Lesen Sie die nachfolgenden Hinweise sorgfältig, bevor Sie das Gerät verwenden.
VORSICHT!
Gefahr vor Bränden, Kurzschlüssen und elektrischen Schlägen!
• Anschlussleitung nicht zum Ziehen des Netzsteckers und zum Tragen des Gerätes verwenden.
• Anschlussleitung nicht mit Hitze, Öl oder scharfen Kanten in Verbindung bringen.
• Gerät an einem trockenen Ort aufbewahren und vor Flüssigkeiten und Feuchtigkeit schützen.
Vergiftungsgefahr durch bleihaltige Lote!
• Bleihaltige Lote, die in den Organismus gelangen, wirken toxisch. Während des Gebrauchs nicht essen,
trinken oder rauchen. Nach dem Gebrauch Hände gründlich waschen.
• Für ausreichend e Belüftung oder Absaugung sorgen.
Gefahr vor Personen- und Sachschädigung durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch!
• Sicherstellen, dass das Gerät nur von Personen mit entsprechenden Fachkenntnissen verwendet wird.
• Gerät nur mit der vorgesehenen Netzspannung betreiben.
• Gerät nie ohne Lötspitze oder mit abgenutzter Lötspitze verwenden.
• Gerät für Kinder unzugänglich aufbewahren.
• Wartungshinweise beachten.
• Nationale und internationale Sicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Arbeitsschutzvorschriften beachten.
Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Das Gerät dient zum Aufschmelzen und Löten von Metallen. Jeder andere Gebrauch gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß.
Bei nicht bestimmungsgemäßem Gebrauch und Eingriffen in das Gerät verlöschen Garantie- und Haftungsansprüche seitens des Herstellers.
Aufbau
Bedienung
VORSICHT!
Heiße Lötspitze! Gefahr vor Bränden und Verletzungen!
• Erhitzte Lötspitze nicht berühren.
• Vor dem Aufheizen sicherstellen, dass die Lötspitze ordnungsgemäß mit dem Gerät verbunden ist.
• Heiße Lötspitze nicht mit hitzeempfindlichen und brennbaren Materialien in Verbindung bringen. Auf eine ausreichend hitzebeständige
Arbeitsunterlage achten. Vor dem Aufheizen brennbare Gegenstände, Flüssigkeiten und Gase aus dem Arbeitsbereich des Geräts
entfernen.
• Gerät bei jeder Arbeitsunterbrechung in den dafür vorgesehenen Ablageständer legen.
• Gerät nach Gebrauch vom Netz trennen.
• Aufgeheiztes Gerät niemals unbeaufsichtigt lassen.
• Darauf achten, dass die Lötspitze nach Abschalten des Geräts einige Zeit benötigt, um auf eine gefahrlose
Temperatur abzukühlen.
• Erhitze Lötspitze zur Abkühlung nicht mit Wasser abschrecken.
Gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
1. Anschlussleitung des Lötstabs an das 230-V-Netz anschließen.
2. Ca. 11 Minuten warten, bis das Gerät aufgeheizt ist.
3. Nach den Lötarbeiten das Gerät in den Ablageständer legen und an der Luft abkühlen lassen.

Wartung
Vor jedem Gebrauch alle Komponenten auf Beschädigungen überprüfen. Beschädigte Teile nur vom Fachmann oder
Hersteller reparieren lassen. Bei eventuellen Reparaturen nur Original-Ersatzteile verwenden.
Lötspitze wechseln
VORSICHT!
Heiße Lötspitze! Gefahr vor Bränden und Verletzungen!
• Lötspitze vor dem Wechseln abkühlen lassen.
Gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
1. Klemmschraube der Lötspitze mit einem Innensechskant-Schlüssel lösen und Lötspitze abnehmen.
2. Neue Lötspitze bis zum Anschlag einschieben und Klemmschraube fest anziehen.
Entsorgung
Lötabfälle sind Sondermüll. Kommunale Abfallbeseitigungs-Vorschriften beachten.

