TheK6501PHILTERrequiresonly+12Vand-12V.Makesureyouuseagoodpowersupplythatisnotoverloaded.Thevoltagesshouldmeasureas
closeto+12Vand-12Vaspossible.
Togetsomethinghappeningrightaway,justpatchanoscillatorsignalintotheSIGINjackandtaketheoutputfromtheLPOUTjack.Varythe
CUTOFFcontrolandcheckoutthesound.

TheSIGINjackistheaudioinputforthemodule.Thisacceptsa+/-5V(10Vpeaktopeak)signal.Notethatwithhighresonancetheoutputsmay

EachaudiooutputjackhasanLEDwhichwilllightwhenstrongsignalsarecomingoutofthejack.
Tuning
TheCUTOFFcontrolaffectstheresonantfrequencyofthefilter.Whenresonating,thecutofffrequencysettingwilldeterminewhichsoundsare
accentuated.Beyondthisfrequencytheothersignalswilleitherbepassedunchanged,orrolledoffdependingonwhichoutputyouuse.
TheFMINjackandFMLEVELcontrolareusedtocontrolthecutofffrequencyfromacontrolvoltage.TheFMINjackrespondsexponentiallyto
controlvoltagesfromapprox.-5Vto+5V.NegativeandpositivevoltageswilladdorsubtractfromthefrontpanelCUTOFFcontrolsetting
accordingly.
