Assembly Instructions
Transport Dolly Assembly
Package Contents
1. Remove frames, connecting pipes and hardware from
packaging.
2. Place frames on level surface with the larger holes facing
upward. Identify the left and right frame by the orienta-
tion of the swivel caster (Figure A).
3. Insert a crossbar into one of the holes on the right frame
and fasten with lock washer and screw with hexagonal
wrench (Figure B).
4. Repeat for all four (4) cross bars (Figure C).
5. Insert the opposite ends of the crossbars into the left
frame and fasten with lock washers and screws with hex-
agonal wrench (Figure D).
6. Verify that all screws are firmly tightened prior to use
(Figure E).
7. Load dolly as shown in Figure F. Transport by applying
force to back top side of chairs (Figure F). Please note:
maximum loading is 30 chairs.

Transport Dolly Operating Instructions
• Do not stack chairs over the limit of 30 chairs.
• Stack chairs according to Figure G.
• Push the back top side of the chairs when moving dolly
(Figure G).
• Place dolly on flat surface with ensured stability when
chairs are loaded onto and off of dolly
• Move the dollies one at a time. Do not try to move more
than one dolly at a time.
• Use caution when moving over a level difference on floor

Cautions
• Dolly is designed for use with POLY™ chair only. Do
not use with any other type of chair.
• Tighten screws immediately if you notice any looseness
or wobbling in the structure
• Do not use if there is any deformation or damage to the
dolly
