Installation Safety Precautions
• Please read this User’s Manual in its entirety before using the
grill.
• Failure to follow the provided instruction can result in seriously
bodily injury and / or property damage.
• Some parts of this grill may have sharp edges. Please wear
suitable protective gloves.
• Never use the grill with its back and side closer than 36 inches
to any combustible wall or surface.
• Place your grill outdoors on a firm, level surface. Do not use this
grill on a surface that will burn or melt, such as plastic or
artificial surface or wood table. Keep grill away from wooden
fences, overhanging trees, or other flammable objects before
adding and lighting charcoal.
•DO NOT USE GASOLINE, ALCOHOL OR KEROSENE IN
THIS GRILL. Use only commercial lighter fluid with charcoal
briquettes or pre-soaked charcoal briquettes. Prepare charcoal
according to the product’s instructions. Do not exceed 5 lbs. of
charcoal briquettes in this grill per use.
• After lighting charcoal, do not leave grill unattended.
• Remember to keep children and pets away from lit grill at all
times. To avoid harm to people, pets, or property, do not move
the grill once the charcoal has been lit.
• Once coals are lit, the grill and surrounding surfaces become
very hot.
• To extinguish charcoal after cooking, dowse coals with sand or
spray with a fine mist of water.
• After your grill has cooled, remove ashes from the catcher and
cover, store the grill when not in use.

4. Damage to or failure of this appliance resulting from installation not performed by Permasteel authorized
service agents, including installation that was not in accord with electrical, gas, or plumbing codes.
5. Damage to or failure of this appliance, including discoloration or surface rust, if itis not correctly
operated and maintained according to all supplied instructions.
6. Damage to or failure of this appliance, including discoloration or surface rust, resulting from accident,
alteration, abuse, misuse or use for other than its intended purpose.
7. Damage to or failure of this appliance, including discoloration or surface rust, cause by the use of
detergents, cleaners, chemicals or utensils other than those recommended in all instructions supplied with
the product.
8. Damage to or failure of this appliance resulting from natural or other catastrophe, such as flood, fire or

FOR ONE YEAR: from the date of sale this grillis warranted against defects in materialor
workmanship, consumer willreceive free replacement parts with proof of purchase, consumer is
responsible for S&H cost.
All warranty coverage excludes ignitor batteries and grill part paint loss, discoloration or surface rusting,
which are either expendable parts that can wear out from normal use within the warranty period, or are
conditions that can be the result or normal use, accident or improper maintenance.
Allwarrantycoverage is void if thisappliance is everused for otherthan private household purposes.

This warranty covers ONLY defects in material and workmanship, and will NOT pay for:

CAREFULLY READ AND PERFORM ALL ASSEMBLY INSTUCTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING PAGES.

•The following hardware is provided:

Firebox Assembly
Use 8 pieces of M5 x 12mm bolts (A) to attach firebox left (17) and right (14) panels to the
firebox front (23) and back (11) panels.

Tip: To simplify the next step of the assembly, please remove both the charcoal left (25) and
right (24) doors from the firebox front panel (23) and set aside.

Leg & Ends Cap Assembly
Turn firebox assembly upside down and place on a clean, smooth surface.
Attach 2 pieces of leg end caps (31) to the bottom of the right front leg (30) and right
back leg (29), then snap them in.
Use 8 pieces of M5 x 60mm bolts (B) to attach left front (37), left back (36), right front
(30) & right back (29) legs into the left and right side of the firebox (Note: In order to
the next installation easily，Do not tighten the screws).
Make sure the labels on the legs match the labels on the Firebox Assembly.

Bottom Shelf Assembly
Use 4 pieces of M5 x 12mm bolts (A) to attach bottom shelf (32) to the bottom side of
the legs as shown below.

Axle Rod & Wheel Assembly
Insert the axle rod (35) through the hole at bottom of the left front leg and left back leg.
Use 2 pieces of M10 flat washer (I) and 2 pieces of M10 lock nut (H) to attach the wheels
(34) on both sides of the axle. (Note: Tighten it with a wrench.)
Install the wheel hub cover (33) to wheel (34).

Damper Assembly
Use 2 pieces of M5 x 12mm bolts (A), M5 spring washers (J), and M5 nuts (G) to attach
the damper (4) on both sides of the firebox.

6Ash Pan Assembly
Use 2 pieces of M5 x 12mm bolts (A) to attach ash tray handle (15) to the ash pan (16)
holes. Slide the ash pan under the firebox.

Charcoal Tray Assembly
Use 2 pieces of M5 x 12mm bolts (A) to attach the charcoal tray bracket (26) to the
front inside panel of the firebox.

Right Charcoal Tray Assembly
Place the right charcoal tray assembly (12) into the firebox. (Note: In order to facilitate
later installation assembly process, please disconnect the charcoal grate connecting
rod from the support bracket u-shape slot.) Use 2 pieces of M5 x 12mm bolts (A) and
M5 nuts (G) to attach the right support bracket and crank handle nut (20) of the right
charcoal tray assembly to right side of firebox.
Re-connect the charcoal tray connecting rod that was disconnected before to the
mounting u-shaped slot of the support plate.
Use 1 piece of M4 x 10mm shoulder bolt (D) to attach drive arm from the right
charcoal tray assembly with the fixed plate of the charcoal tray bracket (26).

Left Charcoal Tray Assembly

Charcoal Tray Crank Handle & Bottle Opener Assembly
Use 2 pieces of M5 x 12mm bolts (A) to attach opener (38) to the left front leg.
Attach the 2 pieces crank handle cover (21) to firebox. By pressing the 2 tabs on
each one into the firebox holes.
Insert the 2 crank handles (22) by screwing them in clockwise into the treaded holes.

Lid Hinge
Use 4 pieces of M5 x 12mm bolts (A) to attach the firebox hinge (6) to the firebox as
shown below
