Warranty
IVT tools are intended only for do-it-yourself activities. We
guarantee that IVT tools are in accordance with statutory/
country-specic regulations (proof of purchase by invoice or
delivery note). The warranty is not valid for consumables and
accessories which partly belong to the scope of supplies. The
warranty cannot be invoked in the following cases:
1. normal wear of mechanisms and components which have a
limited life;
2. maintenance and replacement of hardware parts that wears
quickly (carbon brushes, cutting tools, gearwheels);
3. overloads or loads which are too extensive and may lead
to: simultaneous failure of one or more hardware parts which•
are functionally connected with the system;
burning, charring, melting due to excessive internal•
temperatures of the hardware (heating elements, switches,
wiring, housings);
4. mechanical damage or presence of foreign objects in the
tool;
5. commercial use;
6. use of purposes not mentioned in this instruction manual;
7. dismantling and repair work not carried out by IVT
specialist.
8. defects in the tool caused by improper use, inappropriate
operatingor maintenance procedures,anyusenot in accordance
with the printed material provided, abnormal environmental or
electric conditions.
Gewährleistung
Die IVT Geräte sind nur für das Haushaltarbeit vorbestimmt.
Benutzer muss die Bedienungsanleitung für die Geräte der
Firma. IVT ist eine Gewährleistung entsprechend den Gesetzen
und spezischen Besonderheiten jedes Landes vorgesehen (die
Faktura oder der Abgabeschein gilt als einen Beweis des Kaufs).
Diese Gewährleistung ist nicht für Verbrauchsmaterialien und
Zubehör geeignet, die teilweise in den Lieferumfang enthalten
sind. Garantie gilt nicht bei den nächsten Fällen:
1. bei dem Langzeitverschleiß der Mechanismen und Bauteile,
die begrenzte Leistungsfähigkeitsperiode haben;
2. bei der Vorbeugung und dem Einsatz der Verschleißteile
(Kohlebürsten, Zahnräder);
3. bei der Überlastung und der intensiven Ausnutzung, deren
Folgen sind:
gleichzeitiges Versagen von einem oder mehreren•
funktionell verbundenen Bauteilen oder Baugruppen
Verbrennen, Verkohlung, Nachschmelzen unter der hohen•
Temperatur der Bauteile (Heizkörper, Schalter, Leitungsdraht,
Gehäuse);
4. wenn mechanische Fehler, Fremdkörpern gefunden sind;
5. wenn das Werkzeug mit dem Produktions- und Industieziel
ausgenutzt worden ist;
6. wenn das Werkzeug mit dem nicht von dieser
Gebrauchsanweisung geeignetem Ziel ausgenutzt worden ist;
7. wenn das Werkzeug nicht von den Fachleute von IVT
geönet, repariert worden ist.
8. bei der Beschädigungen des Gerätes nach
dem unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, Bedienungs- und
Betriebsordnungübertretung, bei der Nichtbefolgung
der Vorschriften, bei dem Gebrauch im abnormelen
Umweltbedienungen oder Elektrischebedienungen.

розетки) вследствие высоких внутренних температур;
4. Механическое повреждение, присутствие посторонних
предметов в инструменте;
5. Коммерческое использование;
6. Использование для целей, не предусмотренных
настоящей инструкцией по эксплуатации;
7. Разборка и ремонт, выполненные не специалистами IVT.
8. Повреждения инструмента в результате ненадлежащего
использования, нарушения порядка эксплуатации или
обслуживания, несоблюдения письменных указаний,
эксплуатации в аномальных условиях окружающей среды
или электрических условиях.

