BVT01-YZT-3B trolley installation instructions
Safety Warnings
To ensure the safety of the installers and operators, please strictly abide the following safety
requirements.
1. To ensure that this product installed on the level ground, and lock the casters. Otherwise, the
product may move and cause damage.
2. This product can only used to install the device specified models by Kai in Company.
Once installed other non-designated or recommended equipments, may result in over capacity of
the trolley and cause damage.
3. Do not put any other non-specified things in the trolley; once dropped, may cause damage.
Important Information
1. User shall be fully responsible for the maintenance and management of this product on purchasing
the product.
2. Within warranty period, the Kai in Company will not be responsible for the following situation:
(1) Damages due to improper operation or deliberate harm.
(2) Product losses induced by Force Majeure (like fire, earthquake, flood, lightning strike etc.).
(3) The Kai in product not purchasing from Kai in Company or designated distributors, in case of
damage, Kai in Company will not warranty.
3. Prohibit any unauthorized changes to this product.
4. Non-designated person by Kai in Company re-modification, alteration or repair this product
causing damage, Kai in Company will not be responsible for any liability.
5. Deal with the e hausted product according to the local statute.
6. This installation instruction gives warnings for predictable dangers. Users shall also e ercise care at
any time to be aware of other dangers.
7. Kai in shall not be responsible for the problems arising out of neglecting to follow the installation
procedures and instructions herein described.
8. This installation instruction shall be furnished with the trolley so that operating and managerial
personnel can refer to it any time as necessary.

Trolley Installation Steps
1. Unscrew the he bolt at the bottom of the pole; respectively insert the spring washer, small
washer, large washer and the bottom pole into the cone-shaped hole on the base, and then use a
wrench to screw the he bolt into the bottom of the pole and fi the pole and the base.
2. Adjust the upper part of the pole to a suitable height, fastening the locking screw. The basket
buckle A is installed to the basket according to Figure 2, and then the basket buckle B is fi ed
on the upper of the pole, with a cross screwdriver use four M4*16 pan head screws to fi the
basket buckle A and B; then use two M5*16 pan head screws to fasten the handle on the upper
of the pole (Height can be adjusted to a suitable position according to the user needs).

3. According to the Figure 3, use two M6*12 pan head screws to fi the tray on the top of the pole.

4. At last the machine is inserted into the corresponding position of the tray.
