Assembly
Workbench thickness:
Up to a maximum of 32mm/1.26in
- First make the large central hole in your
workbench as shown in the drawing below.
- Place the FAE030 flange over the central hole
and mark the points for the three pilot holes.
- Take off the flange and drill the three pilot
holes at the marked spots. The hole diameter
can be found in the dimension scheme below.
- Fix the flange onto your workbench with the
supplied o-rings (2x), screws (3x) washers
(3x) and nuts (3x).

Workbench thickness:
From 32mm/ 1.26in and more
- First make the large central hole in your
workbench as shown in the drawing below.
- Place the FAE030 flange over the central hole
and mark the points for the three pilot holes.
- Take off the flange and drill the three pilot
holes at the marked spots. The hole diameter
can be found in the dimension scheme below.
- Fix the flange onto your workbench with the
supplied o-rings (2x) and screws (6x).
