Tweeter Removal for RP-450C, RP-440C, and RP-250C
Tools needed:
3mm hex (Allen) key
Small Flat Blade Screwdriver
First, gently pry back the silicone tweeter horn lens with your finger-tips as illustrated on the next
page.

Once the silicone horn is removed the speaker should look as shown below.
Next, begin removing the screws from the perimeter of the tweeter.
There will be six (6) total screws to remove, each using a 3mm hex key head

Once all the screws have been removed, the tweeter and tweeter horn should come free as shown
below.

Once the tweeter is removed from the cabinet, slide back the silicone covers on the terminals, and
use a small flat blade screw driver to release the wire clips holding to the positive and negative
terminals of the tweeter.

Once the tweeter is removed, the tweeter will come completely free as shown below.

With the tweeter removed, flip the tweeter over with the magnet facing up.
Next, begin removing the screws from the corners of the horn lens.
There will be six (4) total screws to remove, each using a #2 Philips head

Once the screws have been removed, the tweeter will look as such.
Next, replace the tweeter back into position on the horn lens, and reattach the screws.
Plug the wires on to the new tweeter, and slide the silicone covers back over the terminals.
Place the tweeter back into position inside the cabinet and replace the six (6) screws.
Replace the horn lens by setting into position and gently pressing the trim ring around the
edge, verifying the clips on the back are locking into place. Once this is done, the trim ring
should sit flush with the front of the speaker

Woofer Removal for RP-450F, RP-440F and RP-250C
Tools needed:
3mm hex (Allen) key

First, with your fingertips, gently pry the trim ring from the cabinet.