Gwarancja
Narzędzia IVT są przeznaczone tylko do użytku prywatnego.
Dla instrumentu IVT jest przewidziana gwarancja odpowiednio
do praw i specycznych właściwości każdego kraju (dowodem
spełnienia kupna jest faktura albo fracht).
Gwarancja nie rozpowszechnia się na dodatkowe materiały
i narzędzia, które częściowo wchodzą do dostarczonego
kompletu. Gwarancja nie działa w następnych wypadkach:
1. Naturalnego zniszczenia mechanizmów i węzłów, które
mają ograniczony okres przydatności do pracy;
2. Prolaktyki i zamiany szybko zniszczalnych detali (szczotki
węglowe, koła zębate);
3. Przeładunku lub wykorzystania w trybie intensywnym,
skutkiem których jest:
jednoczesne złamanie jednego lub więcej funkcjonalnie•
związanych detali oraz węzłow;
spalanie się, zwęglanie, topienie się pod wpływem•
wysokiej temperatury wewnętrznej detali (elementy
grzejne, przyciski, druty, korpusy);
4. Mechanicznych obrażeń, zaistnienia w środku przedmiotów
obcych;
5. Wykorzystania w celach wytwórczych lub przemysłowych;
6. Wykorzystania w celach, nie przewidzianych przez niniejszą
instrukcję;
7. Otwarcia, remontu, który był zrobiony nie fachowcem IVT.
8. Uszkodzenia instrumentu wskutek użycia w sposób
niewłaściwy, naruszenia sposobu eksploatacji albo obsługi,
nieprzestrzegania wskazań pisemnych, eksploatacji w
anomalnych warunkach środowiska przyrodniczego albo
warunkach elektrycznych.

работ. Для iнструменты IVT прадугледжана гарантыя ў
адпаведнасціззаконамііспецыфічныміасаблівасцямікожнай

фактура або накладная). Гарантыя не распаўсюджваецца
на расходныя матэрыялы і прыналежнасці, якія часткова
ўваходзяць у камплект пастаўкі. Гарантыя не дзейнічае ў
наступных выпадках:
1. натуральнага зносу механізмаў і вузлоў, якія маюць
абмежаваны перыяд працаздольнасці;
2. прафілактыкі і замены быстразношваючыхся дэталяў

3. перагрузкі або інтэнсіўнага выкарыстання, вынікам якіх
з’яўляюцца:
адначасовы выхад са строю аднаго або больш•
функцыянальна звязаных дэталяў і вузлоў;

4. механічных пашкоджанняў, наяўнасці ўнутры
іншародных прадметаў;
5. выкарыстання ў вытворчых або прамысловых мэтах;
6. выкарыстання ў мэтах, не прадугледжаных дадзенай
інструкцыяй;
7. раскрыцця, рамонту, які быў зроблены не спецыялістамі
IVT
8. Пашкоджанні інструмента ў выніку неналежнага
выкарыстання, парушэнні парадку эксплуатацыі або
абслугоўвання, невыканання пісьмовых указанняў,
эксплуатацыі ў анамальных умовах навакольнага асяроддзя
або электрычных умовах.
Гарантія
Інструменти IVT призначені тільки для виконання побутових
робіт. Для електроінструмента IVT передбачена гарантія
відповідно до законів і специфічні особливості кожної
країни. Підтвердженням є гарантійний талон!
Гарантія не поширюється на витратні матеріали та приладдя,
які частково входять в комплект поставки.
Гарантійне обслуговування не здійснюється у випадках:
1. Природного зносу механізмів та вузлів, що мають
обмежений період працездатності;
2. Профілактики і заміни швидкозношуваних деталей
(вугільні щітки, шестірні);
3. Перевантаження або інтенсивного використання,
наслідком яких є:
одночасний вихід з ладу одного або більше•
функціонально пов’язаних деталей і вузлів;
згоряння, обвуглювання, розплавлення під впливом•
високої внутрішньої температури деталей (нагрівальні
елементи, кнопки, проводи, корпуси);
4. механічних пошкоджень, наявності всередині сторонніх
предметів;
5. використання у виробничих або промислових цілях;
6. використання в цілях, не передбачених цією
інструкцією;
7. розтину, ремонту, який був зроблений не фахівцями IVT.
8. Пошкодження інструменту в результаті неналежного
використання, порушення порядку експлуатації або
обслуговування, недотримання письмових вказівок,
експлуатації в аномальних умовах навколишнього
середовища або електричних умовах.