Lisez attentivement les informations ci-dessous avant d‘utiliser l‘appareil.
ATTENTION !
Risque d‘incendie, de court-circuit et d‘électrocution !
• Ne pas tirer sur le câble d‘alimentation pour débrancher l‘appareil ou s‘en servir pour porter l‘appareil.
• Ne pas mettre le câble d‘alimentation en contact avec une source de chaleur, de l‘huile ou des bords pointus.
• Stocker l‘appareil dans un endroit sec et le protéger des liquides et de l‘humidité.
Risque d‘intoxication car le fil à souder contient du plomb !
• Le fil de plomb est très toxique pour l‘organisme s‘il est ingéré. Ne pas manger, boire ou fumer pendant l‘utilisation.
Se laver soigneusement les mains après utilisation.
• S‘assurer que l‘espace de travail soit susamment aéré et qu‘il n‘y ait pas de poussière.
Un mauvais usage peut mettre en danger les personnes et causer des dommages matériels !
• Veiller à ce que seules des personnes compétentes utilisent l‘appareil.
• N‘utiliser l‘appareil qu‘à la tension prévue.
• Ne jamais utiliser le fer à souder sans panne ou avec une panne usée.
• Tenir l‘appareil hors de portée des enfants.
• Suivre les consignes d‘entretien.
• Les prescriptions nationales et internationales en matière de sécurité, de santé et de sécurité du travail sont à observer.
Usage normal
L‘appareil sert à fondre et à souder les métaux. Tout autre usage est considéré comme non conforme. Les exigences de garantie et de
dédommagement ne sont pas couvertes par le fabricant en cas d‘utilisation et d‘interventions non conformes.

ATTENTION !
Panne brûlante ! Risque de brûlure et de blessure !
• Ne pas toucher la panne quand elle est chaude.
• Avant de mettre en chauffe, s‘assurer que la panne est bien raccordée à l‘appareil.
• Ne pas mettre la panne chauffée en contact avec des matières inflammables ou sensibles à la chaleur. S‘assurer que le lieu de
travail est adapté à la soudure. Éliminer tout produit inflammable, liquide ou bouteille de gaz de la zone de travail avant de
mettre l‘appareil à chauffer.
• Reposer l‘appareil sur les supports prévus à cet effet à chaque fois que l‘appareil n‘est pas utilisé.
• Débrancher l‘appareil après utilisation.
• Ne jamais laisser l‘appareil sans surveillance quand il est encore chaud.
• Vérifier la température de la panne après avoir débranché l‘appareil, celle-ci nécessite un peu de temps avant de refroidir.
• Ne jamais refroidir la panne avec de l‘eau.
Procédez comme suit :
1. Brancher le câble d‘alimentation du manche sur une prise 230 V.
2. Attendre env. 11 minutes, pendant que l‘appareil chauffe.
3. Une fois les soudures réalisées, reposer l‘appareil sur les supports et laisser refroidir à l‘air.

Entretien
Vérifier que tous les composants sont en bon état avant utilisation. Les pièces endommagées ne peuvent être réparées que par un spécialiste ou
par le fabricant. En cas de réparation, n‘utiliser que les pièces d‘origine.
Remplacement de la panne
Attention!
Panne brûlante ! Risque de brûlure et de blessure !
• Laissez refroidir la panne avant remplacement.
Procédez comme suit :
1. Desserrer la vis de blocage de la panne avec une clé Allen et retirer la panne.
2. Insérer la nouvelle panne jusqu‘à la butée et serrer la vis de blocage.
Collecte et traitement
Les déchets de soudure doivent être triés. Respecter les consignes communales de tri.

Safety instructions
Read the following instructions carefully before using the device.
CAUTION!
Danger of fire, short-circuits and electric shock!
• Do not pull on the electrical supply cable to unplug or transport the device.
• Do not allow electrical supply cables to come into contact with oil or sharp edges.
• Store the device in a dry place and protect from liquids and moisture.
Risk of poisoning from solders containing lead!
• Solders containing lead that are absorbed into the body are toxic. Do not eat, drink or smoke while working.
Wash your hands thoroughly after use.
• Ensure adequate ventilation or extraction.
Risk of physical injury and material damage if used incorrectly!
• Ensure that the device is only used be people who have the professional skills required to do so.
• Only operate the device at the mains voltage specified.
• Never use the device without the soldering tip or with a worn soldering tip.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Note the maintenance instructions.
• National and international safety, health and occupational safety regulations must be observed and complied with.
Correct use
The device is used to melt and solder metals. Any other use shall be deemed incorrect. In the event of incorrect use or modifications to the
device, the manufacturer‘s warranty and liabilities shall be deemed invalid.
Setup

