SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

• Die empfohlene Höchstgeschwindigkeit beträgt 16 km/h.
• Der Anhänger darf nicht benutzt werden, um Personen damit zu

• Nutzen Sie den Anhänger nicht auf steinigem, unebenem Gelände und in
gefährlichen Verkehrssituationen.
• Das ziehende Fahrrad muss in einwandfreiem Zustand sein. Die Bremsen
sollten perfekt funktionieren. Mit Anhänger (und Beladung) verlängert
sich Ihr Bremsweg.
• Beladen Sie den Anhänger nur bis zur Oberkante, damit herausfallende
Dinge nicht den Straßenverkehr gefährden.
ZUSAMMENBAU

Stecken Sie den Außenteil der Radachse in den Innenteil der Achse.
Die Räder sind arretiert, wenn Sie spüren, dass sie in die Federung am
Achsrohr einrasten. Die Räder können einfach durch Drücken der Taste am
Federspeichermechanismus auf der Unterseite der Achse entfernt und aus
dem Achsrohr gezogen werden.

Heben Sie den Anhänger an. Entfernen Sie den Sicherheitsstift aus
der hinteren Bohrung. Schwenken Sie die Anhängerkupplung um 180°.
Verriegeln Sie die Anhängerkupplung, indem Sie den Sicherheitsstift wieder
einsetzen.
WARNUNG
Verletzungsgefahr! Der Sicherheitsstift muss vor der
Benutzung des Anhängers arretiert werden. Eine
Anhängerkupplung, die nicht ordnungsgemäß gesichert ist,
kann sich während der Fahrt lösen, was zu schweren
Verletzungen oder zum Tod führen kann.

WennderAnhängerrahmenflachaufliegt,hebenSiedieSeitenwändesoan,
dass sie senkrecht stehen. Positionieren Sie den Überrollbügel so, dass die
Löcher in den Seitenwänden und die Löcher an den Enden des Überrollbügels
ausgerichtet sind (1). Setzen Sie den Knopf von außen an der Seitenwand und
dann in das Gewinde am Ende des Überrollbügels ein. Wiederholen Sie dies
für die andere Seite und ziehen Sie beide Knöpfe fest (2).
BEFESTIGUNG AM RAD
Hinweis: Die Universalkupplung ist nur für Fahrräder mit Vollachse oder/
und mit Schnellspannachse geeignet.
Fahrräder mit Vollachse
Entfernen Sie die linke Achsmutter vom Fahrrad. Beliebige Abstandhalter oder
Unterlegscheiben können grundsätzlich beibehalten werden. Setzen Sie die
Kupplung auf die Achse und setzen Sie die Mutter wieder ein.
WARNUNG
Verletzungsgefahr! Die Achsmutter muss am Achsgewinde mit
mindestens 5 vollen Umdrehungen angezogen werden, damit
eine ausreichende Klemmkraft gewährleistet ist. Ein zu kurzes
Gewinde kann zu einem unbeabsichtigten Lösen des
Hinterrades und damit zu schweren Verletzungen oder zum
Tod führen. Wenden Sie sich im Zweifelsfall an Ihren
Fachhändler.

Vollachse Schnellspannachse
Fahrräder mit Schnellspannachse
Entfernen Sie den Schnellspanner vom Fahrrad und führen Sie ihn zusammen
mit der Schnellspannachse durch die Anhängerkupplung. Drücken Sie den
Schnellspanner wieder durch die Radachse, schrauben Sie die Mutter zu
und klemmen Sie den Schnellspanner mit dem richtigen Druck fest. Um
sicherzustellen, dass die Nabe ausreichend in der Hohlachse eingespannt ist,
muss der Schnellspannhebel beim Bewegen von der geöffneten in die mittlere
Position greifen, beim Annähern an die geschlossene Position muss ein
deutlicher Widerstand spürbar sein. Wenn es zu einfach oder zu schwierig ist,
den Schnellspannhebel zu bewegen, ziehen Sie ihn fest oder ziehen Sie ihn an.
Lösen Sie dafür die Schnellspannmutter auf der anderen Seite der Nabe.
WARNUNG
Verletzungsgefahr! Das Gewinde der Schnellspannmutter
muss an der Schnellspannachse mit mindestens 5 vollen
Umdrehungen angezogen werden, damit eine ausreichende
Klemmkraft gewährleistet ist. Eine zu kurze Schnellspannachse
kann zu einem unbeabsichtigten Lösen des Hinterrades und
damit zu schweren Verletzungen oder zum Tod führen.
Wenden Sie sich im Zweifelsfall an Ihren Fachhändler.
Nach der Befestigung
Stecken Sie den Sicherheitsstift durch die Löcher sowohl in der Kupplung
als auch in den Kupplungsanschlüssen. Drehen und verriegeln Sie den Stift.
Wickeln Sie den Sicherheitsgurt um die Kettenstrebe und befestigen Sie ihn
mit dem Karabinerhaken am D-Ring der Anhängerkupplung.