Gli strumenti IVT sono progettati per il solo utilizzo hobbistico
e per il fai-da-te. Il team IVT garantisce che i nostri prodotti
sono conformi ai regolamenti specici per i Paesi in cui sono
commercializzati (a prova dell’acquisto è necessaria la fattura
o la bolla di consegna). La garanzia non è valida per i beni di
consumo che fanno parte del campo degli accessori. La garanzia
non può essere rivendicata nei seguenti casi:
1. normale usura dei meccanismi e degli assemblaggi, che

2. per la manutenzione o la sostituzione di parti di consumo

fornito o un utilizzo in anomale condizioni elettriche o
ambientali.

IVT nástroje jsou určeny pouze pro domácí použití. Zaručujeme,
že nástroje společnosti IVT souhlasí stanoveným v každé
konkrétní zemi normám (kontrola a nákup se provádí na základě
faktury a výdejky). Záruka se nevztahuje na spotřební materiál a
přídavné příslušenství které jsou součástí dodávky.
Záruční podmínky neplatí v následujících případech:

Safety regulation for the use
General safety rules
This model of spray gun (ESG-100) is intended for
spraying a coating (paint, ink, varnish, etc.) through
the air onto a surface. It employs compressed air to
atomize and direct the paint particles.
The following listed safety instructions should serve
you for the right use and for the protection of your own
safety. Therefore please read this very carefully.
When passing this tool to a third person, these
instructions must be handed too.
Retain this user manual and all other literature
supplied with your tool for any future reference.
Comply with the safety information and the
warnings on the tool.
Be familiar with the controls and the proper use of
the tool before attempting to use it and above all,
make sure you know how to stop to use it in case
of emergency.

The tool must be assembled correctly before use.•
Only use the tool for its designed purposes.•
In addition to the design of the tool there may•
be safety decals that must be considered and
indications about the safety equipment to use.
The prevention of accidents is dependent upon
the awareness, common sense and proper training
of everyone involved in the operation, transport,
maintenance and storage of the tool.
Never leave the tool unattended.•
Never allow children to use the tool. Children•
should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the tool.
Keep children and pets away. All onlookers•
should be kept at a safe distance away from the tool
when it is in use.
The user is responsible for third parties while•
working with the tool .
People who aren’t acquainted with the operating•
instructions, children, juveniles who have not yet
reached the minimum age for using this tool and
people under the inuence of alcohol, drugs or
medication are not allowed to use the tool . Local
regulations may restrict the age of the operator.
WARNING: The consumption of alcohol,
medication and drugs, plus states of
illness, fever and fatigue will aect your
ability to react. Do not use this tool in any of these
situations.
Make sure that all the protective devices (if•
present) are tted and are in good condition.
Never operate the tool with defective safety•
devices or guards (if present), or without safety
devices in place .
Inspect the entire tool to look for loose parts (e.g.•
nuts, bolts, screws, etc.) and for any damage. Check
at frequent intervals if screws and bolts are properly
tight to be sure the equipment is in safe working
condition. Repair or replace them, if necessary,
before using the machine. Serious injury to the
operator and to the bystanders could result if there’s
a damage to the tool .
While using the tool, dress properly. Do not•
wear loose clothing or jewelry that could become
caught by the tool. Wear suitable working clothes. It is
recommended that legs and feet are covered, to protect
from ying debris. Long air should be tided back.
Keep handles and grips dry, clean and free from•
oil and grease.
Use a proper protective equipment. Use•
safety glasses and safety gloves. Also use a dust
mask during pulverulent operations or if exaust
gases are present. When necessary, use also non-
slipping boots or shoes, hardhat and earplugs. If
the noise level exceeds 85 dB(A), ear protection is
obligatory.
WARNING! Use personal protective
equipment! Safety devices and the
personal protective equipment protect
your own health and the health of others and
ensure a trouble-free operation of the tool .
Do not start to use the tool if it is in an inverted•
position or it is not in the right working order.
Ensure that you have a good stand, while you•
operate with the tool. Keep proper footing and
balance at all times.
Keep work area clean. Cluttered areas invite•
injuries. Before use, all foreign bodies must be
removed from the working area, also pay attention
to foreign objects during the operation.
Do not force the tool.•
Only work in daylight or suciently good•
articial light. Never operate the tool without good
visibility.
Be careful not to drop the tool or hit it against•
obstacles.
Stay alert. Watch what you are doing.
Distraction can cause you to lose
control. Use common sense.
Electrical safety rules
ATTENTION! When using electrical tools,
the following safety instructions should
be observed to prevent the risk of electric
shock, personal injury and re. Read and observe
these instructions carefully before using the tool.
It is recommended for increased electrical•
safety to use a Residual Current Device (RCD) with
a tripping current of not more than 30 mA. Always
check your RCD every time you use it. Consult a
reliable electrician.
WARNING! The use of an RCD or other
circuit breaker unit does not release the
operator from the safety instructions
and safe working practices given in this manual.
The main voltage must correspond to the one•
marked on the technical data plate. Do not use

