1. The picture on the left shows the tools required
for unpacking & assembling the vehicle as below
①Torque wrench
②No.10-12 wrench
③No.12-14 wrench
④6mm hexagon socket
⑤12mm socket
⑥21mm socket
⑦Needle nose pliers
⑧No. 8 T-sleeve
2.Remove the straps and cardboard cover.
3.Take out the parts attached on the vehicle and
the packaging iron frame, remove the iron frame
screws, wait for subsequent installation.
4.The parts shown above need to be
subsequently installed on the vehicle.
5.The picture above shows the parts in the
accessory box. Please read the user’s manual (L)
carefully before assembling and install these parts
according to the operation steps.

6.Use tool ②③, remove the screws mouning on
the rear axle,put the vehicle on the stand for easy
installation of other accessories.
7.Put the front wheel to the steering knot with
FBJ all mounting well, use tool ①⑥to lock the
nut and washer, then insert the cotter pin(G),,
keep the bending angle greater than 180°
Note: Torque requirement 77-92N.m
8.Align the rear wheel with the splines(I) and push
on the rear axle, with the air nozzle cap facing
outward, Use tool ①⑥to lock the nut (F) and
washer (B), then insert the cotter pin (G), keep the
bending angle greater than 180°
Note: Torque requirement 77-92N.m
9.Insert the dust cover(A) into the positions
shown above.
10.Put the steering wheel with the steering
column, use tool①⑤③ to lock (D)
Note: Torque requirement 25-30N.m
11.Put the rear guard to the fram,use tool①④to
tighten (C). Note:
Torque requirement 25-30N.m
12.Please read the user’s manual(L) completely
and carefully before riding to better understand the
performance of the vehicle. (Notice that the red
stop switch on the right side of the steering wheel
is off)
