Install the SIM Card and Battery
NOTE: SIM card is not included. Purchase from any carrier, including “Pay As You Go” SIM card. Please consult
with the dealer about the service and usage of the SIM card.
Please turn o the unit and disconnect the unit with the charger and other accessories before moving away the
battery cover.
1. Turn o the unit, move away the battery cover and take out the battery. en insert the SIM card as shown in
the illustration.
Please refer to the pictures about the structure of the SIM card holder and follow the below steps to insert the SIM
card: Slide down the SIM card cover to separate from the port. Li the SIM card cover and insert the SIM card.
2. Please insert the battery as shown in the illustrations. Please make sure the unit is turned o before moving
away the battery cover and disconnecting with the charger and other accessories. Make sure the battery cover
is well installed during use the phone.

Turning the Unit ON/OFF
1. Hold the multifunctional key about 3 seconds to turn on the unit.

➢Reject the calling/end a call.
➢Enter the main menu from idle screen.
Hotkey 1-4 ➢In any layout, hold each key to call the corresponding family numbers in [Contacts].
➢Scroll menu and text.
Emergency calling
key
➢In any conditions, hold this key to call the SOS number and the family number in
[Contacts] in turn, until one of the callings is answered, and it will send an SOS
message to binded guardian phones.
Quick Start
1. Please insert the SIM card and the battery to the child phone, and then hold the multifunctional key about 3
seconds to turn on the unit.
2. Use any mobile phone to edit and send the command message- “Bind guardian numbers” to the child phone.It
is very important to set the guardian numbers, since only the binded the numbers can send command message
to the child phone.
e format of “Bind guardian numbers” command message:
Bind one guardian number: bind#numberA
Bind two guardian numbers: bind# numberA#numberB
3. If the message is successfully sent, the child phone pops up a window and require the guardian to enter the
privacy code to conrm the setting of binding numbers. e default privacy code is to press “Up, Up, Up,
down, down, down” hotkey.
NOTE: If you want to reset the binded number, please resetting the binded number at rst.Select [Settings] –
[Phone setting] – [Parent setting], then input the privacy pwd and select [reset binding] to clear the setting.
en you can send the command message to binded again.
Aer binding the number, guardians can edit and send other command messages to the child phone by using
the binded number.

e guardian’s phone can send commands to change the child phone’s settings.

Startup monitor monitor#
The child phone will automatically
dial the guardian phone which sends
the command without changing the
interface. When the guardian answers
the phone, they can hear the sound
from the child phone while the child
phone can’t hear from the guardian
phone.
Remote position
with GPS inquiry

The guardians can send this
message to check the current
position of the child.
The guardian phone can receive
the SMS about thelocation of the
child phone. The specific content of
the message please refers to the
instructions [How to Search The child
position].
Set fence
gpsposition#fence name
Set the child phone’s current
position as the center of the
circular fence with the radius
of 1 km, fenced off by default.
5 fence at most.
When fence is activated, once
the children get into/out of the
fence, alarm information will
be sent to the guardian phone.
• Set a fence named
“School”:

with “School”, stores
the current location
of the child phone as
the center and has a
radius of 1km.
Guardians can check the detail of the
fence in [Settings]-[Parent Setting]-
[StoredLocations].