Consider working area environment. Do not expose
power tools to rain. Do not use power tools in
damp or wet locations. Keep work area well lit and
dry. Try to prevent the device from getting wet or
being exposed to humidity. Do not leave it outside
overnight. Water entering a power tool will increase
the risk of electric shock.
The power supply cable should be checked•
regularly and, before using it, make sure the cable
is not damaged or worn out. If the cable is not in
good condition, do not use the appliance; take it to
an authorized service centre.
When tool is used outdoor, only use an extension•
cable that is suitable for outdoor work and which is
marked for this specic use. Keep it away from the
working area, from damp, wet or oily surfaces and
away from heat and fuels.
To avoid danger, damaged power cord should•
be replaced by manufacturer or its agent, or similar
qualied person.
Immediately unplug the tool when its cable is•
damaged or cut.
Avoid any accidental starting: make sure the•
switch is“o” before plugging it in.
Remove adjusting keys or wrenches before•
turning the tool on.
Do not use the tool if the switch does not turn•
the tool on or o. Any tool that cannot be controlled
with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
WARNING! During the use of the tool, some
dust containing chemicals known to cause
cancer, may occur. Some of these chemicals
are: lead from lead based paints, crystalline silica from
bricks and cement and other masonry products,
arsenic and chromium from chemically treated lumber
and other dangerous products. If dust is present, your
risk from these exposures varies, depending on how
often you do this type of work. To reduce your
exposure to these chemicals, any time you do
pulverulent operations, work in a well ventilated
area and work with approved safety equipment,
such as dust masks that are specially designed to
lter out microscopic particles.
If the appliance strikes a foreign body, examine•
the device for signs of damage and carry out any
necessary repairs before restarting and continuing
to work.
If the appliance starts to vibrate abnormally, turn•
it o and check for the cause immediately. Vibration
is generally a warning of trouble.
Always switch o the appliance and wait until•
the device completely stops whenever you leave the
machine, before carrying out maintenance, before
checking, cleaning or working on the appliance.
Wear suitable working clothes, long trousers•
and solid shoes. Do not operate the appliance when
barefoot or wearing open sandals.

It is forbidden to move or modify any of the•
internal parts of the device.
Specic safety rules
The warnings and safety instructions must be•
followed to ensure reasonable safety and eciency
in using the spray gun. The working environment
must be free of dust, acid vapour, explosive gases and
fIammable materials. Do not use near naked ame.
Under no circumstances should the spray gun be•
pointed towards humans or animals: materials are
dispersed from the spray gun at a very high pressure.
The spray gun must only be used for paints•
and soIvents with a minimum ashpoint of 32°C.

