1. The above picture shows the tools needed to
unpack and install the vehicle
①Torque wrench
②Needle nose pliers
③12mm socket
④21mm socket
⑤17mm socket
⑥No. 8-10 wrench
⑦No. 12-14 wrench
⑧6mm hexagon socket
⑨Phillips screwdriver
⑩No. 8 T-sleeve
⑪No. 10 T-sleeve
2. Remove the straps and cardboard cover.
3. Take out the parts attached on the vehicle and
the packaging iron frame, remove the iron frame
screws, wait for subsequent installation.
4. The parts shown in the picture need to be
subsequently installed on the vehicle
5. The picture above shows the parts in the
accessory box. Please read the user’s manual (G)
carefully before assembling and install these parts
according to the operation steps.

6. Remove the wire fixing the vehicle and the
iron frame.
7. Use tool ①⑧ to remove the clamps and the fixed
iron pipe, then install the handlebar locking
clamps. the distance between the two ends of the
mark is close, tighten evenly, first start by hand
tightening all four clamp bolts. (Torque
requirement is 25-30N.m).
8. Take out E from the accessory box and
install it as shown above.
9. Use tool ⑩to unscrew the fixing screws of the
headlight bracket like above, then install the
headlight and tighten the screws.

10. Use tool ⑩to remove the front fender fixing
screws, install B and tighten the screws back.
11. Use tool ⑤⑦⑨ to install C (Torque requirement
is 20-30N.m).
12. Remove the front axle screw and take away
the iron frame.
13. Put the vehicle on the stand for easy
installation of other accessories.
14. Use tool ②to remove the plastic clips of the
front disc brake upper & lower cylinder for
subsequent installation of the front wheel.
15. First use tool ①④ to install D (torque
requirement 80-90N.m) (the bushing is long on the
left and short on the right), then use tool ①③ to
lock the front shock absorber screw (torque
requirement 25-30N.m)

16. Use tool ⑪to remove the fixing screws on
the left and right sides of the seat cushion and
remove it, then use ⑨to install the battery
screws, and finally use ⑪to install the seat
cushion back (red is positive, black is negative)
17. Adjust the fuel tank switch to the position like
above.
18. Unscrew the fuel tank, add gasoline, and
tighten the fuel tank cap clockwise
19. Please read the User’s manual carefully before
riding to better understand the performance of the
vehicle.
