Speaker (“Hyperion”) does not appear under your phone or device’s list of
available pairing options.
• It may be already connected to another device. If so, unpair from the other
device and try again. Otherwise, turn off the speaker for 5 seconds and
restart it. Restarting your phone or device may also help.
The Bluetooth signal is choppy or weak.
• Your phone or device may be out of range. The effective communication
distance of the Hyperion speaker is 30 feet (without obstacles blocking the
signal).
• Another possibility is that too many apps running simultaneously are
causing a slowdown or that a slow internet speed while streaming music is
causing the problem.
Unable to connect to Bluetooth via NFC.
• Make sure that your Bluetooth device has NFC functionality, NFC is turned
on, and the screen of your device is unlocked.
Unable to connect to Bluetooth manually.
• Double-check that the speaker is in Bluetooth mode and that you have
pressed the Bluetooth button to enter pairing status.
• If pairing has failed several times, turn off the speaker and wait 3 minutes
before restarting it, or restart your mobile device and try again.
