1. Connection & Installation
1）Select the switch (PC/PS) according to the console.
2) Connect foot pedal to steering wheel.
3) Connect wheel to PS2™ or PC console.
When single player plays PS2 game, make sure the wheel’s plug is connected to the first jack from the left.

4. Special function description:
1) The cycle setting of mode
a. Digital (LED off) Analog(R-Led on) Negcon (R-Led flashes)

2) KeyMap function without memory
A. Under the NEGCON mode, there is no KeyMap function.
B. PROGRAM sourcing buttons includes: , X, , O, L1, L2, R1, R2
C. The programmable key includes: left/right foot pedals, left/right hand gear stick.
D. KeyMap method:
a. Press and hold the SELECT+START buttons for 3 seconds, the green LED is on.
b. Press the programmable button, the green LED will be flashing.
c. Press the program sourcing button, the green LED will be off, PROGRAM setup is over.
E. PROGRAM clear up method:
a. Press SELECT+START buttons for 3 seconds, the green LED is on.
b. Press the KeyMapped button, the green LED will be flashing.
c. Press the KeyMapped button once more, green LED will be off, KeyMap is cleared up.
3) 3 kinds of directional sensitivity setup function
a. Press SELECT+START buttons for 3 seconds, the green LED is on.
b. Then press the SELECT button, it will show the current sensitivity status.
c. Press the SELECT button to select the sensitivity you want , it will change according as the following modes:
Center (green LED on) high (green LED flashes fast ) low (green LED flashes slowly)
d. Press the UP direction of D-Pad, and it will exit from the sensitivity setup function.
4) Set foot pedals as RY axis function
a. Press the SELECT+START buttons for 3 seconds, the green LED is on.
b. Press the left direction of D-PAD, green LED is off and the settings comes into effect.
5) Foot pedals has imitated Analog function in Digital mode
The flash frequency is higher, the value change is bigger.
5. System requirements(PC):
1) Support USB port.
2) Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/VISTA
3) DirectX 7.0 Version and up.
6. Program installation (PC):
Program installation under Windows98/Me/Window2000/WinXP
1) Enter Windows Insert disc Double click “SETUP”, and set up the driving system according to the
indication;

Start Control Panel Game Controller;
3)
Insert the plug of Steering wheel into PC USB port Install the driving system according to indication PC
will find out “LS-USBMX1/2/3 Steering Wheel w/vibration” driving system automatically Attribute.
7. Test of the Steering Wheel:
1) Enter “Test Page”
A. Test of wheel directions:
a Turn the wheel left and right, the corresponding Axis X will move left and right.
b When the “十” cursor is not in the center of X/Y Axis block, please enter Calibration Function for correction.

B. Test the buttons from “1” to “10”:
Press any button from 1 to 10 of the wheel, the corresponding button in the test page will turn red.
C. Testing the Directional buttons:
Digital mode：Press the direction button’s 8 directions ( up, down, left, right plus 4 x 45 degree angle) , the
interface’s “X/Y axes “block has corresponding direction indications.
Analog mode : Press the direction button’s 8 directions ( up, down, left, right plus 4 x 45 degree angle), the
interface’s “ Pov info “ block has corresponding direction arrow indications.
2) Enter “Calibration Function” for correction
The calibration is only used under the Analog Mode (Led Indicator is on) while “+” cursor isn’t in the center
position. Please press “Default” first, then “set” to calibrate.
3) Enter the “Effect Page” to test the vibration of motor:
Under the digital mode, press right and left directions of the directional button, the corresponding right motor
vibrates. Press up and down directions of the directional button, the corresponding right motor vibrates. Now
the motor indication light is on.
8. Trouble shootings(PC):
1) Can’t the controller work normally after installing the software and hardware ?
a. Check whether the controller’s link cable is strongly connected to PC.
b. Make sure that the status indication of the option “Game Port Controller” for the “Game Controller” under the
“Control Panel” is “Confirmation”, and the “Game Port controller” for checking the game controller’s “ID” is
“1”.
c. Make sure the controller’s I/O settings has no conflict with the other peripheral settings
d. Restart the computer if it still can’t work normally.
2) “LS-USBMX1/2/3 Steering Wheel W/Vibration”driving program can’t be installed or the test of
controller has no response after installing it.
DirectX’s version is too low, it requires a version of 7.0 and up.
3) In the racing game, the motor has no vibration function
a. After exiting from the game, re-enter it ( It’s not allowed to insert or draw the USB controller during the game. )
b. If it still can’t work normally, please restart the computer.
4) After entering game, some analog axis will automatically operate
The steering wheel hasn’t been calibrated or hasn’t been confirmed after calibrations.
Enter Option — Controllers — Dead Zone to adjust the range of the dead zone, and make sure the axe in the
range of the dead zone.

5) After entering games, right motor keeps on vibrating.
Enter “Force Feedback”, turn off or turn down the engine.

6) After entering games, motor vibration intensity becomes weaker.
Enter Force Feedback , adjust the intensity of“STICK VOLUME、“ROAD EFFECTS” etc. to be stronger.
7) It is difficult to calibrate in the testing platform.
Firstly press“Default”, then press“Set”
8) The motor has no vibration on the testing platform.
DirectX’s version is too low, it requires a version of 7.0 and up.
9) After inserting the controller, its driving program can’t be searched
While installing Driver last time and the Windows requires to specify some file’s path, it jumps over some file
or it has appointed wrong files. The solution is to delete the corresponding equipment with “!” symbol under
the “man-machine port”,“Somatological Input Equipment”, “Hidclass” or the menu of “Sound, Video and
Game Controller”, re-insert the game controller to PC and you’ll find the driving system.
