Montageanleitung für Tragegriff, Seitenauflageverbreiterungen und Transporträder
Mounting instruction for carrying handle, side supporting surfaces and wheels for transport
Fixieren Sie den Führungskopf mit der Transportsicherung (Pos. 17a) fest an der Führungsschiene (Pos. 29). Richten
Sie die Maschine mithilfe einer zweiten Person auf. Befestigen Sie den Tragegriff (Pos. 72) mit den beigelegten
Schrauben (Pos. 73), Beilagscheiben (Pos. 74) und Muttern (Pos. 75) mit einem Inbusschlüssel (SW 6) und einem
Gabelschlüssel (SW 13). Fixieren Sie die Seitenauflageverbreiterung (Pos. 90 + 91 bei Schnittlänge 920 mm bzw. Pos.
92 + 93 bei Schnittlänge 1250 mm) mit den beigelegten Schrauben (Pos. 95), Beilagscheiben (Pos. 94a) und Muttern
(Pos. 94) mit einem Gabelschlüssel (SW 10). Befestigen Sie die Transporträderhalterung (Pos. 96) mit den beigelegten
Schrauben (Pos. 101), Beilagscheiben (Pos. 102) und Muttern (Pos. 103) mit einem Gabelschlüssel (SW 10).
Fix the guiding head with the transport safety bolt (pos. 17a) closely on the guide rail (pos. 29). Erect the machine
with the aid of a second person. Attach the carrying handle (pos. 72) with the provided screws (pos. 73), washers
(pos. 74) and screw nuts (pos. 75) with a socket wrench (wrench size 6) and an open ended spanner (wrench size 13).
Fix the side supporting surfaces (pos. 90 + 91 at cutting length 920 mm respectively pos. 92 + 93 at cutting length
1250 mm) with the provided screws (pos. 95), washers (pos. 94a) and screw nuts (pos. 94) with an open ended span-
ner (wrench size 10). Attach the mounting for wheels for transport (pos. 96) with the provided screws (pos. 101),
washers (pos. 102) and screw nuts (pos. 103) with an open ended spanner (wrench size 10).
Transportsicherung
Transport lock
Um eine Beschädigung des Schneidkopfes beim Transport zu verhindern, drehen Sie die Transportsicherung
(Pos. 17a) fest zu. Den Anschlagwinkel (Pos. 78) können Sie mithilfe des Winkelklemmhalters (Pos. 39) an die
Maschine fixieren. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kerben auf der Unterseite des Winkels auf der Winkelhalteplatte
(Pos. 79) einrasten.
To prevent a damage of the cutting head during transport, close the transport lock (pos. 17a) well. The stop-angle
(pos. 78) can be locked with the machine with the tool holder (pos. 39). Make sure that the notches at the bottom
side of the angle lock in the angle fastening plate (pos. 79).
Reinigung
Cleaning
Starke Verschmutzungen auf der Führungsstange (Pos. 29) können Sie mit einem Kriechöl und einem Schleifpad
entfernen. Wichtig ist, dass Sie die Führungstange danach mit einem weichen Baumwolltuch trockenreiben.
Achtung! Führungsstange immer trocken halten und nicht einölen oder fetten!
Heavy dirt on the guide bar (pos. 29) can be removed with a penetrating oil and an abrasive pad. It is important that
the guide bar is afterwards rubbed dry with a soft cotton cloth.
Caution! Keep the guide bar always dry and do not oil or grease it!

Maintenance
Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig den Rundlauf des Hartmetall-Schneidrads. Wenn Sie bemerken, dass sich das Schneid-
verhalten verschlechtert empfehlen wir, die Achse (Pos. 10a) zu säubern und mit einem handelsüblichen Schmierfett
leicht nachzufetten. Bei Abnützung wechseln Sie das Schneidrad und die Achse (Inbusschlüssel SW 3).
Das Hartmetall-Schneidrad, die Achse sowie jedes Einzelteil sind als Original Kaufmann Ersatzteile erhältlich und
gewährleisten eine optimale Funktionalität.

Check regularly the true running of the tungsten carbide cutting wheel. In case you note that the cutting perfor-
mance worsens, we recommend to clean and slightly grease the spindle (pos. 10a) with a standard grease. In case of
abrasion change the cutting wheel and the spindle (socket wrench size 3).
The tungsten carbide cutting wheel, the spindle as well as every single part are available as original Kaufmann
replacement parts and guarantee an optimal functionality.
