3. Warranty Policy
In the normal use of the products you purchased, free warranty service will be provided from the date of
purchase whenever the quality problems caused by raw materials or production process are concerned.
However, due to the user's failure to install, disassemble or improperly use the product according to the
requirements of this product manual, the company provides maintenance services, but charges appropriate
maintenance fees. The warranty period is as follows:

Note: Accessories are not covered by warranty.
Warranty Terms:
1. From the date of purchase, in the case of normal use (determined by the company's authorized
technicians), the failed product will be repaired free of charge during the warranty period.
2. Products that have been repaired or modified by a maintenance personnel other than our company
during the warranty period, or that have been improperly installed, incorrectly input voltage,
improperly used, accidental events or natural disasters, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
3. Before accepting the warranty service, the customer is required to prove the date of purchase of the
product by presenting the warranty card or purchasing the invoice. Otherwise, the warranty cannot
be guaranteed.
4. For all warranty or repair products, the customer bears the risk of shipping and shipping costs.
5. If the product exceeds the warranty period or does not meet the warranty requirements, the
company will provide charge maintenance.
6. The warranty terms for customized and ODM products should be defined in the contract.
7. Other verbal commitments that conflict with this warranty would be executed with reference to this
warranty.
8. Our company's responsibility for the manufacture, sale and use of the products shall not exceed the
original cost of the products. The company does not assume any joint responsibility.
9. The right to interpret this clause belongs to the company.