WARNUNG
Verletzungsgefahr! Anhänger und Anhängerkupplung müssen
ordnungsgemäß montiert sein. Überprüfen Sie den Anhänger
und die Anhängerkupplung regelmäßig auf Beschädigungen

TRANSPORT VON HAUSTIEREN
Beladen und Entladen von Haustieren
• Beladen und Entladen Sie das Haustier nur durch die Hintertür, wenn die
Vordertür geschlossen ist und der Anhänger am Fahrrad befestigt ist.
• WennsichdasHaustierimAnhängerbendet,befestigenSieeinEndeder
Sicherheitsleine (im Lieferumfang enthalten) am Halsband des Haustieres
und das andere Ende am D-Ring im Anhänger. Stellen Sie die Länge
der Leine so ein, dass das Haustier bei geöffneter Leine nicht durch die
Frontscheibe austreten kann.
• Schließen Sie während der Fahrt immer die hintere Tür.
Den Anhänger kennen lernen
Machen Sie Ihren Haustier langsam mit dem Anhänger vertraut, öffnen und
schließen Sie die Türen und lassen Sie Ihren Haustier auf Kommando wieder
aussteigen.
In Bewegung
Gewöhnen Sie Ihr Haustier an die Bewegung des Anhängers, indem Sie das
Gespann langsam schieben. Sitzt das Haustier ruhig, fahren Sie ein kleines
Stück. Wird es unruhig, halten Sie das Gespann an, beruhigen Sie es und
belohnen Sie es, sobald es ruhig ist, mit Leckerlies.
In voller Fahrt
Versichern Sie sich, dass Ihr Haustier ruhig ist und den Anhänger gut annimmt,
verlängern Sie die Fahrtzeiten schrittweise.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• The trailer must not be loaded with more than 45 kg.
• The recommended maximum speed is 16 km/h.
• The trailer must not be used to carry persons.
• Donotmakeanytechnicalmodicationstotheequipment.Thismayresult
in road hazards and void the manufacturer‘s warranty.
• Always wear a helmet.
• Donotusethetraileronstony,uneventerrainorindangeroustrafc
situations.
• The towing bicycle must be in perfect condition. The brakes should work
perfectly. A trailer (and load) will increase your braking distance.
• Only load the trailer up to the top edge so that falling objects do not
endangerroadtrafc.
ASSEMBLY

Insert the outer part of the wheel axle into the inner part of the axle. The
wheels are locked when you sense that they are locking into the suspension
on the axle tube. The wheels can be removed and pulled out of the axle tube
simply by pressing the button on the spring mechanism on the underside of
the axle.

Lift the trailer. Remove the safety pin from the rear hole. Swivel the trailer
coupling 180°. Lock the trailer coupling by reinserting the safety pin.
WARNING
Risk of injury! The safety pin must be locked before using the
trailer. A trailer coupling that is not properly secured can
become loose while driving, which can lead to serious injury or
death.

Ifthetrailerframeislyingflat,liftthesidewallssothattheyarevertical.
Position the roll bar so that the holes in the side walls and the holes in the ends
of the roll bar are aligned (1). Insert the button from the outside on the side
wall and then into the thread at the end of the roll bar. Repeat for the other
side and tighten both buttons (2).
ATTACHMENT TO BICYCLE
Note: The universal coupling is only suitable for bicycles with full axle and/
or with quick-release axle.
Bicycles with full axle
Remove the left axle nut from the bicycle. Any spacers or washers can be
retained. Place the clutch on the axle and reinsert the nut.
WARNING
Risk of injury! The axle nut must be tightened at least 5 full
turnsontheaxlethreadtoensuresufcientclampingforce.
Too short a thread can lead to unintentional loosening of the
rear wheel and thus to serious injuries or death. If in doubt,
contact your dealer.