Eective ventilation is essential when using the•
spray gun indoors. Open windows and fans help to
circulate air.
Do not use liquids containing abrasive substances•
such as red lead oxide, glazes, caustic and alkaline
substances. The use of these substances can cause
excessive wear and blockages in the spray gun.
Do not smoke when using the spray gun. Do not•
eat or drink whilst using the spray gun.
Always use on approved face mask with•
replacement lters. Hearing protection and eye
protection must also be worn (normal glasses are
not sucient for eye protection). Approved safety
goggles are mandatory.
Keepyourworkareaclear.Cluttered workbenches•
and work areas invite accidents. Floors should be kept
clear and free of rubbish.
For your protection, if the tool is used outdoors do•
not expose the spray gun or compressor to rain. Do
not use it in wet or damp locations. Do not place the
tool on damp surfaces. Use a workbench if available.
Use only extension cords marked for outdoor use.
Do not use the spray gun where there is a risk of•
re or explosion from fIammable materials.
Never yank or pull the power cord to disconnect•
it from the mains supply socket. If the power cord
becomes damaged it must be replaced by a qualied
service facility. Ensure the power cord is disconnected
when not in use.
Any switch that does not operate correctly must•
be replaced. Do not use the spray gun if the On/O
switch (3) does not turn o the unit.
Do not attempt to modify the spray gun in any•
way.
Always keep the spray basket nozzle (6) in place•
during use.
Beware of any hazard by the material being•
sprayed and consult the markings on the container or
the information supplied by the manufacturer.Do not
spray any material where the hazard is not known.
Always read the paint manufacturers thinning•
recommendations or instructions before using paint
or other materials.
Do not clean with ammable liquids with a ash•
point less than 32°C.
Always disconnect from the mains supply when•
lling the paint cup (5) or cleaning the spray gun.
Switch o when not spraying and avoid running•
the unit with the uid adjustment knob (2) fully
closed for any length.
Unpacking
When unpacking, check to make sure that all
components are included. Refer to the drawings
on this manual. If any parts are missing or broken,
please call IVT assistance center.
Initial operation
ATTENTION! Do not use textured wall
paints or coatings as this will block the
nozzle.
NOTE: Many substances can be sprayed with your
spray gun, but always check the manufacturers
recommendations before purchasing your

To obtain the best results, it is important that you•
prepare the surface to be sprayed and thin the paint to
thecorrect viscosity,beforeyouoperateyour spray gun.
Always ensure that the surfaces to be sprayed are•
free from dust, dirt and grease.
Make sure that you have masked the areas•
that should not be sprayed, using a good quality
masking tape.
The paint or uid to be sprayed should be•
thoroughly mixed and free from lumps or other
particles.
ATTENTION! Always remember to
disconnect from the mains supply
before lling the paint cup (5) with
sprayable material.

and will need to be thinned before they are suitable
to be sprayed. Follow the manufacturer’s advice on

thinning the paint when used with a spray gun.
The viscosity cup (9) will help you to determine•
the correct viscosity of paint to be used.To determine
the correct viscosity, ll the viscosity cup (9) to the
brim with the paint. Measure the amount of time it
takes for the cup to empty back into the can (g.1).
The table shows recommended times for dierent
types of material.

If the paint takes longer than the recommended
time to empty, then further thinning is required.
Mix in a small quantity of the appropriate thinner
and use the viscosity test until the correct
thickness is achieved.
Some spray able materials contain particles and
lumps. These materials should be strained before
filling the paint container.
Switching on and o
Before connecting the device to the electric power
supply, make sure that the main supply voltage is
230V/50Hz.
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power
supply voltage must match the information quoted
on the tool identication plate.
Switching on
Fill the paint cup (5) with the correctly thinned1.
and strained paint.
Connect the spray gun to the mains supply.2.
Aim the spray gun at a piece of scrap material3.
and operate the on/o switch (3) until paint is
spraying.
Operating instructions
Adjust the uid adjustment knob (2) until the•
required volume of paint is spraying.
Adjustment of the uid adjustment knob (2) will
aect the spray pattern. Turn the uid adjustment
knob in a clockwise direction to reduce the ow and
anti-clockwise to increase the ow (g.2).

A poor spray pattern will concentrate the paint in
the centre of the spray and give a blotchy nish.
A good spray pattern will give even distribution of
paint throughout the pattern.
Switching o
Release the on/o switch (3) to stop the spray gun.•
ATTENTION! Immediately switch o the spray gun
when there is:
• interruption in the mains plug, mains lead or
mains lead damage.
• defect in the ON/OFF switch (3).
• smoke or stench of scorched isolation.
Spraying techniques
To obtain the best results, keep your spray gun•
level and parallel to the surface at all times.
Keep the nozzle 25 - 30 cm from the surface and•
spray evenly from side to side or up and down (g.3-4).
Do not spray at an angle as this will lead to paint•
runs on the surface.
Use smooth and even strokes.•
When spraying large areas, use a criss-cross•
pattern (g.5).
Never start or stop the spray gun while it is aimed•
at the surface to be sprayed.
Evenly control the speed of movement of the•
spray gun. A fast speed of movement over the
surface will give a thin coat and a slow speed will
give a heavy coat.

