ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1
Open the package, Remove all
ties and protections.
Connect end panels to bottom
panel with screw M6x25mm. Do
not tighten at this time.
Step 2
Connect Side panels to End
panels with screw M6x25mm.
Tighten all screws at this time.
Back panel - with
plastic bushing at
bottom

Step 3
Place Middle panel
between Side panels,
push the Middle panel all
the way to make sure the
wire grid tab fits over and
onto the bottom gridof side
panel.
Step 4
Push the 2pcs casters all the way to the bottom end
of Front panel. ( plastic bushing has been pre-
installed at the bottom of back panel).
Step 5
Connect two wheels to Wheel shaft assembly, using
one washer 1/2" and one flat nut ½" , and one Hex
bolt 1/2"x80mmL from outside. Adjust the two long
hex nuts (pre-assembled on wheel shaft) to make
sure the two M8 holes are in same plane. tighten the
flat nut ½".
Note: make sure the wheel shaft or ½" hex bolt away
from M8 screw holes, then tighten hex bolt with
wrench securely .

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Wheel shaft assembly.

Step 6
Connect the wheel assembly to the
Back Panel using one Hex bolt
M8x40mm and one Washer M8 on
each side.
Tighten the two flat hex nut against
hex bar.
Check all the nuts and bolts to make
sure all are tightened securely.
DONE
Step 7
Slide 2 small handles on each U
handles, secure it with butterfly
screw.
Slide two U handles over the top of
front and back panel.
Loosen butterfly screw and adjust the
small handle to proper position, re-
tighten the butterfly screw.
