended for private domestic use only. It is not intended for any commercial trade use.
• Use this product only for its intended purpose.
• Never allow children to have access to this equipment.
• Do not plug into an outlet being used by another appliance.
• Never put your hand into the tub while the machine is running.
• Do not put heavy or heated objects on top of the machine.
• Keep machine away from heat-generating equipment.
• Do not use or store machine in direct sunlight.
• Do not use or store machine in wet or damp areas, or in areas prone to high humidity such as bathrooms. Do not use outdoors.
• Do not wash waterproof clothes.
• Do not wash clothes heavily soiled with petroleum-based compounds or solvents.
• Always make sure the machine is placed on a solid level surface.
• Never use the appliance near flammable or combustible objects, liquids, or gases.
• Turn off and unplug the appliance before moving or servicing it.
• Do not use the appliance if the electrical cord or any parts are damaged.
• Do not allow the control panel to become wet. Do not place wet clothing on the control panel.

Preparation
• Place the machine on a flat, solid, level surface.
• Plug the power supply cord into an AC outlet with voltage corresponding to the rating label of the appliance. To reduce risk of electric shock,
plug into a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) outlet.
• Insert the water inlet hose into water inlet connector. Connect hose to tap.
• Place the drain hose so that the discharged water flows away from the machine.
• Separate laundry as usual (whites, colorfast, dark, delicate, etc.) and follow the laundering guide in this manual. Do not wash torn clothes.
Empty all pockets and close all fasteners.
• Check that the wash timer knob is set to the 0 position and that the selector switch is set to the "Wash" mode.
• Fill the tub according to the recommended level. Do not use water that is more than 122° F (50° C.)
• Do not use excessive amounts of detergent or bleach. Use according to the manufacturer's recommendation.
• Unplug the unit when it is not in use.
Simultaneous Wash and Spin-dry
Two motors allow you to wash one load while spin-drying another. Set the controls for both "Wash" and "Spin" per the instructions in this guide.
Operation
Wash
• Connect drain hose and water inlet hose as described.
• Add laundry and detergent to the wash tub.
• Set the selector to "Wash."
• Turn on water supply and fill tub according to the recommended level in the laundry guide.
• Set the wash timer according to the recommended duration in the laundry guide.
• When washing is completed, set the selector to the "Drain" position to discharge the water.
Drain
When washing or rinsing is complete, turn the selector knob to the Drain position to activate the pump. IMPORTANT! –Turn the knob back to Wash
when draining is complete.
Rinsing in the Wash Tub
• Set the water inlet knob to "Wash Tub."
• Turn the water supply on.
• When rinse water becomes clear, turn the water supply off.
• Set the selector to "Drain" to discharge water.
Rinsing in the Spin Tub
• Set the water inlet knob to "Spin Tub."
• Turn the water supply on.
• Set the selector to "Drain" to discharge water.
Clearing the Tub
• Set the selector to "Drain" to discharge water.
• When machine empties, reset the control to "Wash."
Spin Drying
• Open the inner safety lid of the spin tub: lift up the outer cover, then lift up the safety lid.
• Transfer the wash load to the spin tub starting with small articles. Distribute clothing uniformly to avoid imbalance.
• Place the removable spin mat over the wash load and lightly push downward (to contain the clothes in the spin tub.)
• Close the inner safety lid and then the spin tub lid.
• Set the spin timer to the duration recommended in the laundry guide.
• Wait until the tub has stopped spinning before reaching in and removing laundry.
• To remove or reposition clothes during the spin cycle, open the outer and inner lids. The tub will automatically stop spinning as a brake is
activated when the spin lid is opened. To restart, close both lids. If required, reset the timer.
• If any abnormal noise or vibration occurs, turn off the spin timer and rearrange the load inside the tub.

After Using
• Check that both timers are off ("0" position).
• Check that the knob is not in the "Drain" position.
• Disconnect the machine from the power supply.
• Clean any spillage and wipe the tubs and exterior with a clean, damp cloth.
• Disconnect the water hose from the tap.
Cleaning the Machine
• Clean after every use to prolong the life of your machine and ensure optimal operation.
• Always turn off the machine and disconnect it from the power supply before cleaning.
• Clean the exterior of the machine with a soft damp cloth. Do not use harsh cleaning agents.
• Lint Filter:
IMPORTANT! – The lint filter must always be in place during washing, and must be cleaned immediately after each use.
- Remove the lint filter inside the wash tub by gently pulling it toward you.
- Wash the filter under clean running water.
- Reinstall the filter by first inserting the bottom and then pushing the upper part firmly into place.

Is something touching the pulsator in the wash tub?
Is the machine placed on a level surface?
Is the load unbalanced?
Is an article lodged between the spin bowl and tub?
Is the safety cover correctly on top of laundry in the spin tub?
Are the inner and outer lids correctly secured?
Is the load too big?