Apply one coat at a time. If a further coat is•
required, make sure you observe the manufacturers
drying time recommendations before applying a
second coat.
When spraying small areas, keep the uid•
adjustment knob (2) on a low setting. This will avoid
using too much paint and prevent overspray.
Where possible, avoid stopping and starting•
when spraying an object. This can lead to too much,
or not enough paint being applied.
Do not tip the spray gun to more than 45°.•
Fitting and using the exible nozzle (7)
The exible nozzle extension (7) should be used to
spray at or horizontal surfaces. It should also
be used in areas with limited access.
To t the exible nozzle (7), unscrew the spray•
basket nozzle (6) and attach the exible nozzle (7)
in its place.
Replace the spray basket nozzle (6) on the end of•
the exible nozzle (7) and tighten (g.6).

Maintenance and storage
Before any work on the machine itself,
pull the mains plug.
Always keep the tool and the ventilation slots (if•
present) cleaned.Regularcleaning andmaintenance
of the appliance will ensure eciency and prolong
the life of your tool.
If the tool should fail despite the rigorous•
manufacturing and testing procedures, the repair
should be carried out by an authorized IVT customer
service.
Keep all nuts, bolts, and screws tight, to be sure•
the tool is in safe working condition.
Replace worn or damaged parts for safety.•
Use only original spare parts. Parts not produced by•
manufacturer may cause poor t and possible injury.
Store the tool in a dry room out of reach of kids•
and away from any ammable material.
Never wet the device or spray water on it!•

NOTE: It is essential that the spray gun is cleaned
thoroughly after every use. Failure to clean it will
almost certainly result in blockages and it may
not operate when you next come to use it! The
guarantee does not cover cleaning a sprayer that
has not been properly cleaned by the user.
After every use:
Empty any remaining material from the paint1.
cup (5).
Clean the paint cup (5) thoroughly with the2.
thinner that was used.
Pour some thinner into the paint cup (5) and3.

Das vorliegende Modell der Farbsprühpistole
(ESG-100) ist für das Auftragen der Deckung
(die Farben, der Tinten, des Lackes usw.) auf die
Oberäche mittels des Zerstäubens vorbestimmt.
Für das Zerstäuben und die Farberichtung wird die
zusammengepresste Luft verwendet.
Folgende Weisungen der Unfallverhütungstechnik

Berufskleidung.Die geräumige Kleidung, Schmuck
können von den sich bewegenden Teilen festgezogen
sein. Gebrauchen Sie entspechende Berufskleidung.
Schützen Sie die Beine und Fußsohlen vor dem
auseinanderiegenden Müll. Arbeiten Sie barfuß oder
in geonete Sandalien nicht. Sammeln Sie das lange
Haar hinten.
Enthalten Sie die Grie in der Sauberkeit und•
Trockenheit.
Verwenden Sie die entsprechenden•
Schutzeinrichtungen. Verwenden Sie die Schutzbrillen
und Schutzhandschuhe. Bei der Arbeit mit den
Pulveren oder in der Auspuumgebung verwenden
Sie die Staubmaske. Im Falle der Notwendigkeit tragen
Sie die Schuhe mit der nicht gleitenden Sohle, den
Schutzhelm und das Ohrstöpsel.Wenn das Niveau
des Lärms 85 дБ (A) übertritt, verwenden Sie die
Schutzkopfhörer unbedingt.