Full axle Quick-release axle
Bicycles with quick-release axle
Remove the quick release from the bicycle and guide it through the trailer
coupling together with the quick release axle. Push the quick-release through
the wheel axle again, tighten the nut and clamp the quick-release with the
correctpressure.Toensurethatthehubissufcientlyclampedinthehollow
axle, the quick-release lever must engage in the middle position when moving
from the open position, and there must be clear resistance when approaching
theclosedposition.Ifitistooeasyortoodifculttomovethequick-release
lever, tighten or tighten it. Loosen the quick-release nut on the other side of
the hub.
WARNING
Risk of injury! The thread of the quick-release nut must be
tightened at least 5 full turns on the quick-release axle to
ensuresufcientclampingforce.Ifthequick-releaseaxleistoo
short, this can lead to unintentional loosening of the rear wheel
and thus to serious injuries or death. If in doubt, contact your
dealer.
After mounting
Insert the safety pin through the holes both in the coupling and in the coupling
connections. Turn and lock the pin. Wrap the seat belt around the chain stay
and attach it to the D-ring of the trailer coupling using the snap hook.

TRANSPORT OF PETS
Loading and unloading pets
• Only load and unload the pet through the rear door when the front door is
closed and the trailer is attached to the bicycle.
• If the pet is in the trailer, attach one end of the safety leash (supplied) to
the pet‘s collar and the other end to the D-ring in the trailer. Adjust the
length of the leash so that the pet cannot exit through the windscreen
when the leash is open.
• Always close the rear door while driving.
Getting to know the trailer
Slowly familiarise your pet with the trailer, open and close the doors and let
your pet get out on command.
Moving
Familiarise your pet with the movement of the trailer by slowly pushing the
team. If the pet is sitting still, drive a little. If it gets restless, stop the team,
calm it down and reward it with treats as soon as it is quiet.
At full speed
Make sure that your pet is calm and accepts the trailer well, extend the journey
time gradually.

INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD

MONTAJE

Inserte la parte exterior del eje de la rueda en la parte interior del eje. Las
ruedas están bloqueadas si nota que encajan en la suspensión del tubo del
eje. Puede desmontar las ruedas y extraerlas del tubo del eje si presiona el
botón del mecanismo de resorte en la parte inferior del eje.

MONTAJE EN LA BICICLETA
Atención: El acoplamiento universal sólo es adecuado para bicicletas con
eje completo o con eje de liberación rápida.
Bicicletas con eje completo
Retire la tuerca del eje izquierdo de la bicicleta. Puede conservar cualquier
separador o arandela. Coloque el acoplamiento en el eje y vuelva a insertar la
tuerca.
ADVERTENCIA
¡Riesgo de lesiones! Se debe dar al menos 5 vueltas completas
a la tuerca del eje en la rosca del eje para garantizar una fuerza
deaprietesuciente.Unaroscademasiadocortapuede

Eje completo Eje de liberación rápida
Bicicletas con eje de liberación rápida
Retirelapalancadeliberaciónrápidadelabicicletayguíelaatravésdel
acoplamiento del remolque junto con el eje de liberación rápida. Empuje la
palancadeliberaciónrápidaatravésdelejedelarueda,aprietelatuercay
apriete la palanca de liberación rápida ejerciendo la presión correcta. Para que
el buje quede bien sujeto en el eje hueco, la palanca de liberación rápida debe
encajar en la posición central cuando se desplaza desde la posición abierta, y
debe haber una resistencia clara cuando se aproxima a la posición cerrada. Si
es demasiado fácil o demasiado difícil mover la palanca de liberación rápida,
apriételamásoafl ójelaunpoquito.Aflojelatuercadeliberaciónrápidadel
otro lado del buje.
ADVERTENCIA
¡Riesgo de lesiones! Se debe dar al menos 5 vueltas completas
a la rosca de la tuerca de liberación rápida en el eje de

TRANSPORTAR MASCOTAS
Subir y bajar a mascotas
• Hagasubirybajarlamascotaatravésdelapuertatraseracuandola
puertadelanteraestécerradayelremolqueestésujetoalabicicleta.
• Si la mascota está en el remolque, ate un extremo de la correa de
seguridad (suministrada en el envío) al collar de la mascota y el otro
extremo al anillo D en el remolque. Ajuste la longitud de la correa para que
la mascota no pueda salir del remolque.
• Cierre siempre la puerta trasera mientras va en bicicleta.
Familiarizar la mascota con el remolque
Familiarice lentamente a su mascota con el remolque, abra y cierre las puertas
y deje que su mascota salga cuando se lo ordene.
El movimiento
Familiarice a su mascota con el movimiento del remolque empujando
lentamente el equipo. Si la mascota está sentada quieta, conduzca un poco. Si
seponeinquieta,detengaelequipo,cálmelayrecompénselacongolosinastan
prontocomoestétranquila.
En el camino
Asegúresedequesumascotaestétranquilayaceptebienelremolqueantes
de prolongar gradualmente el tiempo de viaje en el remolque.
