Aufbauanweisung+Inbetriebnahme:
Das Modul wird gemäß Zeichnung mit dem 24 V Bordnetz und dem 12
V Verbraucher verbunden. Bitte schalten Sie entsprechende Sicherungen
vor. Das Modul erwärmt sich je nach Belastung. Es muss daher an einer
gut belüfteten Stelle montiert werden, wo auch die Erwärmung des Mo-
duls (max. ca. 50 Grad C) keine negativen Auswirkung auf die Umgebung
haben kann (das kleine Keramikteil oben auf dem Modul wird besonders
heiß).
Das Modul ist elektronisch gesichert gegen Kurzschluss, Überlastung und
Überhitzung. Bei Überhitzung schaltet es ab und bei ausreichender Abküh-
lung automatisch wieder ein. Bitte achten Sie auf den richtigen Anschluss
gemäß Zeichnung. Bei falschem Anschluss wird das Modul zerstört! Die
max. Leistung des Moduls von 1,1 A (> 13 Watt) genügt normalerweise
zum Betrieb von Autoradios, Kassettenrekordern usw. Wenn Sie trotzdem
mehr Leistung brauchen, können nachträglich ein oder mehrere Module
M020 zusätzlich zur Leistungserhöhung parallel geschaltet werden.
Für höhere Leistungen stellt die Fa. Kemo auch das Modul M038 (max. 3
A) her.

Assemblyinstructions+settingintooperation:
Connect the module with the 24 V supply system and the 12 V consumer
according to the drawing. Please connect adequate fuses in series. The
module heats up depending on the load. Therefore, it must be mounted in
a well ventilated place where the heating up of the module (max. approx.
50 degree C) may not have any negative effects on the surroundings (es-
pecially the small ceramic part on top of the module gets very hot).
The module is protected electronically against short-circuit, overload and
overheating. It switches off in case of overheating and switches on again
automatically after sufcient cooling. Please pay attention to the correct
connection according to the drawing. The module will be destroyed
in case of wrong connection! The maximum power of the module of
1.1 A (> 13 watt) is usually sufcient to operate car radios, cassette
recorders, etc. If, however, more power is required, you may connect
one or several modules M020 in parallel afterwards in order to increase
the power in addition.
For higher capacities Kemo also manufactures the module M038 (max.
3 A).

Conectar el módulo con la red de a bordo de 24 V y el dispositivo
consumidor de 12 V según el dibujo. Preconectar fusibles correspon-
dientes. El módulo se calenta según la carga. Por eso se debe montar
en un sitio bien ventilado donde el calentamiento del módulo (aprox.
50 grados C como máximo) no puede tener efectos negativos sobre
el entorno (la pequeña parte cerámica encima del módulo se calenta
en particular).
El módulo es protegido electrónicamente contra cortocircuito, sobre-
carga y sobrecalentamiento. Desconecta en caso de sobrecalentami-
ento y conecta de nuevo automáticamente en caso de un enfriamiento
suciente. Prestar atención a la conexión correcta según el dibujo. ¡Se
destruye el módulo en caso de una falsa conexión! Normalmente la
potencia máxima del módulo de 1.1 A (> 13 vatios) es suciente para
el servicio de autorradios, magnetófonos a casette, etc. Si a pesar
de todo Vd. necesita más potencia, Vd. puede conectar en paralelo
un o varios módulos M020 posteriormente para aumentar la potencia
además.
Para capacidades más altas la empresa Kemo fabrica también el mó-
dulo M038 (máx. 3 A).

Il modulo e assicurato elettronicamente contro il corto circuito,
sovraccarico e surriscaldamento. In caso di un surriscaldamento
si spegne e dopo esserci raffreddato abbastanza si accende auto-
maticamente. Le pregiamo di fare attenzione al attacco corretto
secondo l´illustrazione. In caso di una connessiones bagliata vera
distrutto il modulo! La potenza massima del modulo di 1.1 A (>
13 Watt) basta normalmente per gestire autoradio, mangianastri
ecc. In caso che necessita tuttavia più potenza può installare uno
o ulteriori moduli M020 parallelamente per aumentare la potenza.

Het moduul wordt volgens tekening op de 24 V aanwezige span-
ning aangesloten, en aangesloten aan het apparaat wat 12 V nodig
heeft. Het is aan te raden om in de spanningleidingen een zekering
te plaatsen, omdat het moduul afhankelijk van het afgenomen ver-
mogen warm wordt. Door deze warmte is ook aan te raden om het
moduul goed te plaatsen, de denken aan een goed geventileerde
omgeving, en de omgeving moet ook de warmte (max. ca. 50
graden C) kunnen verdragen (de bovenkant van het moduul van
keramisch materiaal wordt zeer heet).
Het moduul is electronisch gezekerd tegen kortsluiting, overbe-
lasting en oververhitting. Bij oververhitting schakelt het uit en bij
voldoende afkoeling automatisch weer aan. Maar let wel op het
goede aansluiten, volgens de tekening. Bij verkeerd aansluiten
gaat het moduul direkt defekt. Het vermogen van het moduul bij
1,1 A (> 13 Watt) is voldoende voor een normale autoradio, cas-
sette recorder etc. Als u toch meer vermogen nodig heeft, kunt u
meerdere modulen parallel schakelen om een hogere stroom te
krijgen.
Mocht u dit niet willen, Kemo heeft ook een module die zwaarder
is namenlijk max. 3 A, Kemo no M038.

