●Please read this manual before starting an assembly work.
●Please check that all contents are all lined up.

[Notes during assembly work]
●Please work at horizontal and well-balanced place.
●Use of work gloves are recommended for preventing from causing accidents or damages.
●Please conduct work with following the work procedures. Incorrect process may lead to the potential cause
of damages or accidents.
●Please be careful not to scratch the furniture around.
●A cross slot screwdriver is required for work. Please prepare separately.
●The contents of this product are designed to be fit to the size of the completed product based on the
instruction manual.
●Protection film is coated on the metal fittings or acrylic panels. Please remove the film upon use.
●Please be very careful with the direct contact between frames or metal fittings and acrylic panels. It may
lead to the potential cause of damages or corruptions.
●Please keep the used tools or unused parts out of the reach of children after work.

Fix 256mm frame with CAP135
and connect with192mm frame.
Top Part : BatteryAssembly
Insert metal slides (3S) into the
external side of the frame beforehand.

Bottom Part: Vehicle Creation
・Create side surface of vehicle
Assemble 160mm frame x4, 192mm frame x2,
384mm frame (top) and 448mm frame (bottom)
as shown in the below diagram.
Create another side surface in the same way.
Mounting assembly parts will be done easily by placing an
extra metal slide into top and bottom of the side surface of
both 384mm and 448mm frames.
Refer to Basic Assembly< Fixing Drive>.

Insert metal slides (3S) x 6 into
the internal side of the frame
beforehand.
Insert metal slides (3S) x 8 into
the internal side of the frame
beforehand.

・Connect side surface of vehicle
Connect side surface of vehicle with 256mm frame.
Insert metal slides into 256mm frame (3 pcs above) used for connecting side
surface of vehicle beforehand in order to mount top part and battery.
Mounting motherboard will be done easily by placing an extra metal slide into
256mm frame (4 pcs below) used for connecting side surface of vehicle.

・Mounting power supply fixing frames
Mount 256mm frame for fixing power supply.
Refer to Basic Assembly
“Create corner with frames”.
Mounting power supply and switch will be done easily by
placing an extra metal slide into 256mm frame beforehand.

Connect battery and vehicle with “brackets”.
