VEHICLE ANTENNA SET 1
Antennas connected to a booster create spheres of signal.
When these spheres overlap, interference may occur and cause the booster to
scale down its power or shut down to prevent damage.
• Near center of the roof.
• At least 12 inches away from other antennas.
• At least 12 inches away from any window
(including sun roofs.
OUTSIDE ANTENNA LOCATION
INSIDE ANTENNA LOCATION
• Side of the seat or on the dash.
• At least 18 inches but no more than 36 inches from
where the cellular device will be used.
• DO NOT MOUNT WHERE AIR BAGS WILL DEPLOY.
• Keep booster as far away from antennas as possible.
• The included bracket can be used to fasten booster in a
bracket can also be used to keep booster from sliding around.
• The booster can be oriented in any direction.
SIGNAL BOOSTER LOCATION
The cable is strong enough that it may be routed
under weather stripping and shut in most vehicle
doors without damaging the cable.
TIP
• Car/sedan: cable routed into rear side door.
• Truck: cable routed into side door.

MOUNT INSIDE ANTENNA
attach to the side of the antenna labeled “MOUNTING SIDE.”
2. Mount the antenna.
MAKE CONNECTIONS
1. Connect cable from outside antenna to port labeled “Outside Antenna” on
the booster.
2. Connect cable from inside antenna to port labeled “Inside Antenna” on the
booster.
3. Connect power adapter to booster.
4. Plug power adapter into vehicle power.
The booster will automatically power on when plugged in. If your booster is
working correctly, the light on the power adapter will be red, and the light on the
booster will be green.
For aluminum roofs, use the included
adhesive disk to secure the antenna in place.

SIGNAL BOOSTER LIGHT
SOLID GREEN
This indicates your booster is functioning properly and there are no issues
with installation.
BLINKING RED, THEN SOLID GREEN
This indicates one or more of the booster bands has reduced power due to
a minor feedback loop condition called oscillation. This is a built-in safety
feature to prevent harmful interference with a nearby cell tower. If you are
already experiencing the desired signal boost, then no further adjustments
are necessary. If you are not experiencing the desired boost in coverage,
then refer to the troubleshooting section on the next page.
SOLID RED

LIGHT OFF
antenna set 1 and the cigarette power adapter, make sure it is turned on and
the light is red.
After making all connections, the signal booster will automatically power on and
the signal booster light will be green. If using the power adapter with antenna set
1, the power adapter light will be red.

FIXING BLINKING OR SOLID RED BOOSTER LIGHT ISSUES
This section is only applicable if the signal booster light is red or blinking
red and you are not experiencing the desired signal boost.
1. Unplug the signal booster’s power supply/power adapter.
2. Relocate the inside and outside antennas further away from each other.
The objective is to increase the separation between them so their spheres
of signal will not overlap and cause interference as discussed on page 4.
3. Plug power supply/power adapter back in.
4. Monitor the indicator light on your signal booster. If after a few seconds of
“power on”, a solid blinking red light appears, repeat steps 1 through 3.
Increase the separation distance until the condition is corrected and/or
desired coverage area is achieved.
TIP
Increasing vertical separation between antennas
typically improves isolation better than increasing
horizontal separation.
