sold. Please read this instruction manual carefully before using your device. Photos are
included in this manual to help you visualize the informations.
In addition to the great service this device can provide, taking the following precautions
will only improve your performance with less effort. This guide provides you with excel-
lent information to help you:
• To identify and recognize the specificities of the JVM15;
• To use the device in complete safety and in the best possible conditions;
• To maintain the device periodically for maximum performance;
• To find out what parts you might need and order them from Johnny Vac.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
JVM15 is a multifunctional device which allows you to clean with the injectionextraction system
surfaces such as: carpets, rugs, armchairs, curtains, floors (marble, rubber, etc.), walls, car
seats. Accessories are included to meet your needs.
This device can also be used as a vacuum cleaner for dust and liquids.
This device can be used in public places, for example hotels, schools, hospitals, factories, shops,
offices, restaurants and any place requiring this type of device.

DUST SUCTION
- Remove the valve tank for liquids D (Fig. 1)
- Insert the fabric filter B into the tank E (Fig. 2)
- Mount the suction head C in the tank and close the hooks (Fig. 3)
- Insert the flexible pipe G into the suction neck (Fig. 4)
- Insert the handle P and the extensions M at the end of the flexible pipe (Fig. 5)
- Engage the most suitable accessory (S-T-U-V) (Fig. 6)
- Activate the suction by pressing the red switch A, after connecting the device to a socket (Fig. 7)
- Examples of use as a dust vacuum cleaner (Fig. 8 - 9 - 10 - 11 - 12)
- If a paper filter is available, insert it into the tank adjusting it on the deflector (Fig. 13).
LIQUID SUCTION
- Remove fabric filter B from tank E (Fig. 14)
- Insert the valve tank for liquids D (Fig. 16)
- Mount the suction head C in the tank by inserting the probe Y into the opening of the tank D and
close the hooks (Fig. 17)
- Insert the flexible pipe G into the suction neck F (Fig. 4)
- Insert the handle P and the extension 0 at the end of the flexible pipe (Fig. 5)
- Insert the neck Q at the end of the steel pipe O, positioning the front liquid device R below
(Fig. 19) to suck up liquids from the floors.
- Activate the suction by pressing the red switch A, after plugging the device into an outlet (Fig. 7)
- Example of use as a liquid vacuum cleaner (Fig. 20)
CAUTION: REGULARLY CLEAN THE FLOAT WHICH IS IN THE SCRUBBER SO THAT IT CAN SLIDE
EASILY INTO ITS LOCATION (Fig. 30).
CHECK FREQUENTLY FOR SIGNS OF BREAKAGE.

WASHING WITH SYSTEM
INJECTION / EXTRACTION
- Remove fabric filter B from tank E (Fig. 14)
- Pour the water into the liquid valve tank D (Fig. 15) and insert the valve tank into the tank E (Fig. 16)
- Mount the suction head C in the tank by inserting the probe Y into the opening of the tank D and
close the hooks (Fig. 17)
- Insert the flexible pipe G into the suction neck F (Fig. 4)
- Insert the extension O at the end of the flexible pipe of the handle P
- Insert the neck Q at the end of the steel pipe O when you want to wash rugs or carpets (Fig. 18)
- Insert the front liquid appliance R below the neck O to wash floors or hard surfaces (Fig. 19)
- Connect the tubes K with H with N to the front connection of the tap (Fig. 21 - 23 - 24)
- Insert the end of the tube into the quick junction located in head C (Fig. 22 - 23 - 24)
- Secure the H - N tubes with the clips provided (Fig. 25)
- Activate the pump with the green switch A1 - 1 minute ON / 1 minute OFF - and the motor with the
red switch A, after plugging the device into an outlet (Fig. 7)
- By pressing the tap lever, let the accessory slide over the surface to be washed towards you (Fig. 28)
- Once finished, leave the tap lever and, after lifting and moving the accessory away, repeat the
previous operation (Fig. 27)
- When you want to wash fabrics or armchairs. remove the extension O from the handle P and
remove tube N from the tap.
- Insert the neck I by connecting the tube with the front connection of the tap (Fig. 28). To wash,
position the neck on the fabric and. pressing the tap, pull it towards you.
- Example of use of the tool (Fig. 29)
CAUTION: REGULARLY CLEAN THE FLOAT WHICH IS IN THE SCRUBBER SO THAT IT CAN SLIDE
EASILY INTO ITS LOCATION (Fig. 30).