CAUTION!
Hot soldering tip! Danger of fire and injury!
• Do not touch the soldering tip while it is hot.
• Before heating, ensure that the soldering tip is correctly connected to the device.
• Do not allow the hot soldering tip to come into contact with heat-sensitive or flammable materials. Ensure that the
workbench underneath is suciently heat-resistant. Before heating, remove any flammable objects, liquids or gases from
the device‘s work area.
• Place the device in the holder provided during any work breaks or interruptions.
• Disconnect the device from the power supply after use.
• Never leave a hot device unattended.
• Be aware that the soldering tip will take a while to cool down to a safe temperature after it has been switched off.
• Do not quench a heated soldering tip with water.
Proceed as follows:
1. Connect the soldering rod‘s electrical supply cable to the 230 V mains.
2. Wait around 11 minutes until the device has heated up.
3. After the soldering work is complete, place the device in the holder and allow it to air-cool.

Maintenance
Check all components for signs of damage before every use. Damaged parts should only be repaired by a qualified professional or the manufac-
turer. If carrying out any repairs, only use original spare parts.
Changing the soldering tip
CAUTION!
Hot soldering tip! Danger of fire and injury!
• Allow the soldering tip to cool down before changing it.
Proceed as follows:
1. Loosen the clamping screw on the soldering tip with an Allen wrench and remove the soldering tip.
2. Insert the new soldering tip until it stops and then tighten the clamping screw.
Disposal
Solder waste is hazardous waste. Observe any local authority waste disposal regulations.

Avvertenze per la sicurezza
Leggere con attenzione le seguenti avvertenze prima di utilizzare l‘apparecchio.

Pericolo di incendi, cortocircuiti e folgorazione!
• Non tirare dal cavo di collegamento per sfilare la presa e per trasportare l‘apparecchio.
• Evitare che il cavo di collegamento venga a contatto con calore, olio o spigoli taglienti.
• Conservare l‘apparecchio in un luogo asciutto e protetto da liquidi ed umidità.
Pericolo di intossicazione causato dal metallo d‘apporto contenente piombo!
• Metalli d‘apporto contenenti piombo sono tossici per l‘organismo. Durante l‘uso non mangiare, bere o fumare.
Dopo l‘uso, lavare bene le mani.
• Provvedere ad una suciente aerazione o aspirazione dell‘aria.
Pericolo di danni a persone e cose in caso di utilizzo scorretto!
• Assicurarsi che l‘apparecchio venga utilizzato solo da persone con adeguate conoscenze tecniche.
• Utilizzare l‘apparecchio solo con la tensione di rete prevista.
• Non utilizzare l‘apparecchio senza punta del saldatoio o con punta del saldatoio usurata.

• Non toccare la punta del saldatoio quando è rovente.
• Prima di procedere al riscaldamento, accertarsi che la punta del saldatoio sia regolarmente applicata sull‘apparecchio.
• Evitare il contatto della punta del saldatoio rovente con materiali termosensibili e infiammabili. Utilizzare una base di appoggio per il
lavoro con sucienti caratteristiche di resistenza al calore. Prima di procedere al riscaldamento, rimuovere oggetti, liquidi e gas
infiammabili dall‘area di lavoro dell‘apparecchio.
• Prima di ogni pausa dal lavoro, posizionare l‘apparecchio sull‘apposita base.
• Dopo l‘uso, scollegare l‘apparecchio dalla rete elettrica.
• Non lasciare mai incontrollato l‘apparecchio riscaldato.
• Si avverte che la punta del saldatoio impiega qualche minuto prima di raffreddarsi ad una temperatura non pericolosa dopo lo spegni-
mento dell‘apparecchio.
• Non bagnare la punta del saldatoio con acqua per raffreddarla.
Procedere come segue:
1. Collegare il cavo della barra saldante alla rete a 230 V.
2. Attendere circa 11 minuti, finché l‘apparecchio si è riscaldato.
3. Terminata la saldatura, riporre l‘apparecchio sulla base e lasciarlo raffreddare all‘aria.

