• This manual gives detailed description of precautions that should be brought to your
attention during operation.
• In order to ensure correct service of the wired controller please read this manual carefully
before using the unit.
• For convenience of future reference, keep this manual after reading it.

1. WIFI MODULE SPECIFICATION

NOTE:
Company will not be liable for any issues and problems caused by Internet, Wi-Fi Router
and Smart Devices. Please contact the original provider to get further help.
2. INSTALL THE SMART KIT
1) Remove the protective cap of the smart kit.
2) Open the front panel and insert the smart kit into the reserved interface.
3) Attach the QR code packed with SMART KIT to the side panel of the machine or other
convenient location; ensure it is convenience to be scanned by the mobile phone.
Kindly reminder: It is better to reserve the other two QR Code in a safe place or take a
picture and save it in your own phone.
WARNING
This interface is only compatible with SMART KIT provided by the manufacturer.

3. DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL APP
CAUTION
The following QR Code is only for download the APP. It is totally different wit h
t he QR code packed wi th SMART KIT
Scan QR code to download “Kaysun Air” APP or get it from Google Play or App Store by
manually searching.
4. PREPARATION
1. Please ensure y our mobile device is connected to Wi router. A l so, t he Wi router has
already connec ted t o Internet before doing user registration and ne t work conguration.
2. Make sure your mobile device has already been connected to the wi network which you
want to use. Also, you need to forget other ir relevant wi network in case it inuences
your conguration process.

5. CREATE ACCOUNT
6. SET THE UNIT TO AP MODE
Press the digital display button or do not disturb button seven times continuously in 3 minutes.
When AP appear in the display, It means that the AC unit have already entered into AP
Mode. User can does the next step conguration.
Reminder: Its necessary cut the power supply of the unit during 30 seconds before do this
conguration
1. Click “Login “ 2. Enter your email address and password,
and then click “Create Account”

7. NETWORK CONFIGURATION
7.1 Log in with your account.
7.2 Press “+” on the app’s appliance list screen,
and select t he dev ice category you need.
7.3 Choose network conguration method
• Scan QR Co de Method:
– It is quickly way to complete conguration using simple steps.
– For Android, follow step 7.4 to complete conguration.
– For I OS, follow step 7.6 to complete conguration.
• No need to Scan QR code Method:
– It is suitable for user who loses or does not want
to scan QR c ode. It is more recommended for
high version of Android OS.
– For Android, please follow step 7.5 t o complete
the conguration.
– For IOS, follow step 7.7 to complete conguration.

7.4 For android ( Scan QR code Method)
1. Scan QR c ode which
is packed with smart kit.
4. Conguration Success, you
can see the device on the list.
2. Select your own WiFi network,
for example My Home (the
picture is only f or reference).
3. Enter your own WiFi router
password an d click OK
NOTE:
When nishing network conguration, APP
will display success cue words on the screen.
Due to different internet environment, it is
possible that the device status still display
ofine. If this situation occurs, it is necessary
to pull and refresh the device list on the APP
and make sure the device status become
‘online’. Alternatively, user can turn off the
AC power and turn on it again, the device
status will become online after few minutes.

7.5 Android (No need to Scan QR code Method)
1. Select net_xx_xxxx
hotspot, type password
12345678 and click “next “.
4. Conguration Success, you
can see the device on the list.
2. Select your own WiFi network,
for example My Home (the
picture is only for reference)
3. Enter your own WiFi router
password an d click OK
NOTE:
When nishing network conguration, APP
will display success cue words on the screen.
Due to different internet environment, it is
possible that the device status still display
ofine. If this situation occurs, it is necessary

7.6 FOR IOS ( Scan QR Code Method)
1. Scan QR Code which is
packed with smart kit
3. Go to your wireless devices set tings
2. Read the instruction above and press
the “Home” button to go back to the smart
devices desktop
4. Choose net_ ac_XX XX

5. Type default password :
12345678 and click “Join”
7. Select your own WiFi network,
for example M y Home (the
pictureis only for reference)
8. Enter your own WiFi router pas sword
and click “ OK “
6. Go back to APP’s Connecting
Device Screen and tap next on the
top right-hand corner
9. Conguration Success, you can see the
device on the list

7.7 FOR IOS (No need to Scan QR Code method)
1. Read the instruction above and press
the “Home” button to go back to the smart
devices desktop
3. Choose n et_ac_XXXX
2. Go to you r wireless devices settings
4. Type de fault password:
12 3456 78 and click “Join”

5. Go back to APP’s Connecting
Device Screen and tap next on
the top right-hand corner

8. HOW TO USE APP
Log in and select your unit to enjoy controlling it wherever you are from your smart device.
NOTE:
Not all the function of the APP is avaiable on air conditioner. For example : ECO , Turbo, Left
and Right Swing , Up and Down swing function, please check the user manual to nd more
in formation.

9. SPECIAL FUNCTIONS
Including: Timer on, Timer off, Sleep curve,
Check, Energy Monitor, Bill Control Check.
NOTE:
No all the unit can use these special function
on the APP. Thus, if the air conditioner
do not support the above function, the
function will be hided from the function list.
Timer on / Timer off
Weekly, user can make an a pointment to turn on or off AC on specic time. User also can
choose circulation to keep the AC under schedule control every week.

Sleep
User can customize their own comfortable sleep by setting target temperature.
Check
User can simply check the AC running status with this function. When nishing this procedure,
it can display the normal items, ab normal items, and de tailin formation.

Energy Monitor
User can simply monitor the electricity consumption of AC unit by checking the chart and
history record.
Bill Control
User can set parameters to limit the electricity consumption over a period of time.
