Warning and safety precaution
Read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.
Keep this instruction manual for future use.
• This appliance is designed to be connected to a standard wall outlet.
• This appliance is designed for domestic use only
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Pull from the plug, not the cord, to disconnect it from the wall plug.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended while in use.
• Do not use the device if it has been dropped or if there are any signs of damage.

• Switch o and unplug from wall outlet when not in use, when moving the appliance from one to another
location or before assembling or disassembling parts.
• When drainage pipes are installed, ensure that the drainage pipes are properly connected, and are not
distorted or bended.
• While adjusting the wind-guide strips of the air outlet, pluck it with hands gently to avoid damaging wind-
guide strips.
• Do not install and use the air cooler in the bathroom or other humid environments.
• Do not cover air outlet.
• When operating the cooling or humidication mode, water level in the tank should be beneath MAX and
over MIN.
• After lling the water tank, do not lean the appliance and do not agitate during its transportation.
• Do not place any object on top of the product.
• Do not open the ice packs. Ice packs are lled with ice crystals, do not touch or drink.
WARNING: If the appliance or plug falls accidentally in water, unplug it immediately. Do not reach into the water!

Read before use
Montage / Usage
Carefully read the warning and safety precaution.
Check the product for any visible damage. If any, contact japproducts as soon as possible.
Before using this appliance please assemble it following the instructions below step by step.
1. Place the wheels one by one in the air cooler and tighten with the supplied wrench. (Fig 2.A)
2. Open the wind-guide strips carefully by pressing the top of the strip. Note: if these strips are
not open, the air cooler will not function correctly. (Fig 2.B)
3. Ice packs are lled with ice crystal. Freeze these in the freezer. Once frozen, place the ice
packs in the water tank. Note: The colder the water can get, the colder air is blown. The
addition of extra cooling elements is allowed.
4. Fill the water tank, water level in the tank should be beneath MAX and over MIN.
Note: To completely remove the water tank, the pump can be detached. When placing the
water tank, the water tank must be reattached. (Fig 2.C)

COOLING FUNCTION
IONIZER FUNCTION
HUMIDIFICATION FUNCTION
The cooling function rotates the water through the air cooler by means of a hose. This allows the
air cooler to disperse colder air. The colder the water, the colder the air. Cooling mode can be set
with three dierent fan speeds.
The ionizer ionizes molecules with an electric charge. This reduces the number of dust particles
and bacteria in the air and cleans the blown air.
The humidication function rotates the water through the air cooler and provides light moisture
when blowing out the air. This increases the ambient humidity, which helps against droughts
and pollen.

Maintenance
Technical specications
• Always disconnect the fan from the power supply before cleaning it.
• Remove the air lter from the device and clean the lter screen with a neutral detergent and a
soft brush.
• Use soft, dampened clean cloth to clean the fan. Dry afterwards with a cry cloth.
• Never spill any liquid or immerse the fan in water or other liquids.

Support and waranty
This product is under warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase, proof of purchase is
required. The product must be in perfect physical condition and has followed given guidelines.
The warranty will not cover the following situations:
• The product has been used for purposes other than those intended for it, misused, beaten,
exposed to moisture, immersed in liquid or corrosive substances, as well as any other fault
attributable to the customer
• The product has been disassembled, modied, or repaired by persons, not authorised by
japproducts.
• Faults deriving from the normal wear and tear of its parts, due to use.
• The warranty service covers every manufacturing defects of your appliance for 2 years, based
on current legislation, except consumable parts. In the event of misuse, the warranty will not
apply.

Disposal of electrical appliances
The European directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE),
species that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of with the normal
unsorted municipal waste. Old appliances must be collected separately, in order to optimise the
recovery and recycling of the materials they contain, and reduce the impact on human health
and the environment. The crossed out “wheeled bin” symbol on the product reminds you of your
obligation to dispose of the appliance correctly. Consumers must contact their local authorities or
retailer for information concerning the correct disposal of old appliances and/or their batteries.

Voor gebruik lezen
Lees de waarschuwing en veiligheidsmaatregel goed door.
Controleer het product op zichtbare schade.
Als je een beschadiging opmerkt, neem zo snel mogelijk contact op met japproducts.
Montage / Gebruik
Monteer het apparaat voordat u het gaat gebruiken stap voor stap volgens de onderstaande instructie.
1. Plaats de wielen een voor een in de luchtkoeler en draai ze vast met de bijgeleverde sleutel.
(Figuur 2.A)
2. Open de lamellen voorzichtig door op de bovenzijde te drukken. Let op: Als deze lamellen
niet open zijn, zal de luchtkoeler niet correct functioneren. (Afb.2.B)
3. IJspakken zijn gevuld met ijskristal. Vries deze in de vriezer in. Eenmaal bevroren, plaatst
u de ijspakken in het waterreservoir. Let op: Hoe kouder het water is, hoe kouder de lucht
wordt geblazen. Het toevoegen van extra koelelementen is toegestaan.
4. Vul de watertank, het waterpeil in de tank moet lager zijn dan MAX en hoger dan MIN.
Opmerking: Om het waterreservoir volledig te verwijderen, kan de pomp worden
verwijderd. Bij het plaatsen van het waterreservoir moet het waterreservoir weer worden
bevestigd. (Afb.2.C)

