Before using this product, read this user manual
carefully to learn about the features, the do’s and don’ts
and how you can make best use of it.
Note: Charge the iWhite sonic toothbrush (referred to
as “brush” for short in the following) fully before using
it for the rst time.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
WARNING: READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE
1. Always check the product carefully before use.
Discontinue use if the product appears damaged in
any way (brush head, handle, charging pad).
2. The charging pad cord cannot be replaced. If the
cord is damaged, discard the charging pad.
3. This product contains no user-serviceable parts.
Do not disassemble, repair or modify the product
yourself. Only certied professional technicians are
qualied to x any problems. Refer to “WARRANTY
AND SUPPORT” if the product no longer works
properly or needs repair.
4. Keep the product (including charging pad) out of
reach of children at all times.
5. Always store the product in a cool and dry place
away from direct sunlight when not using it for an
extended period of time.
6. To avoid damage to the product, do not use a
dishwasher to clean the brush head (including the
protective cap), handle or charging pad.
7. Replace iWhite charcoal-infused brush heads
every 3 months to achieve optimal results. Use only
replacement iWhite charcoal-infused brush heads.
8. Do not use the brush while it is charging.
9. The product comes with a rechargeable Li-ion
battery. This battery is self-contained and not
consumer-replaceable. The battery must be
disposed of properly when empty.
10. Always place and store the USB plug for the
charging pad at a safe distance away from sources
of water (i.e. sink or tub), even though the main
section of the charging pad is IPX-7 waterproof.
11. Do not put the toothbrush onto a charging pad
which has fallen into water. Unplug immediately.
12. Never use a charging pad with a damaged cord.
13. Do not use while bathing or showering in warm/hot
water. Although the product is IPX7 waterproof, it
cannot be protected effectively from hot water or
steam.
14. This product is designed to clean your teeth, gums
and tongue only. Use this product only for its
intended use as described in this user manual or as
recommended by your dental professional.
15. This product is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reduced physical, sensory,
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the
electronic device by a person responsible for their
safety.
16. This product is not recommended for use by
children under the age of 12.
17. This product is a personal care device and is not
intended for use on multiple patients in a dental
ofce or institution.
18. Use a UL-listed computer, USB hub or USB duplex
receptacle when charging the brush handle.
19. In order to effectively charge your brush, do not
place your charging pad on a magnetic metal
surface.
20. For connection to a supply not in your country,
use an adapter of the proper conguration for the
power outlet.
21. Consult your dental professional before using this
product if you have had oral or gum surgery in the
previous 2 months.
22. Contact your dental professional if excessive
bleeding occurs after using this product, or if
bleeding continues after 1 week of use.
23. Discontinue use of this product and contact a
physician/dentist if you experience discomfort or
pain.
24. This product complies with the safety standards for
electromagnetic devices. If you have a pacemaker
or other implanted device, contact your physician
prior to use.
25. Consult your physician if you have other medical
concerns.
26. This brush is safe to use on braces (brush heads
wear out sooner when used on braces) and dental
restorations (llings, crowns, veneers).
27. It is normal for your gums to feel itchy, numb or
to experience slight bleeding after you use the
brush for the rst time. Your gums will get used
to the sonic vibration in about two days and the
discomfort will lessen over the course of a week.
Consult your physician if discomfort continues.

Note:
There is no adaptor in the box. Any smartphone or other electronic

HOW TO INSTALL THE BRUSH
Align the brush head so the bristles point in the
same direction as the front of the handle.
Firmly press the brush head down onto the metal
shaft until it stops.
It is normal to see a slight gap between
the brush head and the handle.
WEEKLY MAINTENANCE
Rinse the top of the
brush handle and the
button on the toothbrush
head once a week.
BRUSHING MODES
Clean mode
The ultimate in plaque removal (default
mode). Clean mode lasts for 2 minutes and
includes four 30 second quadpacer intervals.
Sensitive mode
Extra gentle 2 minute mode for sensitive
teeth and gums. Recommended mode for
beginners.
Gum Care mode
Long amplitude vibration for gum massage.
White mode
Sonic vibration with alternate amplitudes to
remove plaque and stains and whiten teeth.
Polish mode
2 minute strong vibration for teeth
whitening and polishing.
If you press the power button again within 30
seconds of auto mode switching off, you will
get another 30 seconds of brushing time.

HOW TO TURN ON/OFF THE BRUSH
Press the mode button to select the brushing mode.
Wet the bristles and apply a small amount of
toothpaste.
Place the toothbrush bristles against the teeth (do
not press hard).
Press the power button to turn on.
When you have nished brushing, the brush will turn
off automatically.
Hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off.
NOTES OF BRUSHING TEETH
A quadpacer interval every 30 seconds reminds you
to brush each section of your mouth.
Notes: To ensure you brush your whole mouth
evenly, divide your mouth into 4 sections using the
quadpacer feature.
WARRANTY AND SUPPORT
We provide a 2 year warranty on the product, starting
from the date of purchase. Defects due to faulty
materials and workmanship will be repaired or replaced
at our expense, provided that convincing proof of
purchase within the qualifying period is provided.
We recommend that you use genuine iWhite charcoal-
infused brush heads for optimal performance. Use of
other brush heads may damage your brush and limit
your warranty protection.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
What is not covered under warranty:
- Brush heads.
- Damage caused by use of unauthorised replacement
parts or unauthorised brush heads.
- Damage caused by transport, accidental damage,
misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations or unauthorised
repair.
- Normal wear and tear, including chips, scratches,
abrasions, discoloration or fading.
- If the proof of purchase has been altered, defaced or
removed.
To obtain service within the warranty period, hand in or
send the complete appliance with your sales receipt to

For a better clean, brush your teeth
at a slight angle (45 degrees).
Keep the bristles gently placed on
the teeth and in the gumline. Brush
your teeth using a light back and
forth motion.
Make sure you turn off the brush
before taking it out of your mouth to
avoid toothpaste splashes.
Pull out the brush head in the direction
of the arrow to replace the head.
If you are not going to use your brush
for an extended period of time, clean
it and store it in a cool and dry place
away from re, heaters and direct
sunlight.
Rinse your brush head and handle
with water after each use. Wipe the
entire surface of the handle with a
soft tissue or cloth.
