Assembly Manual

1.The above picture shows the tools required
for unpacking & assembling the vehicle as
below
①Torque wrench
②No. 10-12 wrench
③Needle nose pliers
④No. 4 hexagon wrench
⑤No. 5 hexagon wrench
⑥6mm hexagon socket
⑦21mm socket
⑧No. 8 sleeve
⑨Phillips screwdriver
⑩No. 10 sleeve
2.Remove the straps and cardboard cover.
3. Take out the parts attached on the vehicle and
the packaging iron frame, remove the iron frame
screws, wait for subsequent installation.
4. The parts shown above need to be
subsequently installed on the vehicle.
5. The above picture shown the parts in the
accessory box, Please read the user’s manual (A)
carefully before assembling and install these parts
according to the operation steps.

6. Use tool ②⑩ to remove the screw on the left
side of the headlight, pull out the front brake oil
pip, then install the headlight screw back.
7. Remove the cable tie and use tool ①⑥ to lock
the clamps, the distance between the two ends of
the mark is close, tighten evenly, first start by hand
tightening all four clamp bolts. (Torque
requirement is 25-30N.m). After the installation of
the handlebar, then install the fixing screw on the
lower side of the headlight.
8. Take out F from the accessory box and
install it as shown above.
9. Use tool ⑧to remove the front fender fixing
screw, then install B and tighten the screw.
10.Use ④to assemble D and fix it on the
handlebar with tool ⑤.
11. Use tool ⑧to move the front brake upper
cylinder to the left of 6-7mm, then assemble D with
tool ④and fix it on the handlebar with tool ⑤.
12. Remove the wire fixed on the rear wheel,
then use tool ①⑦ to remove the front axle and
screws.
13.Put the vehicle on the stand for easy installation
of other accessories.
14. Remove the plastic clips of the front disc
brake upper & lower cylinder for subsequent
installation of the front wheel.
15. Insert the front axle from the right side, then
use tool ①⑦ to tighten the front wheel fixing nut
(torque requirement 80-90N.m)
(left long right short for the bush)
16. Use tool ①⑥ to tighten the front shock
absorber screw (torque requirement 25-30N.m)
17. Install E to the front left shock absorber and
use tool ⑤to tighten the fixing screws.
18. Use tool ⑩to remove the fixing screws on
the left and right sides of the seat cushion and
remove it for subsequent installation of the
battery.
19. Use tool ⑨⑩ to install the battery screw and the
seat cushion back. (red is positive, black is
negative)
20. Unscrew the fuel tank cover and water tank
cover, add gasoline and C respectively, then
tighten the fuel tank cover and water tank cover
clockwise (Note, the water tank needs to be
filled with coolant).