The privacy code is reset to “up, up,

NOTE:
1. When the guardian sends the command message of Bind guardian numbers, they should enter the privacy code
to conrm on the child phone. e default privacy code is to press “Up, Up, Up, down, down, down” hotkey.
2. When no guardian number is binded, only the command message”Bind guardian numbers”can be executed by
the child phone.
3. When there is guardian number binded, only the binded number can send the command message to the child
phone.
4. e child phone will pop up the window implying succeed or fail to set aer receiving the command message.
5. Please check the phone number in your command, child phone will only show fail window if the number
contains non-number characters.
6. Guardians can check the binded number in the [Settings]-[Binding Status].
7. Guardian can check the detail of Hidding in class in the [Settings]-[Hiding Status].
8. Guardian can set the password in the [Settings]-[Parent Setting]-[Password Setting].e built-in password is
the“Up, Up, Up, down, down, down”hotkey.
9. When fence is set on the child, guardian should activate the fence by entering [Settings]-[Parent Setting]-
[StoredLocations], and then selecting[Opt.]-[Activate]-[Activate].
Contacts
Add/modify SOS number
Edit and send message “ph#sos#name#number” with the guardian phone to the child phone.
If the message is successfully sent, you can see the number in the [Contacts].
Add/modify left-hotkey number
Edit and send message “ph#left#name#number” with the guardian phone to the child phone.
If the message is successfully sent, you can see the number in the [Contacts].
Add/modify right-hotkey number
Edit and send message “ph#right#name#number” with the guardian phone to the child phone.
If the message is successfully sent, you can see the number in the [Contacts].
Add/modify up-hotkey number
Edit and send message “ph#up#name#number” with the guardian phone to the child phone.
If the message is successfully sent, you can see the number in the [Contacts].

Add/modify down-hotkey number
Edit and send message “ph#down#name#number” with the guardian phone to the child phone.
If the message is successfully sent, you can see the number in the [Contacts].
Add friend number
Edit and send message “ph#add#name#number” with the guardian phone to the child phone.
If the message is successfully sent, you can see the number in the [Contacts].
NOTE:
1. e guardian number must be binded before send add/modify message.
2. e contacts can store 22 numbers at most, including 17 friend numbers.
3. When [Contacts] list is not empty, the phone will automatically reject the incoming call and the SMS that the
number is not stored in [Contacts] list.
4. e SOS number and the family numbers in [Contacts] are important, they could be dialed by pressing the
corresponding keys directly. And the SOS call also call the family numbers, please be cautions to add.
5. Call number
Enter[Contacts], select the number by pressing “Up/down Hotkey”
Select [Dail] – [Dial directly] to send a normal call, [IP dial] to send an IP call.
Delete number
Enter[Contacts], select the number by pressing “Up/down Hotkey”
Select [Delete], and then enter the password to delete the information.
Calls History
is function shows you the last 20 phone numbers for each missed call, answered call and dialed call.
Missed calls
List the last 20 missed calls once select the “missed calls” menu
Dialled calls
List the last 20 dialled calls once select the “dialled calls” menu
Received calls
List the last 20 received calls once select the “received calls” menu
Delete all logs
You can delete the calls history aer select the “delete all logs” menu,before delete all logs, A pop-up
conrmation box will display to verify you are aware that all logs is going to be deleted.
Call timers
List each talk time once select the ‘call times’ menu

Inbox
Read the new message
A message alert tone will display when new message received, you can reply with a phrase or delete the new mes-
sage as well as are shown in the menu [inbox] described below.
Select [reply] to reply the message.
Select [Options] – [Delete] to delete the message
Read received message
Select the menu [Inbox] to enter, you can see all received messages, press “Up/down Hotkey” to select one, and
then press “Multifunctional Key” to read the detail information.
Delete received message
Select the menu [Inbox] to enter, and mark the message(s) you want to delete.
Select [Options] – [Delete] to delete 1 message
Select [Options] – [Mark All], then select [Options] – [Delete] to delete all messages.
Reply message
Select the menu [Inbox] to enter, choose the message view.Press “Multifunctional Key” to reply.
NOTE:
1. ere are 5 build in phrases in the unit..
2. You can delete these phrases or add new items according to your requirement.
3. To add a new phrase, you must send a command message with your guardian’s phone.
e message format is: phrase#content
Example: Send a message “phrase#I will go to my classmate’s hone aer class today”
with guardian’s phone, this content will be added in phrase list.
4. e max of phrase that can be saved is 20.
Setting
Phone Settings
Time and date
Select [Setting] – [Phone settings] – [Time and date] to set “time/date”
Adjust the time by pressing “Up/down Hotkey”, press the “Multifunctional Key” to conrm the time.
Select language
Select [Setting] – [Phone settings] – [Select language] to set “language”
Two languages is built in the child phone — Chinese and English.
English is the default language.
Alarm
Select [Setting] – [Phone settings] – [Alarm] to set “Alarm”
e child phone can be set 3 alarms at most.e alarm can repeats “Once” or “Daily”.

