Thumper Max Dual Air Compressor
Thank you for purchasing the Adventure Kings Thumper Max Dual Air Compressor
Please read all safety and instruction guidelines thoroughly before use.
NEVER LEAVE THE THUMPER MAX DUAL AIR COMPRESSOR
UNATTENDED WHILE IN OPERATION. OVERINFLATION OF PRODUCTS
CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
WARNING:
• Do not disassemble the Thumper Max Dual Air Compressor. Do not attempt to repair or modify the
compressor in any way. If you do, you will void the warranty. Please refer to the warranty section in the
manual for any claims regarding a malfunction or any problem with the compressor.
• Do not use this compressor with wet hands, or anywhere that could potentially wet the compressor.
• Never allow children to operate the compressor. Close supervision is necessary when children are
around the compressor during operation.
• The compressor will become very HOT during and immediately after use. DO NOT touch any part of the
compressor with bare hands (other than the ON/OFF switch), during or immediately after use.
• Do not pump anything other than atmospheric air.
• Never point any air nozzle or air sprayer toward any part of another person or animal.
Operation:
• Remove the unit from the carry bag and place it on a dry at surface.
• Connect the air supply hose to the unit using the quick connect tting.
• On a 12V battery system connect the RED clamp to the positive post and the BLACK clamp to the
negative post.
• Check that the valve system is clean and free from dirt.
• Connect the air hose by screwing the brass inator on the tyre valve stem. Only nger tighten the
inator. Do not use any tool as you may damage the inator and/or the valve stem.
• Turn the Thumper Max Dual Air Compressor ‘ON’ and let the air ow into the tyre.
• Frequently turn the unit ‘OFF’ to check current pressure. Once desired pressure is reached, leave the
• unit off. Never exceed the manufacturer’s recommended pressure.
• Remove the inator from the valve stem. Remember to place the valve cover on the stem.
• Disconnect the clamps from the battery.
• Allow the Thumper Max Dual Air Compressor to cool before placing inside the carry bag.
• Store the Thumper Max Dual Air Compressor in a dry location.

PRESSURE READINGS TO BE OBTAINED; MEASUREMENTS TAKEN DURING
OPERATION WILL NOT BE ACCURATE
Use extra caution when inating small objects i.e. bicycle tyres, sports balls. Regularly turn off
the compressor to check the pressure gauge and be prepared to stop the unit quickly when the
manufacturer’s recommended pressure is reached. Never exceed manufacturer’s recommended
pressure.

Product Disclaimer:
• The compressor can only operate on a 12v electrical system.
• Use extreme caution when connecting the unit to a power source as batteries can spark and/or vent
explosive gasses.
• Consult a qualied auto electrician for the proper connection procedure if unsure.
• After 5 minutes of continuous operation allow the unit to cool before restarting. Damage can occur from
continued overuse.
• The compressor will become HOT during use. Only use the carry handle to move the unit to avoid burns
or damage to the unit.
• Allow the unit to cool before storing.
• Only inate tyres to the manufacturer’s recommended pressure. Do not over inate tyres as tyre failure
could occur resulting in serious injury or even death.
• The use of leather work gloves and safety glasses is recommended whilst using the Thumper Max Dual
Air Compressor.
• NEVER USE A DIFFERENT GAUGE, HOSE OR AIR FITTING TO THE ONE SUPPLIED.
CHANGING ANY FITTINGS CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY
Thermal Cut-Off:
The Thumper Max Dual Air Compressor is equipped with an automatic thermal cut off switch. In the
event the unit reaches an unsafe operating temperature the automatic switch will activate cutting off all
power to the unit to prevent damage. Immediately disconnect the unit from the power source and allow
to cool for at least 15 minutes. Once the temperature of the compressor returns to a safe operating
level the switch will reset itself.
High Altitude and certain air temperatures can negatively affect the performance of the compressor.
Pressure cut-off switch:
The Thumper Max Dual Air Compressor is tted with an electronic pressure cut-off switch. When the
compressor builds up 125psi of pressure, the compressor will automatically shut off. When the pressure
reduces to 90psi the compressor will automatically restart.

Full 12 month warranty from date of purchase against all manufacturing defects.
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
Under normal usage conditions, this warranty covers:
a. Any defect in design or manufacture which results in the product failing to perform substantially as
described in authorised advertising or literature.
b. We will either repair or replace the product at our discretion providing that the fault is found to have
been caused by a design or manufacturing defect and not misuse or tampering.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are
entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods
fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benets provided
to you as the consumer by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you
under the law.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
a. Any damage resulting from improper use
b. Faulty installation or modication made during installation
c. The cost of removing and reinstalling the product
d. Travel and /or other expenses due to customer’s remote location
e. Transport charges and damage in transit. It is your responsibility to deliver and pick up your product,
including any costs associated with the postage of your repair or replacement product. If you do
freight your product we recommend that you insure against loss or damage.
f. Any loss directly or indirectly associated with the product failing to operate.
g. Damage caused by mould, insects, animals, misuse, incorrect operation, adverse weather,
accidents and fair wear and tear.