INSTRUCTIONS TO BE
STRICTLY FOLLOWED
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or without experience and knowledge, unless they have received
appropriate instructions relating to the use of the device and that they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised so that they do not play with the device.
- The components and packaging may constitute potential dangers (e.g. plastic bag): keep them
out of the reach of children and other people - or animals unaware of their actions.
- Any use other than that indicated in this manual may constitute a danger and must therefore be
avoided.
- Before being used, the device must be correctly assembled in each of its parts. Also check that
the filter elements (e.g. paper bag, filter cartridge, etc.) are correctly installed and effective.
- Make sure that the socket matches the appliance plug.
- Ensure that the voltage value indicated on the motor block corresponds to that of the energy to
which the device must be connected.
- When the device is in operation, avoid positioning the suction port near delicate parts of the body,
such as the eyes, mouth, ears, etc.
- Make sure that the float, which has the function of stopping suction when the can is completely
full of liquid or in the event of a spill, does not have any obstructions that could prevent it from
rising. Clean the float (water level limiting device) regularly according to the instructions and
check that it is not damaged.
WARNING: this device is not suitable for vacuuming dangerous dust.
WARNING: do not vacuum up flammable substances (e.g. fireplace ashes), explosive, toxic or
dangerous to health.
WARNING: the device is not suitable for environments protected against electrostatic discharges.
WARNING: only use the brushes supplied with the appliance or those specified in the instruction
manual. Using other brushes may compromise safety.
WARNING: do not leave the device running without supervision.
WARNING: in the event of foam or liquid escaping. - turn off immediately.
WARNING: In the event of a spill, we recommend raising the device before turning it off.
WARNING: when using the vacuum cleaner, do not exceed the power indicated on the additional
socket of the vacuum cleaner accessories. Make sure that the power supply voltage of the
household appliance corresponds to what is indicated on the technical data label of the vacuum
cleaner. Failure to observe these rules may cause fires and injury or death to the user.
WARNING: the additional accessory socket must only be used when the device is configured for
dust extraction. Absolutely do not use the additional accessory socket when the device is
configured for vacuuming liquids!
- Do not suck water from containers, sinks, bathtubs, etc.
- Do not vacuum up aggressive detergents as they could damage the appliance.
- Do not vacuum up materials that may damage the filter elements (e.g. pieces of glass, metal, etc.)
- Never pull or lift the device using the electrical cable.
- Do not immerse the device in water to wash it and do not wash it with a jet of water.
- Do not use solvents or aggressive detergents.
- Never direct the jet at electrical sources
- Never operate the pump empty to avoid damaging it
- Once the washing operations have been completed, clean the pump using ½ liter of clean water
and run the pump until completely drained.
- Once the work is finished, after turning off the pump, relieve the pressure by operating the tap.
- Always remove the plug from the socket before carrying out any work on the device or when it
remains unsupervised or within the reach of children or people unaware of their actions.
- Check the power cable regularly for damage such as cracks or wear. Replace the cable before
using it again.
- If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified person.
- When using extension cords, ensure that they are placed on dry surfaces and are protected from
possible splashing water.
- Maintenance and repairs must always be carried out by specialized personnel: any broken parts
must only be replaced with original spare parts..
WARNING: any modification to the device is prohibited. Tampering with the device may cause fires,
injury or even death to the user, in addition to voiding the warranty.
- The manufacturer declines any liability for damage caused to people or things following
non-compliance with these instructions or if the device is used in an unreasonable manner.