Parent setting
Some functions can be reset in this menu.
Select [Setting] – [Phone settings] – [Parent setting] to set “Alarm”, then input the privacy pwd
to enter the menu:
• [Stored Locations]: view, activate, cancel or delete the fence.
• View a fence: select [view] to check the detail of fence.
• Activate a fence: select [Opt.]-[Activate]-[Activate] to activate a fence.
• Cancel a fence: select [Opt.]-[Activate]-[Cancel] to cancel a fence.
• Delete a fence: select[Opt.]-[Delete] to delete a fence.
• [Reset Hiding]: clear the setting of hiding in class.
• [Reset Binding]: clear the binded numbers.
• [Reset Phonebook]: clear all numbers in the phone book.
• [Reset phrase]: restore to the built-in phrase.
• [Restore settings]: restore settings.
• [Password settings]: modify the privacy pwd of the child phone. e built-in password is the“Up, Up, Up,
down, down, down”hotkey.
1. No binded numbers: Select [Password settings], a window pops up to imply there is no binded number.
2. Have numbers binded: Select [Password settings], enter the old passoword, and enter the new passoword
twice by press the Up hotkey/Down hotkey/ Emergency calling key to set the privacy pwd.
NOTE: e password can only be the combination of the Up hotkey/Down hotkey/ Emergency calling key, and
length up to 8. e password can not be empty.
Display Settings
Wallpaper settings
Select [Setting] – [Display settings] – [Wallpaper settings] to set wall paper.
ere is four kinds of paper to select.
Contrast
Select [Setting] – [Display settings] – [Contrast] to set contrast.
Adjust the contrast by pressing “Up/down Hotkey”, press the “Multifunctional Key” to conrm the time.
Backlight
Select [Setting] – [Display settings] – [Backlight] to set backlight time.
ere is 5sec/10sec/15sec/20sec/30sec/60sec to select..
Keypadlight
Select [Setting] – [Display settings] – [Keypadlight] to set keypadlight time.
ere is o/night mode/5sec/10sec/20sec to select.

Proles
e phone can be set to dierent mode for incoming calls and messages. You can also select the style and volume
of the ring.
Select [Setting] – [Proles], to enter the menu:
Standard Mode
You can set the Ring tone, Alert style and Ring Volume for incoming call, alarm,Power on/o, keypad and SMS
separately.
Silent Mode
When ON is selected, incoming calls alert, message alerts, key tone and power on/o are mute.
Viberate Mode
When ON is selected, incoming calls alert, message alerts and power on/o are vibration.
Low Ring
When ON is selected, incoming calls alert, message alerts, key tone and power on/o are ring as the sound is
small.
High Ring and Viberate
When ON is selected, incoming calls alert, message alerts, key tone and power on/o are ring highly and vibration.
Frequent SMS Words
Select [Setting] – [Frequent sms words] to view the frequent sms words.
Binding Status
Select [Setting] – [Binding Status] to view the binded information
Hiding Status
Select [Setting] – [Hiding Status] to view the information of hiding in class
Baby Safety
Set Guarder
Parent from here to set Guarder 1 and Guarder 2
Parents Monitor
Guardians can send a command “monitor#” to know child’s activity from child’s voice, if the child does not an-
swer the phone.
Start Monitoring
Use the guardians’ phone to edit a message “monitor#”, If the message is successfully sent, the child’s phone will
give a call back to guardian, at this moment guardian needs to answer the call to start monitoring.
End monitoring
Hang up the call to nish the monitoring.
Monitoring can not be interrupted if the child presses any key.
NOTE: e monitoring function doesn’t display in the function menu.
NOTE: e child phone dosen’t change display during monitoring

