1. Take the earbuds out of the charging case.
2. Grab the earbud that is unresponsive.
3. Press and hold the button for 20 seconds.
4. Release the button and place the earbud in the charging case.
5. If needed, perform steps 2-4 with the other earbud too.
6. Then follow the factory reset steps above.
My Jaybird Vista Earbuds Are Not Working
As Expected. What Should I Do?
If your earbuds are not working as expected, try the following:
1. Make sure your Jaybird Vista earbuds and your Bluetooth®device are fully charged. See
“HOW DO I CHARGE MY JAYBIRD VISTA EARBUDS AND CHARGING CASE?”.
2. Turn your audio devices Bluetooth off for at least 10 seconds and then back on. Please
note, turning Bluetooth off and back on quickly will not reset the connection.
3. If this doesn’t solve the problem, reset your earbuds. See “HOW DO I RESET MY
JAYBIRD VISTA EARBUDS?”. After resetting your earbuds remember to pair your
earbuds to your audio device again.
The Sound Cuts In and Out, Drops Out, Or
Cuts Out Intermittently. What Do I Do?
If you experience issues with the audio cutting in and out, or dropping out, try the following as
applicable:
1. Move your earbuds and your Bluetooth®device closer as you may be experiencing
Bluetooth interference. While the range of most Bluetooth devices is 10 meters (33 feet),
the optimal range for any Bluetooth stereo device is about 60 centimeters (2 feet) from
the audio source.
2. Reset your Bluetooth connection by turning your devices Bluetooth off for at least 10
seconds and then back on.
3. Complete a reset of your earbuds. See “HOW DO I RESET MY JAYBIRD VISTA
EARBUDS?”.
