These instructions and the process of assembly is applicable to all Box Blox boxes:
- Box 1, Box 2, Box 3, Box 4, Box 5 and Box 6

Step 1 Step 2
The Stringers do not
plug into the base.
Be sure to align
them on the inside
of both sides and all
the way to the back
You can either insert
the two side pieces
rst and then insert
the back piece on an
angle and connect
it to the sides, or
assemble as shown
and then slip the
assembly into the ba
se
I nd it easier to
start at the bottom
and work my way to
the top.
Note - you do not
need to install the
kick-plates, not
installing them
allows you to t
much larger bases on
the stair treads, but
leaves an “unsightly”
gap in your stairs
Again, I nd it easier
to put the bottom
stair in place rst
and work my way
up. I like to use super
glue at this point as
you can easily knock
the lower step with
your ngers as you’re
placing the next stair

Note - the side wall has been
removed in the instructions
for clarity, but it should be
installed rst as per Step 1
Be sure to apply glue between
the stringers (being placed
now) and the walls to ensure
a strong bond
Install the stair treads on
both sides rst, before placing
the nal larger plate on top
Step 4
Note - the assembly process is the same for:
Short Bridge, Long Bridge, Long Walkway and Escalator
