PRECAUCIÓN：
Cuando la matriz no está instalada en la herramienta, por favor, no haga funcionar
ésta para no dañarla.
Por favor comprueba si está usado o no. Evitar resorte interno que no pueda
regresar.
Esta herramienta no está aislada. Por favor, apague la alimentación durante el
trabajo y para proteger de un posible desgaste al equipo.
Por favor, tenga en cuenta el alambre sobre si puede ser prensado en su rango de
prensado antes de realizarlo.
Mientras presiona, limpia e inspecciona, por favor, no acercarse a la zona de
presión para evitar cualquier daño.
No apunte a la gente durante su funcionamiento.

INSTRUCCIONES
A. Inserte la boquilla adecuada como los cuadros de abajo.
●Atención:
Inserta la matriz adecuada (Por favor, consulta P.1)

B.Inserte la matriz in el lugar adecuado. Luego presione. Mientras tanto, el
troquel saldrá/volverá para el prensado. Por favor, véase la Figura 6 y 7.
●Atención:
● Mientras presiona, por favor, liberar el aceite de manera que escuche el sonido
“Bo”.

Mantenimiento y eliminar el desglose:
(1) Mantenimiento Q & A：
1. Q：Cambio de aceite o añadir aceite.
A：Por favor, intercambiar aceite para mantener la calidad. Esto puede
prolonger sue dad de uso y buen funcionamiento. Esta herramienta solo
acepta aceite hidraúlico Shell Tellus T-15. Por favor, no mezclar el otro
ingrediente de aceite para evitar cualquier avería.
※Aceite hidráulico：SHELL TELLUS T-15 or SEA#20
2. Q：La herramienta no se utiliza durante un largo periodo.
A：Antes de almacenarla, usted tiene que:
a. Coloque la herramienta en un lugar seco y sombreado.
b. Limpie la herramienta y manche un poco de aceite anti oxidado antes de
almacenarla.
(2 ) Eliminar desglose Q & A：
1. Q：Cómo añadir aceite en el interior de la herramienta cuando el aceite no
es suficiente?
2. A：Cuál fue la causa de la escasez de aceite en el interior?
<1> Hace que el aceite se evapore mediante el uso durante un largo
periodo de tiempo.
<2> Se provocan fugas de aceite por usos indebidos o en movimiento.
Condición <2>: Por favor, devuelva la herramienta al proveedor.

Condición <1>: Por favor, siga los siguiente pasos (Figura 8, Figura 9,
Figura 10, y Figura 11) para añadir el aceite.

Finalmente añade aceite, por favor, vuelva a montar las piezas en orden.
2. Q：La matriz no puede ser colocada mientras se presiona.
A：Las causas son:
<1> La escasez de aceite: por favor, añade aceite en el depósito hasta
que esté completo.
<2> El aire dentro: Por favor añadir aceite en el depósito hasta que esté
completo.
<3> Las impurezas en el interior del depósito: Cambiar por un nuevo
aceite hidráulico.
<4> Las impurezas dentro de la herramienta: Desmontar las partes del
interior y limpiarlas.A continuación, volver a unirlas.

CAUTION：
When die is not installed in the tool, please do not operate the tool to avoid
damaging the tool.
Please check the ram whether in place or not after using. Avoiding inner spring tired
and cannot return.
This tool is non-insulated. Please turn off the power while working and wear protect
equipment.
Please note the wire whether can be pressed in its crimping range before pressing.
While pressing, cleaning, and inspecting, please do not approach the pressing area
to avoid any damage.
Do not aim people while operating.

B.Inset the die in place, then start pressing. Meanwhile, the die will go forth/ go
back for pressing. Please see Figure 6 & Figure 7.
●Attention:
● While pressing, please release the oil as hear sound “Bo”.

Maintenance & Eliminate breakdown：
(1) Maintenance Q & A：
1. Q：Exchange Oil or add Oil.
A：Please exchange oil to keep the oil quality that can be prolong its usage
age and working well. This tool accepts SHELL TELLUS T-15 hydraulic oil
only. Please do not mix other ingredient oil to avoid any breakdown.
※Hydraulic Oil：SHELL TELLUS T-15 or SEA#20
2. Q：The tool will not be used for a long period.
A：Before store it, you have to:
a. Place the tool in a dry and shady place.
b. Clear the tool and smear a little anti-rusty oil before store it.
(2 ) Eliminate breakdown Q & A：
1. Q：How to add oil in the inside of tool when the oil is not full enough?
A：What was the cause of shortage of oil inside?
<1> It causes the oil evaporated by using for a long period.
<2> It causes leak oil by improper uses or moving.
Condition <2>: Please return the tool to supplier.
Condition <1>: Please follow below steps (Figure 8, Figure 9, Figure 10,and
Figure 11) for adding oil.

Finish adding oil, please reassemble the parts in sequence.
2. Q：The die cannot be positioned while pressing.
A：The causes are:
<1> Shortage of Oil Please add oil in the reservoir up to full.
<2> Air inside Please add oil in the reservoir up to full.
<3> Impurities inside the reservoir Exchange new Hydraulic oil.
<4> Impurities inside the tool Take apart the inner parts and clean
them. Then reassemble them.
