1. The above picture shows the tools needed to
unpack and install the vehicle
①Torque wrench
②Phillips screwdriver
③Socket extension rod
④8mm hexagon socket
⑤6mm hexagon socket
⑥10mm socket
⑦12mm socket
⑧13mm socket
⑨19mm socket
⑩Needle nose pliers
⑪No. 17-19 wrench
⑫No. 12-14 wrench
⑬No. 8-10 wrench
⑭No. 8 T-sleeve
⑮No. 10 T-sleeve
2.Remove the straps and cardboard cover.
3. Take out the parts attached on the vehicle and
the packaging iron frame, remove the iron frame
screws, wait for subsequent installation.
4.The parts shown in the picture need to be
subsequently installed on the vehicle
5. The picture shows the parts of the accessory
box, please read B (user’s manual) before
assembling, and follow the above steps to install
the vehicle

6. Install D to the upper clamp, use tool ①④ to
tighten the fixing screws (torque requirement is 49-
59N.m)
7. Use tool ①⑤ to lock C, the distance between
the two ends of the mark is close, tighten
evenly, first start by hand tightening all four
clamp bolts. (torque requirement 25-30N.m)
8. Use tool ①⑨⑩⑫ to remove the flange shaft fixed
on the front shock absorber and the iron wire fixed
on the rear wheel.
9.Put the vehicle on the stand for easy
installation of other accessories.
10. Use tool ①③⑧⑫ to install the lower shock-
absorbing screws (torque requirement 49-59N.m)
11. Use tool ⑮to remove the screws on the
lower clamp, cover the screws to J and install it
to the front fender and tighten the screws.
12. Remove the plastic clip of the front disc brake
for subsequent installation of the front wheel.
13. Use tool ⑮to remove the fixing screw of the
front disc brake lower pump.
14. Use tool ①⑨⑪ to install the front wheel (torque
requirement is 80-90N.m) (insert the shaft from
left to right, the bushing is long on the left and
short on the right)
15. Install the front disc brake lower pump back
on the shock absorber, use tool ①⑥ to tighten
the fixing screws (torque requirement is 10-
12N.m) (after the front wheel is assembled,
remove the vehicle to the ground).
17. Install the end of the pedal to the rear brake
as above, then install the washer and cotter pin
(the cotter pin is bent at an angle greater than
180°)
16. Install H to the frame as shown above, use tool
⑩to install the spring to the pedal.
18. Install L to the vehicle as above, use tool ⑬to
tighten the fixing screw (the angle of the shift lever
is 10° parallel to the ground)
19. Install I to the vehicle as above (the cotter
pin is bent at an angle greater than 180°)
20. Use tool ②⑬⑮to remove the fixing screws of
the seat cushion and plastic parts.
21. Paste K to Gas above.
22. Put the battery in G and fix it with F, use tool
①③⑦⑫ to tighten the fixing screws (torque
requirement 25-30N.m)
23. Use tool ②to install the battery screws. then
install the seat cushion and plastic fixing screws
back (red is positive, black is negative)
24. Use tool ⑭to fix the front panel on the vehicle,
then use tool ②⑩ to fix the front disc brake hose to
the front panel.
25. Adjust the fuel tank switch to the position
shown above.
26. Assemble A, add gasoline, and tighten the fuel
tank cap clockwise.
27. Please read the user’s manual (B) carefully
before riding to better understand the
performance of the vehicle.