Elektirsche Sicherheitsregeln
ACHTUNG! Mit dem Ziel der
Verhinderung des Schlages durch
elektrischen Strom, Verursachen des
persönlichen Schadens oder bei dem Gebrauch
von Electrowerkzeuge ist es nötig nächste
Vorschriften über Sicherheitsregeln zu beachten.
Vor dem Werkzeuggebrauch lesen Sie und
beachten Sie genau gegebene Anweisungen.
Um das Sicherheitsniveau bei dem Betrieb zu
erhöhen, wird es empfohlen, die Anlage des
Dierentialschutzes (RCD) zu verwenden, die auf die
Stromabschaltung nicht mehr als 30 мA gerechnet

VORSICHT! Das Gerät ist notwendig
zuerst auszuschalten, und dann von
Fassung oder Verlängerungskabel zu
trennen.
Drücken Sie die Verlängerungsleitung während•
der Arbeit des Gerätes nicht durch. Verlieren Sie das
Kabel nicht aus den Augen.
Schließen Sie die Verlängerungsleitung direkt an•
das Gerät selbständig nicht an. Wenden Sie sich an
den nächsten Serviceagent an.
ACHTUNG! STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR!
Überwachen Sie die Produktionsumgebung.
Verwenden Sie die Elektroinstrumente während des
Regens nicht.Verwenden Sie die Elektroinstrumente
in den feuchten und nassen Räumen nicht. Behalten
Sie den Arbeitsplatz trocken, sichern Sie gute
Beleuchtung ab. Bewahren Sie das Gerät von der
Feuchtigkeit. Lassen Sie das Gerät nachts in der
oenen Luft nicht. Beim Treen des Wassers ins
Elektroinstrument wird das Risiko des Schlages vom
Strom erhöht.
Regelmäßig prüfen Sie und jedesmal vor•
der Nutzung das Kabel einer Ernährung auf das
Vorhandensein der Beschädigungen und der
Merkmale des Verschleißes. Verwenden Sie das
Gerät mit dem beschädigten Kabel nicht; wenden
Sie sich an das ozielle Service-Zentrum.
Bei der Arbeit außerhalb des Raums•
verwenden Sie nur die dazu vorbestimmten
Verlängerungsleitungen mit der entsprechenden
Markierung. Vermeiden Sie das Treen des
Kabels unter das Gerät, bewahren Sie es von der
Feuchtigkeit, Einwirkung der Wärme, vermeiden
Sie den Kontakt mit den Schmierstoe und den
feuergefährlichen Stoen.
Um die Gefahr bei der Netzschnurbeschädigung•
zu vermeiden, er soll beim Hersteller, dem Vertreter
oder bei der gleichartigen qualiezierten Person
ersetzt werden.
Ziehen Sie sofort den Stecker aus der Steckdose•
aus, wenn das Kabel beschädigt oder eingeschnitten
ist.
Vermeiden Sie den zufälligen Start des Gerätes:•
vor dem Anschließen zum Netz überzeugen
sich, dass sich der Schalter in der Lage «o»
(ausgeschaltet) bendet.
Vor dem Einschluss des Gerätes ziehen Sie die•
Einstelkeile und die Schlüssel heraus.

