• Installthemotionsensorbetween6.2ft/1.9mand9.8ft/3mabovethe
ground.Motionsensorislesssensitiveabove9.8ft/3m.
• Mountsensorawayfromheatproducingsourcestopreventfalsetriggering.
Be very careful not to include objects such as windows, white walls and
waterinthedetectionzone.

LineuptheholesontheMountingBracketwiththeholesonyouroutletbox.
UsingthetwoMountingScrewsorttheoutletbox.Ensurethe‘FRONT’
markingisatthefrontafterinstallation.
WARNING:Riskofelectricshock.Disconnectpoweratfuseorcircuitbreaker
beforeinstallingorservicing.
CAUTION:Donotcutanywireswithfactoryinstalledwireconnectorsorremove
thewireconnectors.
• TaketheoutletboxwiresthroughtheholeintheMountingPlate.
• PlacetheMountingPlateagainsttheoutletbox.
• Whenmountingtoawall,the“UP”arrowmustpointupward.
• Whenmountingtoaneave,the“UP”arrowmustpointtowardthebuilding.
• Insert the Mounting Bolt through the mounting plate hole in the middle, and
MountingBrackethole.TightentheMountingBoltsecurely.
• Firmly pull on the Mounting Plate to verify it is securely attached to the
MountingBracket.

2.Thesensorwillbemoresensitivetomotionacrossitsdetectionpaththan
motioncomingdirectlytowardsit.
3.Forbestperformance,gentlycleanthelenswithasoftclotheverytwomonths
toassuremaximumsensitivity.

• Inserttheoutletboxwiresintothesideof
theterminalblock.
• Insertthewhitewirefromtheoutletbox
intotheterminalmarked“N(White)”.
• Inserttheblackwirefromtheoutletbox
intotheterminalmarked“L(Black)”.
• Insert the green ground wire from the
outletboxintotheterminalmarked“GND”.
• AlignthebottomedgeoftheSecurityFloodlightwiththebottomedgeofthe
MountingPlate.TilttheSecurityFloodlighttowardtheMountingPlate,
makingsuretheSecurityFloodlightiscenteredontheMountingPlate.
• Tighten the Large Mounting Bolt securely through the center of the
MountingPlate.Donotovertighten.
• PushtheDecorativeKnobrmlyintothemountingboltholeonthelight
SecurityFloodlight.
• Applycaulkingaroundthecanopyand
mounting surface with silicone sealant
(notincluded).
Note:Ifyouinstallthislightxtureon
the covered wall or eave without a outlet
box,youmustusetheappropriate
screws (not included) to install this
lightxtureonthecoveredwallor
eave directly depending on the surface
(replacesor).

Thehigherthe“SENS”setting

Time Setting
ThissettingisusedtocontrolthetimespanofhowthelongSecurityFloodlight
remainsonwhenmotionisdetected.
• Setthe“TIME”switchtothe1,3or7minuteposition.
• TheSecurityFloodlightwillstayonaslongasmotionisdetectedandwillgooff
afterthetimespanyousetwhennomotionisdetected.
Brightness Setting
Thissettingissetthebrightnessoflight.
• Whenslidingthe“Bright”switchtowardtheposition,thelightwillgetahigh
lumenoutput.

CARE AND CLEANING:
• To prolong the original appearance, clean with clear water and a soft, damp
clothonly.
• Donotusepaints,solvents,orotherchemicalsonthislightxture.Theycould
causeaprematuredeteriorationofthenish.Thisisnotadefectinthenish
andwillnotbecoveredbythewarranty.
• Donotspraywithahoseorpowerwasher.
• Whenpowerison,thePIRsensorentersa“warm-up”periodforabout40
seconds,thenautomaticallyswitchesintoAUTOMODE.
• DuringAUTOMODE,byswitchingthemainswitchOFFforabout1secondthen
ON,thePIRsensorwillautomaticallychangeintoMANUALMODEfromAUTO
MODE.InMANUALMODE,thelightswillremainON,andwillNOTbecontrolled
bytimedurationorambientlight(LUX)levels.TheMANUALMODEwill
changetoAUTOMODEin6hoursautomatically.
• DuringMANUALMODE,byswitchingthemainswitchOFFover30secondsthen
backONagain,thePIRsensorwillresettothe“warm-up”period.
To enable the manual override function, rotate the motion sensor so the controls
facetowardstheground.
TheBlueLEDLightwillashtoshowthatthePIRsensorisfunctioningproperly.
