• Wh n v r possibl plac food on wir rack for cooking. Cooking on th wir
rack allows th air to circulat fr ly and allows th food to b cook d v nly.
• Try cooking th whol m al at onc . It is much mor ffici nt to cook all por-
tions of th m al at th sam tim . This can b don on th cooking rack.
• Mak sur th foods do not touch th h at r unit. K p foods at l ast a ½
inch away from th h at r unit.
• Wh n using foil pok a f w hol s to allow th air to circulat .
• Do not pr h at wh n baking.
• Lightly coat m ats with margarin or cooking oil to aid with browning.
