Wichtiger Hinweis vor der
Montage:
Bitte beginnen Sie zunächst mit dem
Einbetonieren der Bodenhülsen nach dem
Fundamentplan M-00041.
Der Beton braucht ca. zwei Tage zum
Abbinden. Danach können Sie mit der
Montage der Tore beginnen.
Wichtig: Bodenhülsen müssen mit der
Schraube nach unten einbetoniert werden!
Arbeitsschritte zur Montage
1. Nehmen Sie bitte die Montage-
anleitung M-00047 und bauen Sie die
Torrahmen wie dort beschrieben
zusammen.
2. Die Torpfosten (1/2) auf die
herausstehenden Profilverbinder (4)
stecken. Dann die Profilverbinder (4) mit
je zwei Senkschrauben M8x20 (5) lose
anschrauben.
3. Erst nach der Überprüfung, ob alles
passt, die Senkschrauben M8x20 (5)
über Kreuz fest anschrauben
Important note before assembly:
Please begin first of all with the concreting
of the ground sockets to the foundation
plan M-00041.
The concrete needs to dry two days. Then
you can begin with the installation of the
goals.
Important:
Ground sleeves must be
concreted with the screw down!
Working steps for the assembly
1. Take the mounting instruction M-00047
and you build the goal frame as
described there together.
2. Now insert the goal post (1/2) on the out
standing profile connector (4). Next,
screw the profile connector (4) with two
countersunk screw M8x20 (5) loosely!
3. Only after checking if everything is
correct, tighten the countersunk head
screws M8x20 (5) over cross.

Netzauslegeraufnahme
Net arm construction holder
4. Die Sechskantmutter M8 von der
Linsenkopfschraube M8x70 lösen und
die Linsenkopfschraube aus dem
Netzausleger (6) ziehen.
5. Den Netzausleger (6) in die
Netzauslegeraufnahme schieben.
Hinweis: Die Ringschraube in den
Netzausleger muss nach der Montage
nach innen zeigen.
6. Mit der Linsenkopfschraube M8x70 und
der Sechskantmutter M8 ist der
Netzausleger in der Aufnahme zu
sichern.
4. Loosen the hexagon nut M8 from the
lens head screw M8x70 and pull the
lens head screw out of the net arm
construction (6).
5. Slide the net arm construction (6) into
the net arm construction holder.
Note: The eye screw in the net arm
construction
must point inwards after
assembly.
6. With the lens head screw M8x70 (7)
and the hexagon nut M8 (9) the net arm
construction tube is to be secured in the
receptacle.

7. Das Tor in die Bodenhülse ein stellen
Unsere Empfehlung:Je 1 Helfer hebt das
Tor an den Pfosten an. Die weiteren 2
Helfer halten die Pfosten über der
Bodenhülse in Position.
8. Damit das Netz gleichmäßig hängt, bitte
wie folgend vorgehen.
[1] Das Netz zuerst in den Torecken in
die SimplyFix-Nut einhängen.
[2] Jetzt das Netz ca. mittig der Torlatte
in die SimplyFix-Nut einhängen.
[3] Nun das Netz zwischen den Punkten
1 und 2 einhängen.
[4] Abschließend das Netz komplett in
die SimplyFix-Nut der Torlatte ein-
hängen.
[5]In den Torpfosten die vorherigen
Punkte wiederholen.
7. Place the goal in the ground sleeve
Our recommendation: 1 helper each raise
the goal on the posts. The other 2 helpers
hold the posts in position over the ground
sleeve.
8. So that the net hangs evenly, please
proceed as follows.
[1] First hook the net into the SimplyFix
groove in the corners of the goal.
[2] Now hook the net into the SimplyFix
groove approximately in the center of
the crossbar.
[3] Now attach the net between points 1
and 2.
[4] Finally, hang the net completely into
the SimplyFix groove on the crossbar.
[5] Repeat the previous points in the
goal post.

9. Zur Netzsicherung 6 Netzhalter (8) in
die SimplyFix-Nut befestigen.
Dazu die Netzhalter (8) in die Profilnut
drücken und mit dem Netzhaken-
schlüssel (11) um 90° drehen, alternativ
mit einem Schraubenschlüssel SW19.
9. Secure 6 net holders (8) in the
SimplyFix groove to secure.
To do this, press the net holder (8) in
the profile groove and turn it with the net
hook wrench (11)by 90°, alternatively a
wrench AF19.

10. Damit das Netz nicht schlaff in den
Torraum hängt,ist zwischen den
Netzausleger die Betolon Flechtleine
(10) zu spannen.
Wartungshinweise
•Einmal im Monat müssen die Schraub-
verbindungen überprüft werden und
eventuell wieder festgezogen werden.
•Regelmäßige Kontrolle auf Beschä-
digungen und Bruchstellen.
Drehmoment:
Bei M6-Schrauben: 6Nm
Bei M8-Schrauben: 16Nm
Bei M10-Schrauben: 32Nm
10. So that the net does not hang limply
into the goal area, the betolon braided
line (10) has to be stretched between
the net arm constructions.
Maintenance instructions
•Once a month the screws must be
checked and possibly tightened.
•Regular checks on damage and
breaking points
Torque:
For M6-screws: 6Nm
For M8-screws: 16Nm
For M10-screws: 32Nm