6. Druk op om de koelmodus in of uit te schakelen. Opmerking: De koelmodus kan niet tegelijkertijd
met de bevochtigingsmodus worden gebruikt.
7. Druk op om de ionisatorfunctie aan / uit te zetten.
8. Druk op om de oscillatiefunctie aan / uit te zetten. Opmerking: Lamellen aan de binnenkant van de
luchtkoeler bewegen horizontaal. De lamellen aan de buitenkant worden handmatig ingesteld.
9. Druk op om de bevochtigingsmodus in / uit te schakelen. Opmerking: De bevochtigingsmodus
kan niet tegelijkertijd met de koelmodus worden gebruikt. Opmerking: Tijdens het gebruik van de
bevochtigingsmodus kunnen snelheidsniveaus en opties niet worden gewijzigd.

KOELFUNCTIE
IONIZER-FUNCTIE
BEVOCHTIGINGSFUNCTIE
De koelfunctie leidt het water door de luchtkoeler door middel van een slang. Hierdoor kan
de luchtkoeler koudere lucht verspreiden. Hoe kouder het water, hoe kouder de lucht. De
koelmodus kan worden ingesteld met drie verschillende ventilatorsnelheden.
De ionisator ioniseert moleculen met een elektrische lading. Dit vermindert het aantal
stofdeeltjes en bacteriën in de lucht en reinigt de uitgeblazen lucht.
De bevochtigingsfunctie leidt het water door de luchtkoeler en zorgt voor licht vocht bij het
uitblazen van de lucht. Dit verhoogt de omgevingsvochtigheid, wat helpt tegen droogte en
pollen.

• Verwijder de ventilator altijd van de stroom voordat u deze schoonmaakt.
• Haal het luchtlter uit het apparaat en maak het lterscherm schoon met een neutraal
schoonmaakmiddel en een zachte borstel.
• Gebruik een zachte, vochtige schone doek om de ventilator te reinigen. Droog daarna af met
een huildoek.
• Mors geen vloeistof en dompel de ventilator nooit onder in water of andere vloeistoen.

Hulp en garantie
Dit product heeft een garantie van 2 jaar vanaf de aankoopdatum, een aankoopbewijs is
vereist. Het product moet in perfecte fysieke conditie zijn en het is vereist dat de klant de
gegeven richtlijnen is nagekomen.
De garantie dekt niet de volgende situaties:
• Het product is gebruikt voor andere doeleinden of is beschadigd. Ook als het apparaat
blootgesteld was aan vocht of is ondergedompeld in vloeibare of corrosieve stoen dekt
de garantie niet meer. Dit geldt ook voor elke andere fout die aan de klant kan worden
toegeschreven.
• Het product is gedemonteerd, gewijzigd of gerepareerd door personen, die niet geautoriseerd
zijn door japproducts.
• Storingen die het gevolg zijn van de normale slijtage van de onderdelen door regelmatig
gebruik.
• De garantieservice dekt alle fabricagefouten van uw apparaat gedurende 2 jaar, op basis
van de huidige wetgeving, behalve verbruiksartikelen. Bij misbruik is de garantie niet van
toepassing.

Afvoer van elektrische apparaten
Volgens de Europese richtlijn 2012/19/ EU betreende afgedankte elektrische en
elektronische apparatuur (AEEA) mogen oude huishoudelijke elektrische apparaten niet
worden weggegooid met het normale ongesorteerde huisvuil. Oude apparaten moeten
afzonderlijk worden ingezameld om de terugwinning en recycling van de materialen die ze
bevatten te optimaliseren en de impact op de menselijke gezondheid en het milieu te

• Lehnen Sie das Gerät nach dem Befüllen des Wassertanks nicht und schütteln Sie den Tank nicht.
• Stellen Sie keine Gegenstände auf das Produkt.
• Önen Sie die Eisbeutel nicht. Eisbeutel sind mit Eiskristallen gefüllt, bitte nicht berühren oder trinken.
WARNUNG: Wenn das Gerät oder der Stecker versehentlich ins Wasser fällt, entferenen Sie bitte sofort den
Netzstecker. Vermeiden Sie unbedingt Kontakt mit dem Wasser!