Manutenzione
Prima di ogni utilizzo, controllare tutti i componenti per escludere la presenza di danni. Eventuali componenti difettosi devono essere fatti
riparare solo da personale specializzato o dal costruttore. Per eventuali riparazioni utilizzare esclusivamente ricambi originali.
Sostituzione della punta del saldatoio
CAUTELA!
Punta del saldatoio rovente! Pericolo di incendi e lesioni!
• Prima di sostituirla, lasciare raffreddare la punta del saldatoio.
Procedere come segue:
1. Allentare con una chiave a esagono incassato la vite di bloccaggio della punta del saldatoio, quindi rimuovere la punta.
2. Spingere la nuova punta fino all‘arresto e serrare di nuovo la vite di bloccaggio.
Smaltimento
I residui del materiale d‘apporto sono rifiuti speciali. Attenersi alle indicazioni fornite dal comune sullo smaltimento dei rifiuti.

Indicaciones de seguridad
Lea detenidamente las siguientes instrucciones antes de utilizar el aparato.
¡PRECAUCIÓN!

• No transporte el aparato ni tire del enchufe por el cable de conexión.
• Mantenga el cable de conexión alejado del calor, aceite y bordes afilados.
• Guarde el aparato en un lugar seco y protéjalo de la humedad y los líquidos.
Peligro de intoxicación por soldaduras que contienen plomo.
• Las soldaduras que contienen plomo y entran en el organismo son tóxicas. No coma, beba o fume mientras utiliza el aparato.
Lávese bien las manos después del uso del aparato.
• Procure que la ventilación o aspiración sea suficiente.
Peligro de daños materiales y personales por un uso indebido.
• Asegúrese de que sólo las personas con los conocimientos técnicos correspondientes utilizan el aparato.
• Únicamente emplee el aparato con la tensión de red indicada.

Uso previsto
El aparato se ha diseñado para fundir y soldar metales. Cualquier otro uso se considera inadecuado. En caso de no realizar un uso conforme
al previsto y en caso de intervenir en el aparato, se extinguen la responsabilidad y la garantía del fabricante.

¡PRECAUCIÓN!
Punta de soldar caliente. Peligro de incendio y lesiones.
• No toque la punta de soldar cuando está caliente.
• Asegúrese de que la punta esté bien colocada en el aparato antes de proceder al calentamiento.
• Evite el contacto de la punta de soldar caliente con materiales inflamables o sensibles al calor. Procure que la superficie de trabajo sea
suficientemente resistente al calor. Retire los gases, líquidos y objetos inflamables de la zona de trabajo antes de calentar el aparato.
• Coloque el aparato en el soporte de apoyo correspondiente cada vez que interrumpa el trabajo.
• Desenchufe el aparato después de cada uso.
• Nunca deje el aparato caliente sin vigilancia.
• Tenga en cuenta que, después de la desconexión del aparato, la punta de soldar necesita cierto tiempo para enfriarse a una tempera-
tura que no suponga ningún peligro.
• No pase por agua la punta de soldar caliente para enfriarla.
Proceda del siguiente modo:
1. Conecte el cable de la varilla de soldar a la red de 230 V.
2. Espere unos 11 minutos hasta que el aparato se caliente.
3. Después de soldar, coloque el aparato en el soporte de apoyo y déjelo enfriar al aire.

Mantenimiento

Cambio de la punta de soldar
¡PRECAUCIÓN!
Punta de soldar caliente. Peligro de incendio y lesiones.
• Deje enfriar la punta de soldar antes de cambiarla.
Proceda del siguiente modo:
1. Suelte el tornillo de fijación de la punta de soldar con una llave Allen y retire la punta.
2. Introduzca la nueva punta hasta el tope y apriete de nuevo el tornillo de fijación.
Eliminación del aparato
Los desechos de soldadura deben eliminarse de forma especial. Consulte las disposiciones locales sobre la eliminación de desechos.

Defect liability starts from the date of purchase.
This guarantee covers non of the following:
1) Damages caused by non-observance of the operation instructions.
2) Damages caused by force majeure as well as by transport.
3) Damaged rubber parts as e.g. power cords etc. are excluded from warranty.
Repairs during the warranty period will only be carried out by the manufacturer!
For this purpose the appliance has to be packaged properly and forwarded postage free at customer’s risk together with the original invoice
and the warranty card to the dealer (see dealer stamp). Please give detailed information on the kind of defect. Costs resulting from unjustified
customer complaints are at the expenses of the customer.

zur Verkaufsstelle zurückgebracht werden (Adresse siehe Händlerstempel). Möglichst genaue Angaben über die Art der Beanstandung sind
erwünscht. Kosten, die durch unberechtigte Mängelrügen entstehen, trägt der Besitzer des Gerätes.
