1. The device is suitable for home use and is a fitness product for non-
medical purposes.
2. Avoid using it in places with high temperature, humidity and water
splashes.
3. If you stop the movement, the meter will stop automatically.
4. Please read the product manual carefully before use.
5. When using the device, please place the device in a stable and flat place.
6. Please do not step on other equipment parts other than the foot pedal.
7. There should be enough free space around the device (at least one
meter).
8. Incorrect or irregular training may hurt your body.
9. Always check the damage and wear situation of the equipment to ensure
safe use.
10. Screws and nuts need to be checked frequently.
11. Children whose intelligence and physical development meet the standards
can use this machine under correct guidance.

1. As shown in the pic: lock stabilizer(32#) onto main frame(1#) use inner
hexagon bolt M8*20(27#) and washer(33#).
2. As shown in the pic: lock basement(2#) under the main frame(1#) use
bolt (3#x4) and cushion (45#x4).
3. As shown in the pic: lock the left crank(26L#) on the left pedal on main
frame using bolt(27#) + washers(33#x2), lock the right crank(26R#) on the
right pedal on main frame use bolt(27#) + washers(33#x2).
4. As shown in the pic: lock Stabilizer cover(51#) on the stabilizer use
bolt(13#).

Function: Press the function key to select time, times, total times and calories.
When pressed for more than 4 seconds, the meter will be reset, and all data
except the total number of times will be cleared.
Scanning: Press the "MODE" button to select the "scanning" mode, in this
mode, the meter scans in sequence every 4 seconds: time, times, total times,
calories.
Time: Measure the time from the start of the exercise to the time it stops.
Count: Measure the number of times from the start of the exercise to the stop
of the exercise.
Total Count: Measure the total count from when the battery is installed to
when the battery runs out.
Calories: Measure the calories burned from start to stop.
1. If there is no display, please replace the battery for better display
results.Please buckle up the meter directly from the machine,the button
battery is inside the meter.
2. When there is no signal input for four to five minutes, the display will turn
off.
3. When exercising or when there is a signal input such as a button, the
display will not turn off.
4. After 4 seconds of stopping, a "STOP" sign will appear in the upper left
corner of the display. After resuming exercise,the "STOP" sign will disappear.
5. The meter starts accumulating data from exercise. If there is no exercise for
4 seconds, the accumulation will stop.

Using this equipment provides you with several benefits, it will improve
your physical fitness, strong muscle, in conjunction with calorie controlled
diet help you lose weight.
This stage helps get the blood flowing around the body and the muscles
working properly. It will also reduce the risk of cramp and muscle injury. It is
advisable to do a few stretching exercises as shown below. Each stretch should
be held for approximately 30 seconds, do not force or jerk your muscles into a
stretch - if it hurts, stop immediately.

1 Warm-up Period

This is the stage where you put the effort in. After regular use , your leg
muscles will become flexible. Sports coordination is very important to you,
maintain a steady tempo throughout. The rate of exercise should be sufficient
to raise your heart beat into the target zone shown on the graph below.

This stage relaxes your Cardio-vascular System and muscles. This is a repeat of
the warm up exercise e.g. reduce your tempo, continue for approximately 5
minutes. The stretching exercises should now be repeated, again remember
ing not to force or jerk your muscles into the stretch.
As you get fitter you may need to train longer and harder. It is advisable to
train at least three times a week, and if possible space your workouts evenly
throughout the week.