Remote Power O
Use the guardian’s phone to send a message to “powero#”. If your message is successfully sent, the child’s phone
would power o immediately.
Class Hide
You can set up to 2 forbidden time periods per day to manage the phone. When a time period is reached, there
are no incoming messages or calls received. When the forbidden time period expires, the child’s phone will re-
ceive missed calls and new messages.
Forbid On
Use the guardian’s phone to send a message to “forbid#on”. If your message is successfully sent, the child’s phone’s
class stealth condition would be set to be activated.
Forbid Off
Use the guardian’s phone to send a message to “forbid#off”. If your message is successfully sent, the child’s phone’s
class stealth condition would be set to be inactivated.
Set Time Slot
Use the guardians’ phone to edit a message “forbid#cfg#XXXX#XXXX##XXXX#XXXX”, If the message is successfully
sent, the child’s phone will reject any calls and messages.
• Class day is from Monday to Friday, You can set the time for class day.
• In the class list, there are 2 time periods for each day.
Contact
Select number to call
Press “Up/down key” to select the number or symbol,
Select [Options]-[Dail]-[Dail directly]/[IP dial] to make a call
Answer a call / reject a call
To answer a call, press any “le Hotkey”.
To reject a call, press “Multifunctional key”.
Press “Multifunctional key” to hang up during answer a call,
Press “right Hotkey” to switch the hand free function ON or OFF during answer a call,
Low power Alarm
If the mobile phone capacity of less than 20%, it will send a alarm sms to the bind number.
SOS Alarm
If press the “SOS key”,the mobile phone will send sms the the guardian’s phone to inform the geographic location
and then call the SOS number.

Card Replacement Alarm
If the child phone has been inserted another SIM, it will send a warning message to the guardian phone.
How to Search e Child Position
Guardian send a command message “gpsposition#” to the child’s phone. Aer a while, you can receive a message
about the child position.
e child phone has two positioning methods: precise positioning (GPS positon), fuzzy positioning (Base station
positioning). e child phone will take precise positioning rst, if the singal is good, it will positon successfully;
if the sinal is weak (e.g.indoor), it will autoumatically switch to the fuzzy positioning.
• If the precise positioning succeeds, the reply message is like:
Target in: E:113.568417 N 22.374907:Near by 286 Province Rd
XiangZhou Zhuhai Guangdong China.
• If the precise positioning succeeds, the reply message is like:
Target in: Near by Liushi Rd, Zhuhai Guangdong China.
• Both positioning fail, the reply message is like:
Sorry, GPS signal is too weak to locate. Please try later!
NOTE:
1. e accuracy of base station positioning is about 300m.If in the suburb or rural area, the error will be larger.
2. e accuracy of the precise positioning is about 50m.
3. ere will be a certain distance deviation of the precise positioning and the base station positoning, so the
postioning message returned is for reference only.
Fence
Guardian send a command message “gpsposition#fence’s name” to set a fence.e fence is set with a center of the
child phone’s current location and a radius of 1km.
Example: gpspositon # school, will set up a fence with name of “school” .e fence is activated by default.
To turn on the fence: Select [Options] - [activated] - [activated], then when the children’s phone get out of/get
into the fence, there will be alarm information sent to the guardian phone.
To turn o the fence: select [Options] - [activated] - [Close], can cancel the fence.
To delete the fence: Select [Options] - [delete],can delete fence.
NOTE:e children’s machine can be set up to ve fences.

Solution for Problems
Problem Solution
Can not turn on the phone ➢Check the battery and make sure it is installed properly.
➢If low battery, please charge it in time or replace a new one.
Can not receive message and call ➢Cellular network signal intensity may be too weak.
➢Please check if the phone is in forbidden time.
Why the phone can call me
while the number doesn’t exist
in [Contacts]?
➢Please check if there is at least one phone number in the contact list
Can not hear your voice ➢Maybe out of the cellular network signal area
Can not receive the command
message properly
➢Please check if the guardian phone is set to be the guardian.
➢Please check the format if the command is right or not.
➢Please check the network situation.
Can’t work normally (no responds
for any key inputted)
➢Please check if the keyboard is locked or not, if yes, please press dialing
key and hang up key to unlock.
➢Remove the battery, and insert the battery again several minutes later,
turn on the unit, to see if it is normal.

“Unknown area” when inquiry

➢Please check if the current position data have been collected or not.
➢If the position data is not accuracy enough, please collect more
position data of this area.
