WARNING
• Do not connect to any voltage other than that shown on the pump.
• Do not pump lammable liquids.
• To reduce the risk o electrical shock, use only on portable sel -contained ountains no
larger than 1.5 m in any dimension.
• The pump should not be used in water over than 1.5m depth.
• Do not use with water above 35℃.
• The supply cord cannot be replaced. I the cord is damaged the appliance should be
scrapped.
CA TION
• Always disconnect rom electrical outlet be ore handling the pump.
• Don’t operate without water.
• Do not li t the pump by the power cord.
• Operate in reshwater only.
• Operate pump completely submerged or proper cooling.
• Not or use in swimming pools.
• This product must not be disposed together with domestic waste. This product has to
be disposed at an authorized place or recycling o electrical and electronic appliances.
• By collecting and recycling waste, you help save natural resources, and make sure the
product is disposed in an environmental riendly and healthy way.
PERFORMANCE
A clogged or dirty intake screen will greatly reduce performance.
- I the pump is used on a dirty sur ace, raise it slightly to reduce the amount o debris
contacting the intake. I less low is desired, adjust the low control lever on the side o
the pump or restrict the discharge low.
- Do not let the pump run when not submerged in water. Doing so may damage the pump.
Always submerge the pump irst, and then plug in the electrical outlet. At the beginning,
it probably can’t pump water, because there is air in the pump and the tube. Don’t worry
about it. Please pull out and insert electrical outlet several times, it will work very well at
once.
- The pump is to be supplied through a residual current device (RCD) with a rated residual
operating current not exceeding 30mA.
MAINTENANCE
To clean the pump, remove the back cover and the impeller.
Use a small brush or stream o water to remove any debris
CA TION: The pump sha t can not be removed.
IF THE PUMP FAILS TO OPERATE, CHECK THE FOLLOWING:
• Check the circuit breaker and try another outlet to ensure the pump is getting electrical
power. NOTE: Always disconnect rom electrical outlet be ore handling the pump.
• Check the pump discharge and tubing or kinks and obstructions. Algae build up can be
lushed out with a garden hose.
• Check the inlet to ensure it is not clogged with debris.
• Remove the pump inlet to access the impeller area. Turn the rotor to ensure it is not
broken or jammed.
• Monthly maintenance will add to your pump’s li e. NOTE: Ensure that the electrical cord
loops below the electrical outlet to orm a “Drip Loop” This will prevent water rom
running down the cord into the electrical outlet.