Verwenden Sie das Gerät mit dem gestörten•
Schalter nicht. Das Gerät mit dem fehlerhaften
Schalter stellt die Gefahr vor und fordert die
Reparatur.
ACHTUNG! Bei der Ausbeutung des
Werkzeuges kann sich der Staub gebildet
werden, den die chemischen kanzerogen
Stoe enthält. Zu solchen chemischen Stoen
gehoeren: Blei im Bestand vom Bleiweiß, Quarz, der
den Ziegel und den Zement bildet, Arsen und
Chrom, die im Sägeholz enthalten sind, bearbeitet
von den chemischen Reagenzien, und übrige
schädliche Stoe. In staubhältiger Umgebung das
Risiko der Einwirkung der angegebenen chemischen
Stoe hängt von der Frequenz der mit ihnen
durchfuehrenden Arbeiten ab. Um ihre schädliche
Einwirkung zu verringern, arbeiten Sie im gut
lüfteten Raum und verwenden Sie die
sanktioniertenSchutzvorrichtungen,zumBeispiel,
Mundschutz, die für Abltrierung der
mikroskopischenTeilchen speziell entwickelt sind.
Bewahren Sie eine unveränderliche Stellung.
Beim Treen unter das Gerät des•
nebensächlichen Gegenstandes, schauen Sie es auf
das Vorhandensein der Beschädigungen an und,
falls notwendig, reparieren Sie es.
An Enstehung der übermäßigen Vibration,•
stoppen Sie sofort die Kraftmaschiene und stellen
Sie Gründe klar. Vibration ist normalerweise Zeichen
der Beschädigung.
Bevor dem Verlassen des Arbeitsplatzes,•
Reparatur, Besichtigung oder Reinigung des Gerätes
schalten Sie es ab und bis zum vollen Stillstand
warten.
Gebrauchen Sie entspechende Berufskleidung,•
lange Hose und anderen Schuhe. Arbeiten Sie
barfuß oder in geönete Sandalien nicht.
Verwenden Sie die Schutzeinrichtungen!•
Es ist verboten, den inneren Komponenten der•
Einrichtung abzunehmen oder die Änderungen
einzutragen.
Sondere Sicherheitsregeln
• Für die Versorgung der Sicherheit und der
Eektivität achten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise.
Arbeiten Sie nicht im staubigen Raum, mit
säurehaltige Dämpfe, explosionsgefährlichen Gase
und brennbaren Materialien. Verwenden Sie das
Instrument in der Nähe vom oenen Feuer nicht.
• Es ist verboten die Farbsprühpistole auf die
Menschen oder ein Tiere zu richten: die Farbe wird
unter dem sehr hohen Druck verteilt.
•  Die Farbsprühpistole kann man nur mit Farben
und Lösungsmitteln verwenden werden, deren
minimalen Flammpunkt 32°C ist. Lesen Sie die
Warnungen des Farbherstellers durch.
• Sorgen Sie beim Sprühen immer für eine
ausreichende Belüftung. Önen Sie die Fenster und
schalten Sie den Lüfter an um die bessere Lüftumlauf
zu versorgen.
• Verwenden Sie keine Flüssigkeiten, die die
Schleifmaterialienenthalten,solchewiedieMennige,
die Glasur, die ätzenden und alkalischen Lösungen.
Ihr Gebrauch kann zum überschüssigen Verschleiß
und der Verunreinigung der Farbsprühpistole
bringen.
•   Es ist verboten während des Sprühvorgangs zu
rauchen und zu essen.
• Tragen Sie immer beim Sprühen die richtige
Schutzmaske mit den Einwegtern. Außerdem
wird das Tragen von Ohrenschützern Schutzbrillen
empfohlen ( üblicheBrilleschützen die Augennicht).
Es ist notwendig die spezielle Brille zu verwenden.
•BeachtenSiedieSauberkeitaufdemArbeitsplatz.
Auf den übergeladenen Arbeitsplatz wird die hohe
Unfallzahl beobachtet. Der Fußboden soll auch rein
sein.
• Verwenden Sie nicht das Instrument und den
Kompressor draußen während des Regens.
Verwenden Sie das Instrument in den feuchten
Räumen nicht. Stellen Sie das Instrument auf
die nasse Oberäche nicht. Nach Möglichkeit
verwenden Sie die Werkbank. Verwenden Sie die
Verlängerungskabeln, die für die Arbeit außer den
Räumen vorbestimmt sind, mit der entsprechenden
Markierung.
•Verwenden Sie die Farbsprühpistole nicht, wenn
die Gefahr der Entzündung oder der Explosion
wegen unweit bendenden brennbaren Materialien
existiert.
•ZiehenSiedasNetzkabelbeiseinerExtraktionaus
der Steckdose nicht. Im Falle der Beschädigung des
Netzkabels ersetzen Sie es in der professionellen
Werkstatt. Nach Arbeitsendung schalten Sie das
Kabel vom Netz ab.
• Den Fehlerhaften Schalter muss man ersetzen.
Verwenden Sie die Farbsprühpistolemit dem
fehlerhaften Schalter nicht (3).
• Es ist verboten, das Instrument irgendwelche
Änderungen vorzunehmen.
Verwenden Sie das Instrument immer mit der•
Nebeldüse(6).
Studieren Sie die Verdünnungsempfehlungen•
des Farbeherstellers.
Für die Reinigung der Farbsprühpistole kann•
man nicht die Lösungsmitteln verwenden, deren
minimalen Flammpunkt 32°C ist.
