These warranty provisions apply only to
products purchased within North America
from a qualified Korus vendor. Core Brands,
LLC disclaims all warranties on any products
purchased outside of North America or from a
non-authorized seller.
Warranty Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law the warranties
contained herein are exclusive and in lieu of
all other warranties or remedies whether oral,
written, express or implied. Core Brands, LLC
expressly disclaims all such other warranties,
including but not limited to implied warranties
of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose and non-infringement. In no event will
Core Brands, LLC be liable for any incidental or
consequential damages arising out of the use or
inability to use the product, even if Core Brands,
LLC has been advised of the possibility of such
damages, or for any claim by any other party.
Notwithstanding the above, if you qualify as a
“consumer” under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty
Act, then you may be entitled to certain implied
warranties allowed by law for the Warranty
Period. Further, some jurisdictions do not allow
limitations on how long an implied Limited
Warranty lasts or allow the exclusion or limitation
of consequential damages, so such limitations
may not apply to you.
Warranty Provisions
This Korus product warranty is provided by Core
Brands, LLC, 1800 South McDowell Blvd – Attn:
Customer Service, Petaluma, CA 94954.
Your Korus product is warranted only if pur-
chased in North America from an authorized
seller against defects in materials and workman-
ship for a period of one (1) year from the date of
original retail purchase from an authorized Korus
dealer. If a defect exists, Core Brands, LLC at
its option will (1) repair the product at no charge
using new or refurbished parts, (2) exchange the
product with a functional equivalent product that
is new or refurbished, or (3) refund the original
purchase price. Under no circumstances shall
any refund related to a warranty claim exceed
the original purchase price of the product.
What Is Not Covered Under This Warranty
This warranty covers only product failures related
to defects, materials, and workmanship. We do
not cover normal wear and tear, blown speakers,
cut cords, bent jacks, scratches, loss or theft, or
product misuse. This warranty excludes dam-
ages resulting from misuse, abuse, accident,
modifications or other causes that are not solely
related to defects in materials and workmanship.
Acts Which Will Void Your Warranty
Customization or other tampering with the
basic structural integrity or software of your
product will void your warranty.
If the Serial Number on the product has been
removed, tampered with or defaced, or if the
product was not purchased from an autho-
rized Korus dealer your warranty will be void.