O modulo é conforme no desenho ligado com a instalação eléctrica
de bordo de 24 V e o consumidor de 12 V. Por favor ligar antes o
correspondente dispositivo de segurança. O modulo aquece con-
forme a carga. Deve por isso ser montado num lugar bem arejado,
onde também o aquecimento do modulo (máx. ca. 50 graus C)
não tenha nenhuma consequência no ambiente (a pequena peça

O modulo é assegurado electrónico contra curtos–circuitos, sobre-
cargas, e sobreaquecimento. Em sobreaquecimento desliga e em

atenção com a ligação certa como no desenho. Em ligações er-
radas é destruído o modulo! A máx. potência do modulo de 1.1
A (> 13 Watt) basta no modo normal para serviço de rádio de
automóveis, gravador de cassetes etc. Quando necessitar de mais
potência pode em seguida ser ligados paralelos um ou mais modu-
los M020 suplementares para elevar a potência.
Para potência mais elevada produz a Firma Kemo também o mo-

Raccordez le module avec le réseau de bord 24 V et le dissipateur
12 V selon le dessin. Veuillez monter en série des fusibles corres-
pondants. Le module s’échauffe selon la charge. C’est pourquoi il
faut le monter dans un endroit bien ventilé où l’échauffement du
module (env. 50 degrés C au maximum) ne peut pas avoir aucun
effet négatif sur les environs (la partie céramique en dessus du
module devient particulièrement chaude).
Le module est protégé électroniquement contre court-circuit,
surcharge et surchauffe. En cas de surchauffe il déconnecte et con-
necte de nouveau automatiquement en cas d’un refroidissement
sufsant. Veuillez faire attention au raccord correct selon le dessin.
Le module sera détruit en cas d’un faux raccord! Normalement la
puissance maximale du module de 1,1 A (> 13 watt) suft pour le
service des autoradios, magnétophones à cassettes, etc. Si vous

Moduulissa on sähköinen suojaus oikosulkua, ylikuormaa ja ylikuu-

riittävästi automaattisesti taas päälle. Tarkista, että liität moduulin
oikein, piirustuksen mukaan. Väärä liitäntä tuhoaa moduulin! Mo-
duulin suurin teho 1.1 A (> 13 W) riittää tavallisesti autoradion,
kasettisoittimen jne. käyttöön. Jos kuitenkin tarvitset enemmän te-
hoa, voit jälkeenpäin kytkeä yhden tai useamman M020 moduulin
rinnan tehon kasvattamiseksi.
Kemo valmistaa myös moduulin M038 suurempaa tehoa varten

Подключите модуль в соотвeтствии с чeртeжом к 24-х вольтной
бортовой сeти и к 12-ти вольтному потрeбитeлю. Встaвтe
пожaлуйстa в цeпь прeдвaритeльный прeдохрaнитeль. Модуль
в зависимости от нaгрузки может нaгрeвaтся. По этому монтaж
модуля необходимо сдeлaть в хорошо провeтривaeмом мeсте,
гдe нaгрeв модуля(макс. » 50 Градусов Цельсия) нe окажет
ни кaкого нeгaтивного влияния на окружение (кeрaмичeскaя
дeтaль с вeрху модуля особeнно сильно нaгрeвaeтся).
Модуль элeктричeски зaщищeн от короткого зaмыкaния,
пeрeнaгрузки и пeрeгрeвa. При пeрeгрeвe модуль aвтомaтичeски
отключaeтся и послe eго достaточного охлaждeния опять
включaeтся. Слeдитe внимaтeльно зa прaвильным подключeниeм
модуля в соотвeтствии с чeртeжом. При нeпрaвильном
подключeнии, модуль может выйти из строя! Мaксимaльная
допустимaя мощность модуля 1.1 A (> 13 Вaтт) достaточнa
для рaботы aвтомобильного рaдиоприeмникa, кaссeтного
мaгнитофонa, и т.д. Если всe–тaки мощности недостаточно, то
можно пaрaллeльно подключить один или нeсколько модулeй
М020 для повышeния мощности.
Для более мощных потребителей фирмa КEМО выпускaeт
модуль М038 (макс. 3 А).
